I got into a car accident with my brand new Toyota. The drivers left side was really damaged. I was worried that they would use non-original parts but most of the ones they used were Toyota made. They made it look like before. I only have one little complaint. There are some small scratches that werent there before the accident but I thought it was minor considering how much work they put in and the quality of work.

Sadly, even after leaving my car there three times and giving them plenty of time, there were STILL incomplete items related to body work done at Clancys. On the first attempt, there were visible drop marks on the paint, even to a non-expert, that to this day make me wonder where the quality and supervision is. I gave up after the fourth repair attempt call ( about the carpeting being loose) went unanswered.

The insurance company ended up totaling my car, so Clancys never got the opportunity to perform any work. But they made the entire process as smooth as possible, and were expeditious in their work.

I was pleased with the body work and paint job. They did a good job in blending the paint to match parts of my car that were not worked on. They also detailed my car and did a great job cleaning my seats.

I have been going to Clancy’s for 5 years every time I get into an accident or have them fix my bumper I go to Clancy’s. I have also referred them many customers but the last time I went in 2020 I was VERY disappointed because I asked them to replace BOTH headlights on my Lincoln and they replaced only 1. Which made the car look lopsided. They eventually matched the other one after MY EXPENSE. Sadly I will NEVER come back*IN RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLYI DID mention this at the beginning of the repair you even wrote it down that you would replace BOTH lights. If that was an issue you should of brought it up before I dropped off the car.

What I find interesting about the shop is that the owner and managers are actively involved in the repair process. Someone backed into my car and crushed my front end. I took it to Lexus and got a couple of other quotes. Ive had cars repaired at Clancys over the years and they did a great job.Since my last visit they have a new, state of the art facility. Its much larger than the previous location. Its very impressive! The receptionist was very professional and Hooman provided me an estimate. I remembered him from years ago. His estimate was much less than what Lexus provided me, (even though my previous employer owned the Lexus dealership) and they repaired my car for 20% less than the family quote Lexus gave me.The car looks brand new and the repairs show no hint of being performed. Color and texture match were perfect, and the body was exceptional! Next week I will take the other car (the one that backed into me) there to get the rear fender repaired and new new paint job. Great people, great work, and great pricing! Highly recommend them.

I brought my 2019 Buick Encore Sport Touring to this business because its less than one mile from my home, theyre certified by major insurance companies and they were certified by a major automobile maker, Toyota! Its also a brand new facility, built from the ground up within the past year.I was greeted by the owner, Hooman, and showed him what I wanted repaired. There was a dent in my hood where an automatic gate arm had come down upon, not only leaving three small dents, but also removing some of the paint.He was specific in regards to what he needed to do in order for it to be done the right way. He didnt know I had gone to two other shops. Was he the least expensive? No! But he was never going to cut corners or offer multiple ways of taking care of my problem. He told me only one way his body shop would take care of it...and that was the CORRECT way.The job was completed in two days and I had stopped by to see the progress. When I did, his team was friendly and accommodating. I was super happy with the outcome when I picked it up this afternoon.

Dropped off my 2017 Tacoma TRD Sports tailgate to have a few small dents repaired and tailgate re-painted. They were very friendly and customer oriented and was happy with them from the beginning. They only had my tailgate for a few days when they called me as promised to let me know it was ready. I stopped by the next afternoon. I inspected their work and it was flawless. They re-installed my tailgate and told me theyd call me as soon as the black Tacoma letter inserts arrived. A day or two later they called me again. I came by and in just a few minutes they installed the letters perfectly, washed my truck for me and sent me on my way. They took my USAA Insurance quote and repaired it for their estimated amount. I have had my car repaired there once a few years ago and it still looks good as new. It took them a bit longer, but there were some unforeseen issues. I was happy to wait a few days knowing the job will be done right. I was given options about quality vs time. I wanted the repair done right the first time (including a lifetime guarantee).I took my husbands car there and they finished it earlier than I expected (no unforeseen issues).They are professional and courteous. I would (and have) recommend Clancys to anyone in the area that wants the repair done right.If you have a tight schedule, go to a place that doesnt mind sacrificing quality in favor of speed. I accidentally left 24kt gold jewelry in the glove compartment in a small pouch of my car during a repair and it was stolen out of my car. Once i received my car back it was gone. When i called they were very unapologetic, no Empathy, and stated i signed an authorization form stating that they aren’t responsible for anything left in the car and that their techs aren’t thieves! WELL CLEARLY THEY ARE. Don’t go here people. This establishment doesn’t have honest people

