They saved me almost $6,000! I had some problems with my F-150 so I went to 7 different mechanic shops and they all kept saying what I needed was a new engine. I started saving money for a new engine and after six months, my wife drove by and noticed Next Level and told me to go by and ask one more mechanic. I met Jersey Mike and Willy. Super respectful and knowledgeable. Long story short they told me to leave the truck and they will look at it and in less then 3 days Willy called me with a quote to fix it. I really couldnt believe it. After being told so many times I needed a new engine, Willy fixed my car in less than three days of for an amazing price. My stress level back to zero. Next Level Automotive is by far the best automotive service in Fort Lauderdale. They are mechanic and tire savvy, friendly, HONEST and always put the needs of the individual client first and foremost. Jersey Mike has perfected the art of patching tires and is the Picasso of this lost and dying art. He has easily saved my family hundreds of dollars on repairing rather replacing tires on our vehicles. And his prices on new and gently used tires are far less than any competition in the area.The mechanics, Willie and Hancer are wizards in auto repair and are able to expertly diagnose and fix anything from a Fiat to a Ferrari or Roadrunner to a Rolls Royce. Mike and the mechanics are friendly, knowledgeable, professional and reasonable price wise. I have four cars [3 new] the fourth being an exotic 2003 Ford Thunderbird. Not from South Florida and had a very hard tome locating a shop that works on Hybrid cars, after getting the run around from two different shops I finally found this place. I will be taking my Hybrid car here indefinitely, love their customer service and promptness!

Went in for a tire rotation and to see if I could get them to figure out a rattling sound Ive been having for a long time. As the Tire guy, Mike, was rotating, he noticed a bubble coming out the side of the tire that i never noticed before. Since it was unpatchable, he went in and found the exact same tire for my car in his inventory. Once the tires were sorted, Willie (the mechanic) graciously took a test drive with me and confirmed the rattling. He put the car on the lift and in seconds found a plastic cover that had come loose, tightened it, and fixed the problem immediately. All told I paid next to nothing to fix a potentially serious tire problem and an aggravating rattle. These guys are hard working, honest to a fault and give the best customer service in town. Not to mention there is no competition on Jersey Mikes like-new used tires. Literally the cheapest in town for the quality tire and service you receive.
