We were interested in a specific vehicle a few weeks ago and drove over to the North Knox location to view it. Pretty sure the business wasn’t open at the time. We ran into a gentleman there named Drew Slay. He helped us out by appraising our vehicles for trade, negotiating the price of the vehicle we were interested in, he set a meeting up to complete the deal same day. So on 8/10 we had purchased our 2020 Dodge Journey for xx,xxx we traded in our 2018 Kia Optima and put $500 cash down we signed the papers got the keys and drove away happy. A couple days later we get a call saying their is a issue with the contract and the amount financed and that we had to go back and resign. We show up we resign to which we was happy lower purchase price lower payment etc. fast forward to 9/21 when I call the loan company to make that first payment 3 days early and to my surprise is not what we signed for I tell them that’s the old contract and not the new contract they say that the dealership needs to send them the new correct contract or theirs nothing they can do so I go back down to the dealership and the dealership pretty much tells me sorry for your luck do what you gotta do but their is nothing we can do and that the old contract voids out the new contract yes I know they really said that well I guess they forgot As a consumer we have rights and the new contract governs the old contract so now it’s game on on trying to get this mess figured out on my own as the loan company wants me to pay for the first contract and the dealership just don’t care so thanks allot Secret City Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram your customer service is just so top notch #nothappy #dontgohere #icouldspitnails #feelingreallyscrewedover

This was my Jeeps first visit. Although it started a little rough due to the fact that I dropped my keys in the wrong spot after checking in online and finding out that the Service Advisors are not notified when I check in online which means you have to go to the Service counter to drop off your keys anyway. However, Nickey Owens took good care of me and my vehicle. She was very friendly and helpful from start to finish. She is also going to help my daughter with her Jeeps service needs. I will definitely be returning the next time I need service and make sure Nickey is my Service Advisor.

On 5/24/21, I had a horrible experience with the first salesman and walked out! In the parking lot, one of the mangers had seen me walk out and asked for the details of the issue. When I explained what happened, the manager apologized for the rude behavior of the salesperson and promised to make right any future purchase, if and when I was ready.I was contacted and checked on for three days by that manager and on 5/27/21 he had found me the perfect vehicle! First time using the express lane. Got in and out in about an hour. Phil Collins was the outstanding technician that took care of my service. Made sure I was kept up to date on the complimentary inspection they were performing while I had the oil changed.

While I waited in a comfortable room, a very helpful and knowledgeable technician (Adan Cabrera) took care of changing the oil and installing anew filter. He also inspected the vehicle for any problems. The wait was short and the cost extremely reasonable.

The service I received for my van was excellent. Scheduling was easy and Phil was in constant communication about what was needed. They even went over the top and offered transportation to help me get my van home!

First thing I have to say is the custom service and care is beyond anything Ive ever experienced anywhere. They stay in contact, very fair on trades pricing and even vehicle sales pricing. I worked with Brad and Michael on a deal for a 2021 tacoma. These guys did not stop, always within minutes would respond to messages (unlike most places you wait a day or maybe never even hear anything.) Then they went out of there way to drive 4 hours to deliver it and not even charge extra. Very grateful and would recommend Brad and Michael any day of the week. Customer service will always make or break a deal for me. And theres is top notch.

If I could post negative stars I would! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE! I’ve had nothing but problems with my vehicle. 75 days of owning it. 33 of them the car has been in the shop. From the very first issue which was about 2 weeks of having it. I requested to have something else done I didn’t feel comfortable or safe with the vehicle being a single mom of two I don’t have $$$ to just piss away. I’m still fighting about this car and I’ve had to put $2,000 out of my pocket into it. They have no cares what so ever about the customers they have.

Bottom Line Up Front - between my recent two visits to Secret City Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, the first being in total desperation, and the second in total delight that I got my car back, I interacted with several wonderful people. All of them were extremely friendly and professional. These individuals include Nicky, Jonathan, Madison, and Chris. It’s not often that one experiences such qualified, welcoming, and responsive individuals in customer service, let alone so many of them. My experience with the Secret City service department was so thoroughly positive, I felt it necessary to write this equally comprehensive review.The full story - I live in Oak Ridge, and while on vacation with a large group of family members, my Challenger’s battery light came on while we were in downtown Gatlinburg. Once I turned my engine off, it wouldn’t start again. This set off a dark comedy of heart-rending events that included an all-afternoon wait for a tow truck, a dozen calls to service shops in the area, and ultimately $1,000 spent on tows and an unknown mechanic (recommended by the tow truck driver) who charged me $700 to replace my alternator and battery, only to tell me my “voltage regulator” was also broken and I’d have to find a way to get it to the dealership.Upon this news, I called a different towing company to get my car from Gatlinburg to Secret City the same day I was trying to figure out how to get 12 family members to the airport later that afternoon. Secret City assisted me with all my tribulations; evils that had kept me from sleeping soundly for days. Chris recommended a tow company and then introduced me to Madison who assisted me with a rental vehicle.Initially, after I spoke with the first mechanic in Gatlinburg, Secret City had said that their schedule was backlogged and they couldn’t look at the Challenger until the 14th of July, nearly two weeks after I had it towed there. However, when I spoke to Chris, he reassured me that they could look at it sooner than the 14th. Chris held true to his word, and the following business day after the 4th of July, I was called by Nicky from the Service Desk who informed me that the previous Gatlinburg mechanic had likely not replaced the alternator as he had said, and possibly broke the connection from the alternator to the car’s Powertrain Control Module (PCM).I asked Nicky to go ahead and order the new PCM. There was a waiting period of about 12 days for the new PCM to arrive, but as soon as it did, the service department repaired the vehicle and provided a most welcomed call that I could pick my car up.In summary, after a string of headaches and nightmares, Secret City ultimately provided a happy ending and I will not hesitate to take my vehicles there in the future. I highly recommend the service provided by Secret City and invite all future customers to experience the same caliber of service I experienced at a time when I needed it most.Sincerely,Devin Patterson

I took my Chrysler 200 in for a recall. Kate Stone was my service advisor. She was friendly and helpful, plus the service time wasnt a very long wait. Good experience.

