Cody performed routine maintenance on our two AC units today. He identified some red and green growth and took care of it for us. He was very professional, thorough, and spent a lot of time answering my questions. I didn’t feel rushed at all and felt as if I were an important customer. We had our AC unit stop sending cold air. Called them and they had someone come out within less than 2 hours. ECO Heating and Air Solutions installed a gas tankless hot water system, a gas heating system, and a new air conditioner. Their price was reasonable, consistent with other HVAC contractors in the area.. All of their personnel were professional, courteous, and competent. They took pride in their work and had a positive espirit for their employer. The products that they sold and installed work very well and are a great improvement over our old systems. (We have not yet had an opportunity to use the AC.) The installation technicians were efficient and cleaned the work area very well. My wife and I are completely satisfied with the products and services that we received from ECO Heating and Air Solutions. We unequivocally and without reservation recommend them, hoping that your experience will be as positive as ours.

Came the next day to repair my air conditioner and the total cost was $235, including the tax, $49 of it for coming to my address and the rest for replacing a bad capacitor which the guy spent sometime to find its specifications.

I worked with Annie, Kevin, and Chris twice over the past two months to repair and tune up my HVAC system. All three of them were professional, personable, and responsive. They actually fix your problems instead of telling you that you need a new system. I highly recommend them for all of your HVAC needs.

So as often is the case we finally realized our AC was out it was late on Sunday before Memorial day Monday. I entered a contact request not expecting to be called until Tuesday. Bright and early Memorial day Annie called and texted me to see if we still needed help. Later the same day Kevin came out and found the issue but we had to wait until the parts place opened. While all this was going on Annie was diligently discovering my unit was still under warranty saving me loads of money. I couldnt have asked for a better team to get us past this rough time!

They came and replaced my hot water tank. Landlord payed for it. They guy came on his day off to finish up. And They are very good. Highly recommended.Lady in office went out of her way to help . By meeting me at 9pm to correct things.

I had the HVAC redone for my two-level house. The work was moderately complicated, involving three major hardware elements (two outside, one inside). In spite of the lousy weather and associated mud, the work was completed on time. All components have now been tested (winter and summer conditions) and all are working as planned. I highly recommend this vendor.
