Good service here. I have little faith in the big wireless brands, but if I wasnt already married to my service, I might consider Verizon. Helped my spouse hook up her new phone quickly and with little hassle.

Cant say enough to praise the two associates that helped me this morning. Im traveling for business and needed an immediate replacement for my broken phone. Was given a couple of affordable options and they assisted with getting all of my information transferred to the new phone. We made a few tweaks to better manage the cost of my Verizon account, and made the switch to a 5 G phone, NO UP SELLING Here, just straight forward budget conscience options that would get me back in the game right away.

STAY AWAY FROM VERIZON. This is more so about Verizon as a whole, and not this particular location. I had to cancel Verizon for having them around less than 30 days because the service was SO AWFUL. I had called multiple times and they upsold me, still not fixing the issue, and I finally had to cancel and go somewhere else. LOANDBEHOLD they bill you for the ENTIRE billing cycle, regardless of when you cancel! I dont see how this is legal, but apparently its in the fine print. DO NOT GO WITH VERIZON! this is a terrible business practice, and Im so glad i didnt get a new phone through them so Im not STUCK. Verizon used to be the best but not anymore. We are reliant on our phones, I cant have a phone that wont even load google because the data coverage is so bad!
The best experience I have had! If you ever come to the Oak Ridge store please make sure you request Linnwood Crowder. He was supper nice and very helpful. He answered a the questions I had and made sure I got all the deals. I highly recommend asking for him if you ever come to this location.
Trey at cellular sales/Verizon is incredibly unhelpful. He lacks basic customer service skills, knowledge of in store products and has consistently failed to meet bare minimum expectations for the role he was hired to do.Between snarky remarks, refusing to resolve (what should be a simple issue) and delivering one or two words responses; he is the ONLY reason my family of 5, and the company I work for will be Termin if services with this company. I asked to follow up with management, to which we replied “we don’t have a supervisor, ask anyone here. We make our own schedules and don’t report to anyone directly” what an incredibly childish and irresponsible thing to say to a paying customer that needs help. My husband and I have had previously great experiences there until now. It only takes one below average employee to ruin a company.IF YOU SHOULD GO TO THAT PARTICULAR STORE IN oak ridge - consider giving your sales to any other representative*** with his poor attitude, and superior attitude; apparently he doesn’t need the money.

I came in and worked with Adam Houser. The issue had been outstanding for a month. I came in Sunday, Monday and today. I worked with FOUR different people on Sunday, one person on Monday and today with Adam.He successfully solved the problem and I am so grateful. This has been such a maddening business. I came in for help with changing out a bad phone and resetting the replacement phone. Linwood Crowder was very patient and extremely helpful with the change over. I felt bad about him possibly missing a commission sale but he took it in stride and made me feel less apprehensive about taking up his sales time.
Started process to replace a broken phone, changed my mind and was told process could not be reversed and have to pay phone off on spot, or salesman would have to pay it himself. Ridiculous policy if it true and will be dealing with this I am sure this week directly with Verizon.
My current phone had an issue where I couldnt call or text. I bought a new phone online but was still having issues. Linwood Crowder was able to help me get a new SIM card installed and recommended a product to help keep scratches off of my new phone. He was very patient and professional when helping me.

I usually dread going into one of these places but Gina made the experience quite pleasant. She really knows her stuff and that was very helpful when it came to choosing the best phone for me. I couldn’t get everything done that I needed with my plan while I was there that day and she gave me all the information that I needed to do my part at home and even gave me her personal number to call later so that she could help me get everything set up. You sure don’t get service like this everywhere! I would definitely recommend this store and you can bet that I will be a return customer!

My phone desperately needed replacement. It had a cracked screen and was S L O W to the point leaving me to swear profusely. Not being remotely savvy with anything technological, I delayed until it was barely functional. I walked into the Verizon store in Oakridge and said it was time for a new phone. Linwood was the angel that helped me out. No judgement at my tech insufficiency, not an iota of feeling he was either exasperated or secretly ridiculing me in his mind. He offered simple kindness and HELPFULNESS. He walked me through each step and set my phone up for me... Which I had dreaded to do. Thank you Linwood!

They dont seem to know their products all that grand, sadly Ive gotten 2 sets of phones from them within a 24 period and neither set was what they told me I was wanting, maybe the 3rd set I get tomorrow will be the keeper of not they can give me my money back

I took my phone in a few days ago and I feel like that the person that was helping me did not do to his absolute best cuz my phone was locked out and I did not have a password and he kind of blew it off. So the next day I went to the Alcoa store and within 10 minutes they have my phone back up and running but he tried
First time customer at the Oak Ridge store, and I have nothing but great things to say about the store and staff. Specifically, Gina Hawley, our sales associate, was truly amazing. Gina was extremely thorough in assessing our individual cellular service needs. By taking the time to identify the best and most cost effective plan given our situation, she ended up saving us a significant amount on our monthly bill going forward. I highly recommend this location and will be using them exclusively going forward.
My Motorola phone was not working correctly and Linwood was a great help. We got new LG G7s phones I hope that they are as good as the one I had in the past. Linwood was very helpful and I recommend him.
These people are con artists, they trick people into discounts. They do not deserve a one star, I am paying $200 on a free tablet. I will NEVER shop here again. Take the extra drive time and go to a Real Verizon store.

