Extremely rude over the phone. Doesnt even say goodbye, just hangs up on you...horrible customer service
Called ahead of time to rent a van for a couple of hours. He was very helpful on the phone and confirmed the price per mileage. Pickup was fine except for the fact that he completely butchered the spelling of my name and didn’t change it on my reservation. Which means he sent my information over email to the wrong email address who know has access to that. Then when I dropped off the van, he wasn’t able to tell me if the $60 holding charge would drop off my account. Just said “Uh, I’m not sure. It should.” Then after paying, I had to request a receipt. He did not offer me one automatically which is unbelievable seeing as I just had 2 charges of about $60 each on my card. After reviewing my receipt I realized he charged me 10 cents over what he quoted me on the phone. When I asked if I could get that changed he shrugged his shoulders and said, “Well I already charged it.” Do yourself a favor and go to any other UHaul in the area...there are enough... and avoid this horrible customer service.
Great service. In and out in no time. They are also a reputable service station. Take your car there.