I went in on a Monday morning to get an estimate on damages to my vehicle, and although they were busy, I was greeted and assured they would be able to assist me as soon as they were able to. The gentleman who helped me gave me a relatively quick and fair estimate, and walked me through my options of paying out of pocket or filing a claim with my insurance company. I decided to avoid insurance and pay for it myself, and I was not disappointed! They fixed the damages to my vehicle, and made it look as if it never happened. We had our Camry damaged due to paint from over spray at our condo. The contractor tried to fix the situation and in doing so they scratched the finish and stained black plastic with wax. The company that goes by the name Clancys Auto Body Shop was an alright store for the most part. I found it a great service, I was looking to repaint my car, but there werent many paces to consider due to their prices and quality. I soon found a better alternative that was better for a cheaper price. I would certainly recommend this company for accidents and painting cars, it served me well. I would mostly consider painting a car even though they are a great shop overall, I had a friend who has taken some of his cars to this shop, and claims it is not the best and that he has seen better, but I would recommend it completely from my experience.

Clancys gave me a service that was above my expectations. I was involved in an accident whereby my car hit a trunk pretty hard. The front part around the bonnet was severely damaged. I never thought I would get my ride back to its original state. After I took my car to Clancys, it only took a few days, and the results were amazing. You could not tell whether the car had been involved in any accident after the make-over was done. There was no identifiable differences between the newly introduced paint and the one that existed previously. The handling of clients also seemed superb. The paper work is just straight forward and does not involve a lot of bureaucracy. To them, it does not matter the make or brand of your car. Every client is treated with utmost respect. That really impressed me, since it is not something that happens in many auto body shops. It is shop that I would recommend to my friends and colleagues.

Great place to get your car repaired! Got into an accident early this year and Clancys helped me with everything. The biggest help was the fact that they were so helpful when it came to my insurance and worked with me to make sure I was covered. Clancys Auto Body did an amazing job on my Honda Civic. Unfortunately, I got hit, at a red light. The entire back panel was crushed. My car was only a year old, and I was devastated. I wanted it fixed - back to how it was before the accident.The folks at Clancys were terrific. The first guy I spoke with made me feel at ease. I really felt like he was trustworthy. He gave me an estimate and explained exactly what they would do for me.I dropped the car off on a Thursday, and when I picked it up on Monday, I was so happy. My car looked perfect again. The price wasnt too bad, and the experience, overall, was as pleasant as can be, given the situation.

Clancys Auto Body Shop did an excellent job on my Honda Accord after I was in an accident. I had some minor damage on the driver’s side passenger door and the manager made sure everything was repaired correctly. They were a big help with my insurance company in getting repairs approved. It only took them a few days to complete the job. When I arrived and inspected the car I was really impressed. I couldn’t even tell that the car was damaged before. I don’t know how they manage to get the exact color of the paint just right, but hey they are the pros! Highly recommended!

Stopped in for a quote based on other reviews was pleasantly greeted and given a quote for my trunk paint issue, a bit higher than I would like but he said he could try to buff it out and sand it down. They did it there and when asked how much he said to not worry about it. I will be back with referrals and future business!

Clancys promised me it wasnt nearly as bad as I thought and to give them a chance and theyd have her back to new. Much to my surprise I have my car back and it looks and drives much better than when I had it last. Everyone at Clancys was very kind and helpful. They kept me up to date on the status of my car. Top notch! They did the top on our 1997 mustang gt. They gave advice on switching the color and did the work very quick and it looked perfect they painted my car so good i was like omg. There was a problem though, when my husband last had the top redone years ago from somewhere else, whoever did it, hacked up the hardware pretty good. They explained all this to me and how he fixed it. Unfortunately, that led to the new top getting ripped the first time it was lowered. He acknowledged that they should have caught the hardware problem and promptly ordered and installed a new top. I had to tell him to quit apologizing during our conversations. They handled the issue better than any business Ive ever dealt with. I assure you that they would cover for your convertible top needs. Also, he was the cheapest in town. Thanks!!

