I absolutely love this office. As a previous District Manager in competition with Sebastian’s team, I always knew they were going to show up big and powerful. He is an amazing leader and his team of professionals are always impressive. I wish I could go back to my college years and work under a guy like him.. I would have matured and had much more productive years in college!

I started working here in May of this year, immediately following my highschool graduation and I fell in love with the job! The people here are really supportive and always want to help you reach your goals. When they say its a flexible schedule, it really is. You can easily work around school schedules, other work schedules, vacations, etc. And I really couldnt ask for a better manager than Sebastian. I would honestly recommend this job to anybody looking to better themselves and get some extra cash in their pocket!

Basically a pyramid scheme. Look at the reviews which are obviously all using the same formula like they were told to write them word for word. They harass acquaintances to scam people to sell Cutco, which is a known pyramid scheme. But dont tell them that, they get super defensive about it!

When I was recommended for this job I didnt know what to expect. After giving it a shot in my first summer I came to enjoy the job. The people you work with each and every day are truly special and are always willing to drop everything to help you out. Ive never experienced such personal growth in any other place. When I first started working with Cutco/Vector marketing, I was a little hesitant, because I had never heard of the job, but I was eager to make money. Since then I have been surrounded with nothing but the most inspiring, growth oriented, sincere genuine givers I have ever met, who have led me to completely flip my life upside down. If you want to work an easy job as a college kid, and get little to no experience, and barely make any money, then sure Chick-fil-A is great, but if you want to change the world, if you want to work with people who are changing the world, this is the place to be !!Growth oriented, best experience I’ve ever received, instead of a job, it has become my passion, highly highly recommend !!

My experience as a rep: I was a freshman in college looking to do something that could help me stick out from my peers. I knew the job market was going to be insanely competitive when I graduated and so I figured I would get a head start anyway I could. I wasnt sure if I was going to make any money beyond the base pay but (as it turned out) people really loved the CUTCO product. I made 15k in 2 and a half months.The experience I got at Vector has defined me. All the people here are hustlers and have brought so much positivity in my life.My manager Sebastian has been a friend, a brother, and a great mentor. He is regarded by his colleagues as a true professional, has an excellent family, and cares deeply about his team (beyond just the business side of things).

Not really sure how to describe this. Saw the ad posted for $17 an hour so I said that seems fair while $17 an hour means each appointment $17 and then if you make a sale you get paid pretty much just false advertising youll be selling their products I dont know if it works or not but from what I heard I havent heard much good. Be wary.
