I love coming to this CarWash. It’s super convenient. The microfiber towels and multisurface spray is handy for getting the interior of your car polished and clean. William and the rest of the staff are awesome!

I was having a bad day and decided to be productive. When I went to get my car washed Samantha I think her name was made my day! So friendly. We had a really nice conversation and I left with a smile on my face. Leaving her a good review because kindness should never go unnoticed:))

We come through once a week to get the car washed and my daughters and I absolutely love it!

They operate the unit too fast. Your auto does not thoroughly dry and the tires are not completely sprayed with shining.Also I tried to cancel my monthly auto wash on line. A terrible website. Wound up be charged for another month even though I cancelled 48 priors to renewal.I looked for a phone number to call the HQ location. Couldnt find it. Then via email they said it is a FAQs line.I do not recommend this company.

Used the free vacuum (worked very well) and the car wash. Attendant was very helpful to take my card and make the computer selections for me. Very pleased with how happy and genuine he was, great customer service!Been here a few times and its the best zips Ive been to.

The manager William was really helpful. He showed me the unlimited package is definitely worth the money, two washes and it pays for itself. This is the best Zips I’ve used!

I’ve never been here but my cousin Samantha works here and she’s a hard worker. If I lived there, I’d definitely want to work there because it looks like a fun place to work.

The zips and oak ridge Tennessee is the best Zips out of all Zips in and around Knoxville Tennessee. Theyre vacuums are good quality, every bit of their equipment interior and exterior of the car wash is great quality and always works their staff is inviting welcoming and professional and friendly. With my membership I can go as many times as I want, and their premises are always clean!

Was traveling from out of town and my car was a mess. The GM Will was super attentive and ensured that my daughter and I were well taken care of. I definitely recommend!

Its sad they did away from duck. It was cool to see it show up as you got your car clean. The last time I went thru all the soap suds didnt come off. But I like how my car stays clean.

During my wash I had a problem at the payment station and Cooper was very nice and helpful, he fixed very fast. Throughout the rest of the wash he gave very simple and direct instruction to get me out in a timely manner. Will be going back!

They say you can vacuum the small debris out of a truck bed... “it’s posted at the entrance.” Yet they don’t want you to wash your truck with said debris in bed of truck. Try backing a long truck out of the line. Don’t bother with a tuck.Said sign was posted on a small sign at the entranceI used to love Zip’s but this one has lost my business

I’ve been a customer for a few years, and appreciate the attention to detail and work ethic, at this location. Pre wash for bugs and mud, kept me from running my truck through twice, which I do all the time, at other locations.

Normally the attendant sprays cleaner on the car and then brushes the front and sides. For $20.00 I should have a clean shinny car.! Not this time.

I have a 2013 Mercedes that was basically clean already and had a few Polin spots on it and some dusty wheels that I thought I would roll through and just take that top layer of grime off. I paid $20 for the best wash and after about six minutes my car was just as dirty if not a little dirtier due to the water spots than it was previously. None of the pollen spots were gone and the rinsing portion of the wash didn’t even take care of all the soap so I had to go spend another six dollars at a regular car wash to get the soap off my car. Do yourself a favor and take it to someone who will do it by hand before you pay any money to this company. I might as well I rolled a cigarette with that 20 and just set it on fire because that’s how much good it did.

I paid for the 20 dollar wash, and in going through I didnt get any liquid glaze, and bug prep is not what it used to be? I have asked previously and the assistant manager told me that they dont do the 2 step process or even spray the front end fully because its a waste of time Im paying for it! They even changed prices to include the bug prep On top of all that my truck is still filthy! Sick of their excuses! This place has gone down hill hard the past month and half!

Self prep area has a sign you have to stop to read.. even though they spray bug prep on your car.. they spray it on the back.. WHERE DO THE BUGS HIT AND SPLATTER YOUR CAR? THE FRONT? I suggested they move the outside bug prep sign to where they have the self prep buckets so that ppl know where the self prep area is, well.. i was told that isnt the bug prep area.. and the pictures are what my car looks like after going thru the wash.. mind you, that is after i used some windex to clean some of the bugs off the front.. I am not from Oak Ridge, I did not know where the self prep area was at this particular wash.. I have an unlimited membership, and yes I thought about going back thru.. but no.. I will go to my usual place on my way home today!!

Lovely wash. I read some of the reviews that were not so great, and in my experience this last month or so the workers and management there really seem to take those in to consideration and improve all they can on them! Love a company that grows from input to take care of everyone.

Sufficient for any loose dirt or pollen, but doesnt get it all the way clean.

Staff is amazing very friendly and helped me in every way they could, I spoke to two girls about 4 months ago because my membership was double charged, I was told to call “membership services” I did this and was on hold for well over an hour I called yet again and made it to an actual person on the other line! then they hung up on me. I never did get through to them on the phone. The two ladies I did meet that morning at actual place were very nice and understanding of my frustration. After a couple days my daughter got through to corporate through email. I must say the wash is run beautifully, the staff is even better, however the owners or whoever is above the regular general manager (who I’ve also spoken to before and is also very nice and understanding) could use some hard work for once and learn how to properly answer customers, I would’ve given 5 stars if it weren’t for this horrible experience with “membership services”. I’ve spoken with many people who have had the same experience and it’s absolutely pitiful that they would keep their staff from having a way to help us with membership issues yet can’t answer the phone and leave us with no help at all. Their staff at this location truly make this location my go to and why I keep my membership

These are the most extremely rude crew I’ve ever dealt with in my life and the wash left dried soap all over my car. First and most definitely the LAST TIME I’LL EVER BRING MY BUSINESS THERE. I don’t even care to give a quarter of a star!

I would rate it 1 ⭐but it did get the salt off of my car from shipping it home.However, this place advertises online and in the photos for this place that it has the lava/volcano wash package which I paid $20.00 for. As you can see in the photos, not only did my car not get completely clean, it didnt even look like lava like the videos I watched.I will never go back here.Not worth the money.I could have had my kid wash the car for $5.00 and it would look better than this.

I purchased the monthly package from the District Manager one day, when I went back a week later to wash my car again I could not get it to read my sticker. The car wash was very busy, and although I was taking longer then expected to pay no one came to assist me. The lady in the car behind me got really upset to the point she honked her horn and got out of her car and proceeded to yell at me for taking so long. I gave up waiting on someone and just paid for a wash, even though I had a membership. I go back the next day to tell the “manager” about it and how there was soap left all over my car, he could have cared less. He just said “well it worked today and we got it all straightened out” . I told him I was going to cancel my membership and his response was “well you have the rest of the month free, do you have a card with the information on how to cancel” I didn’t get a month “free” I paid for it! Horrible horrible customer service!!

Pay $20 for a car wash and it didnt even wash our car. The car is not even close to being clean.

This place was quick and efficient! It was great to have the wash, rinse, wax, bug protectant all in one stop. The staff was very friendly and helpful with everything I needed done.

If your car is pretty clean to begin with, then it washes just fine. I wasnt expecting miracles, but I came out of wash with dry spots along the bottom of the car. The vacuums dont work very well either.

I recieved a shattered window going threw it I go threw this wash almost everyday for my truck 2018 silverado never once had a problem til today I will be contacting mean office with this if manger here doesnt do something about it