I went to the dealership because I seen a vehicle on their website that I was interested in. When I arrived on the lot I was approached by a salesman and I explain to him I was looking for the vehicle and was interested in trading my vehicle. He then went to look for the vehicle and came back to tell me it was still I’m transit even though the website showed it on lot.. The salesman took the keys to my vehicle and came back with an estimate on trade.We then sit down to work on a deal on a trade. We worked on a deal but I can’t trade on a vehicle that I cannot see and we were off on price. We then decided that the when vehicle came in he would call me first. The vehicle then came in three week’s later on Saturday. The salesman texted me and we started texting on price. The price had went up 2000.00 sense we talked 3 weeks earlier. I questioned the salesman he said that just the math. I then refigured it and the numbers was still the same as earlier. I then questioned the salesman again he said they had fat fingered the numbers. They had added spray in bed liner and steps but they are already on the vehicle. He then came back to the original price. I then told them I would split the difference and he never reply. I guess they sold the vehicle out from under me while working a deal with me. That’s not a professional way to do business.

Salesperson and finance were both rude and pushy. Tried to sell me a vehicle $10k over kbb. I expected it to be higher, but no $10k. The finance guy told us we were wrong and that they only use JD for pricing when the sales guy said they use KBB. The finance guy also refused to show us the JD estimate and would only quickly flash the price at us. No proof if it was the vehicle we were looking at or not. Dont go, but if you do, dont be afraid to walk out the door when they try to screw you over.

Logan did everything he could to get me approved. I needed a truck and they got me in a ram in a payment I could afford. All the staff was friendly.

The Service Advisor, Jonathan Bean, over saw the servicing of my truck in a timely manner. He also scheduled another appointment for a problem that appeared during the servicing.

Our experience at Secret City Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Oak Ridge was not ideal. My husband reached out to them several weeks ago for a particular vehicle. They did not have this vehicle in stock so they said they would contact him if one came in. A couple of days ago someone contacted him and said they had one on the lot if we wanted to come look at it. My husband said he would get back with them, because he needed to talk to me and to make sure the rain was going to hold off. The next day someone contacted my husband confirming his 4:00 appointment. My husband said wait a minute I didnt set up an appointment, I need to talk to my wife and it looks like we are going to have rain all day. The person said we have a covered area, so no problem with the rain. We decided we would go ahead and drive 30 minutes in the rain to see this vehicle. During the day my husband was contacted several more times, via text and phone calls about us coming. Literally as we were pulling in the parking lot another call came in, the person said I know this is our 8-9 time calling you, just wondering if you were going to make it today. My husband said we are in your parking lot. FYI every time my husband got contacted it was a different person. When we got it they did their typical sales tactics. The salesman went to get the vehicle and came back with the wrong one. When we told which one it was he came back and said it is not on lot it is in transit. So we drove 30 minutes in the rain during 5:00 traffic to see nothing. While we were there we talked numbers and we wanted to be honest with them and said we are still looking at other dealerships because we want to get the best deal. They told us they could have one in a couple of days from Georgia or there is another that would be there in 6-8 weeks. We said we are not in any hurry. We told them we would get back with them next week. Now is when they bring in their swoop guy. The salesman said to another salesman if Im out next week can you take care of these folks, and this when begin the unhappiness of this dealership. The salesman started talking his salesman talk and kept saying he was lost as to why we werent making a deal tonight. He kept going on and on, saying you how are the numbers, they are hard to find, we can have one here in a couple of days. We told them we were mislead, pressured and buying a car should be fun and exciting. This experience made me feel angry, and not excited. We dont care if we have to drive to California to buy a vehicle, we WILL NOT BUY A VEHCICLE FROM THEM!! Period.

I took my Jeep Compass Trailhawk to Jim Cogdil Dodge for her first oil change. When I arrived, the man at the Service Desk said, Not going to happen today and walked off. He didnt try to schedule me a time or anything. I was lost and unsure of what to do. I have a warranty through Mopar so I had to get it done at a dealership. My husband called Secret City and the lady on the phone said, tell her to bring it on in. The customer service was amazing. Phil helped me the whole way, explained everything to me, and checked my tire that had been getting low. He was so nice. He was obviously busy, but he worked me into his schedule. I bought an oil change package, and we talked about all the Jeeps that we owned. I highly recommend Secret City to anyone that wants service on their vehicle, and I think you should ask for Phil. He was awesome! (dont know Phils last name)

Knew the truck we wanted from an online search and met with Daniel who guided the test drive and purchase process. He was great and I would recommend seeing him. We were able to negotiate what I thought was a fair price without too much drama.

I purchased a pre-owned Ram from this dealership over the weekend. The experience I had was excellent from the sale all the way through working with their finance person. I am not writing this review based on the deal or price I got on the vehicle, although I am happy with the transaction. We were looking all over Florida when we heard the track hawk had come out but had no luck in locating a dealer willing to work with us. One call to Secret City Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and we were building the track hawk we wanted and placing the order without being overcharged for the deposit like every other dealership we had spoken to.Once we received word that the Jeep had arrived we flew up to the dealership and within an hour we were out the door with our purchase and as happy as can be.
