Teresa and Tasha are absolutely 💯 the sweetest and kindness. They are so helpful and help those who are not tec savvy. Wouldnt go anywhere else. They treat everyone like family. We need more like them in this crazy world.

Wish they were open longer, but they are not that far away from me and good customer service. Cant order free shipping supplies in-store though. They said you have to do it online, and to do it online you have to call someone during business hours to set up a new account. Quite complicated compared to USPS, theres nothing I can do about it because my Notary job requires drop off shipments through FedEx most of the time.

Ok so I went there to get paper copies from a document I need printed from my gmail. I couldn’t get WiFi connection because the building gas a metal roof. A guy that works there that helped me out .I had went to Staples but their system was down, the young man at staples referred me to them so it all worked out for me. 04/06/20212:30 pm

They charge more than an actual FedEx store. For me, they said my 13 lb package was 82lb doubling the price to $150 compared to what FedEx.com said. Id recommend going to the actual FedEx store jist down the road.

Expensive, unprofessional, and customer service is very poor. I would not recommend this store. Goto a verified UPS USPS or FED EX store youll have better luck there than you will here.

Purchased an item at auction that was shipped through The Mail Center Etc. Was told over the phone that shipping would be $7. While reviewing my statement history for taxes, I realized I had actually been charged over $30. Very disappointing, and unfortunately it was not noticed until much later. Lesson learned and will definitely make sure to request invoices with all shipping arrangements from now on.

Always do all my shipping and faxing at The Mail Center. I love the family atmosphere and the speed of getying things done. Never a long line and ALWAYS wonderful service.

So this place is pretty convenient for mailing prepaid postage packages via FedEx, UPS or USPS. Anytime Ive been in to drop off a package its been quick and painless. I tend to use them for that but that only. They are very expensive to pay for shipping there. The same package that I took to USPS down the road and shipped for 3.50 was going to cost me over 9 dollars at mail Center so I dont recommend going there to pay for shipping and item. For a one stop shipping stop its handy and Ive never encountered more than one or two people already in the store when I go in so its fast too. The customer service is average, I always try to be friendly and make small talk and no one there wants to talk to me lol but I dont pick where I do business based on friendliness, my top picks are efficiency, cost and convenience. They pass two of the three and will continue using them for my prepaid postage shipments

The most unfriendly staff I’ve ever seen. Just asking simple questions gets rolled eyes and huffing & puffing. I nor my employees will ever use them again. Oh and add in the Oak Ridger is a joke, don’t let the smiles fool you; they do not care!!

Never wait in line for 20 min at post office again. The Mail Center accepts USPS, FedEx & UPS without the wait. Teresa, Ashely & Clarisha are always welcoming and they offer many services such as PO boxes, packaging your items for you and numerous solutions to your small business needs. I never go anywhere else for my shipping/package needs, and trust me Ive used all other but never again!!