Their customer service is horrible. The employees were very rude when trying to obtain access to my cloud pictures a few days after I switched providers. I would not recommend them or verizon. Simply horrible.Update:No, I will not call you, Verizon. I spent more than 24 hours on hold with technical support last week. Either you would have had the cloud content or not. There was no need for me to have to re-activate my phone simply because someone needed sales commission.
We were about to head down to Turkey Creek, but stopped in Oak Ridge instead, and we couldn’t be happier. Anthony helped us the moment we walked in the door. No lines, no waiting, they did a great job of explaining our options and taking our needs into account. I HIGHLY recommend this Verizon location. Even if you live in Farragut or further. It’s worth the drive to get the attention and good quality service.
Had an unfortunate experience today. Got a new phone about a month ago that has started having issues... dropping calls/losing internet. (LG7 7) I also don’t really like the model so I asked about getting a different phone. I do realize that I had 14 days to return it, which I didnt because I thought I just needed to adjust to the difference ( I had a galaxy S8 prior) So the salesman at the store said I could either buy the phone out for $700 and get a different phone or I could file an insurance claim...which of course would result in me having to pay the deductible. So I asked about the warranty.... he said I would have to contact the manufacturer myself! He did give me the number for LG and the website for filing a claim if I decided to go that route. When I asked why they didnt handle the warranty exchange there, he just said that they don’t. So...less than 30 minutes later Im online with Verizon Customer service and they are happily taking care of the warranty exchange for me. So disappointed that the salespeople at the store were all smiles & super helpful when I was needing to upgrade but now that I have a problem, not so much.
Gina Hawley did a great job during our Verizon visit when we switched from Sprint. She was very helpful and went out of her way to help us pick the best plan for our family needs. She recommended the accessories we needed that would have slipped my mind, therefore saving us time. Need more employees like her. She is definitely better than the Sprint employees.
I was on a business trip when my phone crashed on me. After speaking with several different people, including the Apple store, Travis Turner at Verizon was the first person that legitimately wanted to help me. He got me into a new phone immediately after explaining all my best options and did all the work for me while I waited. I strongly recommend you ask for him next time you go to this store.

One of the best sales experiences I have ever had. The salesman greeted us at the door and asked us what we were looking for. We were looking for a new Android phone and he proceeded to tell us about the phones and what each one offered. Saved us a ton of time reading specs and messing around with each phone. And yet, while he did this he wasnt pushy or overbearing, just plain ole nice and informative. And the salesman we had went beyond by hanging with us for a few hours to get everything setup. Outstanding service and commitment to the customer. I will definitely go back for future phone needs and hope he will be our salesman for life.
Travis is always so knowledgeable and helpful. He goes above and beyond to answer questions and make sure you understand the operation of your phone as well as the billing process. Everyone is so friendly at the Oak Ridge location. You’re always greeted when you walk in the door even if the sales representatives are busy assisting other customers.
Went to the Oak Ridge store to return my phone. Just felt like it was more phone and more cost than I can handle. I was on day 16 of the 14 day return period. I was under the assumption I had 30 days. Shame on me. They wouldnt do anything. No offer to change the phone, nothing. My bad I didnt read the agreement closely. They basically didnt want to undo the deal. Too much paperwork. Against policy. I have held several sales positions over the years. I was always told make the customer happy. Not the case here. Granted I was upset. I purchased it now Im stuck with it. I have been a Verizon customer for many years. Kelli was the rep I dealt with. Very pushy. She turned my phone off when I went to retrieve it. That way I had to go back to the store and stated she was working past time for her to go home. Another senior citizen and a woman screwed over one more time.
I came in because my old phone was cracked and demolished. We came in much too late. Linwood helped us greatly and even helped us take advantage of some benefits we didnt know we had at our disposal. We are incredibly satisfied and will recommend Linwood and this location to any of our friends and family.

My rep, Chevy, and his trainee, Logan, were great. Despite a few speed bumps, they were knowledgeable, personable, helpful and fun. Everyone there has always been so friendly and willing to to what it takes to help their customer. Even one other rep, had a difficult customer, and he held his composure and helped, despite being talked down to, or yelled at. Theyre a great group of people, and I will continue to drive to oak ridge, from Knoxville, to handle phone issues or upgrades.
I came in to replace my phone. The screen had cracked which was causing the phone to activate multiple touch points at once (made it impossible to log-in). I came to the Oak Ridge location because its the only one I found open later other than the mall location (I did not want to deal with mall foot traffic) The customer service was AMAZING! Linwood Crowder was incredibly helpful and professional. He went over my options, offered me awesome promotions, and was patient with all of my questions. Needless to say, this was the right choice, best location, incredible customer service! I would highly recommend this location and its service representatives!

My boyfriend and i had an absolutely amazing experience! We had Michael hell us out and he was very laid back and knowledgeable. I got the new xs and a jet pack, while my boyfriend paid his bill in a very timely manner. We will definitely be coming back in the future for the service!

Got ripped off on the new iPhone last month. Was wanting a Google Pixel and it was too expensive so I went with the XR. The guy selling me the phone didn’t tell me about the new cheap pixel coming out right after, just late enough to not be able to trade the new phone back. Also, the man who sold me the phone “waived the activation fee” then still charged my bill for it. Would definitely recommend another phone provider. Looking forward to paying off my phone and leaving Verizon for good.
Cale at the Verizon store saved me in a very stressful situation. He went above and beyond assisting me when my purse was stolen, which left me with no phone, no drivers license, etc. I cant thank him enough for his help getting my phone restored in only 12 hours when it had to come through UPS.