I was in an accident recently. A nice young lady, doing her makeup rear ended me at stop light. The back end of my Chevrolet Equinox was damaged badly. I took it to Clancys Auto Body Shop in Oakland Park. They contacted my insurance company and took care of everything, including helping me get a rent car covered by my policy. The biggest problem was waiting on some parts to arrive, but after they did, the shop got on the job. The work could not have been better. The paint job was a perfect match and the automobile was as good as new. The cost came in under the estimate, very good news if your paying out of pocket. I would give Oakland Park Body Shop five stars.

For the minimal amount of body work needed to be done after my car wheels were stolen, this was a very hurry and unprofessional job. My car door is still miss aligned but its a task to get William to fix scratches caused by their detailing as well as a sloppy detailing job, what ever wax they used is all in the creases and door jams. For a brand new car they messed it up more cosmetically with hurry, sloppy work. After having my car for a week I had to go back another 6 hours and still was missing a part on the strip they had to replace because they dented it! I went to get the end piece put on William was no where to be found, as Luis stated William would not answer his phone! How convenient!! It was a shame!! I refuse to do anything at this ship in the future! They seem to be too inundated with work from Lipton Toyota so they do a less than satisfactory job in an effort to get cars in and out without paying attention to details!! I found more scratches every time he brought the car back!! Its like he was messing my car up more instead of doing a detailed professional job. After this experience I would not recommend. I didnt have a choice to use them because Lipton Toyota uses this body shop to do their work. It was not a good experience with them either.

I had some minor damage on the passenger side, and at first, I was a little worried about having the repairs done only because I am VERY picky and VERY vocal on how I want my car fixed. The assistant manager, made sure everything was done to exceed my expectations. I feel like I was bugging him during the entire repair process, but he made me feel welcome. So here we are, approx. a week later, and I get the phone call from him saying that my car is ready. I was so excited I left work an hour early because I was nervous, but yet excited to see the final results of my car. He pulls my car around to the front and OMG!!! I couldnt be any happier!!! My car looked like it had never been involved in an accident!!! The car looked absolutely flawless!!! I want to thank everyone at Clancys Auto Body Shop! You put all of my worries to ease and I very satisfied with the end result.

Great shop. I had been meaning to repaint my car for a long time but I didnt have the money for it. Well, when I saved up enough cash, I took it to Clancys and they did a wonderful job. When I brought it in the paint was discolored, scratched, big chunks of it were peeling off, and when they were done I couldnt believe how beautiful it looked. It felt great to finally have my car back the way it was meant to look. Id recommend Clancys to anybody.

Our car is apparently a magnet for idiot drivers. Took our car there both times our car was hit and both times the car came out looking brand new. Theyre really busy because theyre really good at what they do and work gets around. They did all the heavy lifting with dealing with insurance and they made the rental car process easy too. If youre in the unfortunate situation where you need auto body, Clancys makes it a lot less painful.

Clancys Auto Body Shop in Oakland Park recently repaired my car after I was in a really bad wreck. I was going down the high when a deer came out of nowhere in the night time and ran out in front me. It damaged my hood and grill so bad on my car that I thought it was beyond repair. A friend of mine recently an suggested I contacted Clancys Auto Body Shop and they set me up in appointment and I was able to get in an get a very reasonable priced quote. When I went through with their services I was really satisfied how my car turned out you couldnt even tell I hit anything. I highly recommend them!

I must say that this is the best auto body shop that i ever been to, my car had been into an accident and they did a good job by repairing my car. the paint job were very nice, i couldnt tell the difference from when it were brand new. if you are looking for a good auto body shop to bring your car then Clencys Auto Body SHOP is the place to go.

Recently I had and accident while on vacation . I was very upset as I had never had a car wreck before and i had never dealt with a garage or an insurance company before either . A local man recommended Clancys Auto Body Shop to me . From the moment I walked into the garage they made me feel right at home . They were just normal working folks like me and they explained all my options to me in a way I understood them very well . They really went above and beyond in helping with my insurance company . Not to mention the fabulous job they done fixing my truck . Honestly i never thought id like my truck again, but when they were finished it looked better than before it was wrecked .I usually do not leave online reviews but I felt these guys really deserved it . in closing id just like to say thank you all from the bottom of my heart . also I want to advise anyone in need of such services to please check with Clancys before going anywhere else .
