Terrible representation of the brands they carry. Tried doing business with them multiple times, just to be denied. I have a commercial location, valid tax ID, and a long standing business. I assume they are purposely denying valid applications so someone there can corner the market, all while still maintaining wholesaler status as a company. Sounds fraudulent. Worth noting, I am not an Amazon or eBay seller either. Regardless, it appears they offer junk products that break often, and I saved myself the hassle of having upset customers. Dodged a bullet in my opinion. Ooze sucks as a company all around. Poor ownership and management.

I bought two ooze pens in April 2020 and recently one pen stopped working and both chargers messed up, one broke entirely and the other just won’t charge. I contacted ooze customer support via email and they diagnosed the situation respectfully and professionally. They aided me in the process of registering and filing a warranty claim for the pen and sent two new chargers in the mail. Ooze customer service is amazing and they took great care of me. Thanks Ooze!

Never buying anything with the name ooze on it...got me so dissatisfied I contemplated the quitting of smoking altogether... Cool logo though...

Worst customer service I have experienced from an online vendor. Do not waste your time with this company that does not respond and does not send products. They are a scam. Please investigate this company as you will notice my experience has become a pattern.

I used to praise ooze brand but now I wish I never wasted my money in the first place, 7 (no joke) batteries that I’ve had have not lasted me longer than a month!! At first I thought it was me but after keeping up with cleaning and using the charger it came with and using it only at its lowest voltage, but they still have all broken on me. Very disappointed will not be using this brand any longer.

Ooze Wholesale is the best. While they dont sell out of this location they supply the best product to most of the distribution centers in Michigan!

I like this brand of being because it seems to last longer than most. And it comes with a lifetime warranty. And being on Northend. the area where I was born and raised, even better. I have a couple of pins to to be repaired. So Ill leave an update on customer service.

I had an issue with a part that was out of stock for a couple weeks. I contacted customer service and they updated the site to show product was available and gave me a discount code to use for it. This company has the best support and customer service departments I’ve ever experienced. You could teach lots of other companies proper way to interact with customers. Keep up the 5 star quality you’ve always shown.

They will work with you as long as needed to resolve your issue. They are patient, kind, and DONT TREAT YOU LIKE A BOTHER! My friend was selling products on Amazon and they sent him an email demanding he stop, business must be bad if you are going after people trying to sell your products. Seems like a petty move to shut down a sales partner / reseller. Your reply is funny because you act like you can gaslight the fact that you are selling your own products and are most likely the reason we were accused of selling counterfeit goods. A year later and they are still fighting to keep his money.

510 thread batteries always have something wrong. Ive had them last a couple months and Ive had them last less than a day.

I’ve been using ooze products for 5+ years and absolutely prefer them over any other company! The quality compared to others is incredible. I’ve always had amazing products from ooze, never been let down. Also, Rami is the OG. Thank you to everyone over at Ooze!

I cannot say enough good things about this company! I went to Hash Bash 2018 in Ann Arbor MI on 4/7/18 i purchased the Gusher Globe Kit and had no idea at first that it was broke until 1 week after when i went to charge the battery and noticed the charger wouldnt fit because of a rod coming up in the middle on the battery so i contacted them on 4/13/18 and they explained that it looked like the basement attachment broke off inside my battery and that they would send me a new battery and a new basement. I was so worried at first since i paid in cash & got no receipt since it was a street festival. but they never asked any questions or anything ( however i told them all this in my first email so they were aware of the situation) very next day 4/14/18 i mailed out the broken pieces (like they requested) and a few hours later i got a package from Ooze with my new replacement pieces! I wasnt even expecting a package from them to be coming any time soon so that really blew me out of the water! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

First of all the art caught my attention as soon as I seen it so I grabbed a couple trays they looked and felt amazing so ordered a few shirts had a shipping issue with the first shirt so I sent an email which would start the absolute hands down best customer service I’ve ever experienced Victoria was polite professional and simply put awesome to deal with the problem was handled quickly and she went above and beyond to make sure that I felt my business with oozelife was valued thank you Victoria and #oozelife

Dont waste your time with their products. Puff products are much better.I bought a Ooze vape pen battery and a charger from a local vendor. The battery had a short life span even after charging. The vendor refused to refund or exchange my product. I made the mistake of thinking Ooze cared about their customers and contacted them for help. After sending them pics of the battery and charger, I was told that the charger wasnt their product and if I read their FAQS it says to only use their charger. As a result of using the charger, which I was sold with their product, they wouldnt be helping me.

I ordered a ooze comet they took my money out my account, I have my bank statement... 16 days later no product... I’ve left emails, I’ve called... every time I’ve called the same woman has answered, every email I sent emailed me back... it was the same woman... she’s telling me that me nor my girlfriends name are on anything in their system and now is asking for last 4 of my card to confirm... as much as I want to do it and see I don’t trust this anymore whatsoever... I need a supervisor or something

Absolutely horrible, ended up buying one and loving it for the month that it worked, then the charger broke the pen and they said theyd send me a new one, which they didnt. then i bought another and it broke too, being stupid i know. after the course of about a year, they have sent me parts that didnt even work, then a brand new pen which also failed to work, and i now have been waiting for a refund check for about three weeks. love giving my business to local michigan companies but will never make this mistake again.

Got my EZ PIPE and my Octo tray in today let me tell you it only took four days from the time I placed my order until it arrived great products and lighting fast shipping. Keep up the good stuff @Oozelife.

Ok so were making progress, pen is about a week old and already not working but Victoria from customer support was extremely helpful. we will see what happens, 15 minutes later and still no email. i will keep waiting because people say Victoria is awesome and i believe themAaaand the link sent to me just yells me to use a broken link on their site, please someone help

Worse customer service every! They screw up every order and then it takes hours of them blaming you to get them to make it right! Spend your money somewhere else! You will save money even paying 25 cents more a product in your time and frustration

I didnt realize they couldnt sell me an individual battery but when I explained what happened to my current one, the lady gave me a brand new one in a box!!! She honestly made my entire week!!
