Arrived midday on a Tuesday to ship a package. The Priority Mail packaging and mailers were well stocked and I found the size box I needed right away. All of the registers were staffed and I was able to pay right away.

I came here for a passport appointment for my son and everything went smoothly. The two women at the desk were polite and greeted me upon entering. I was assisted by Kim who was friendly and got me out within 10 minutes.

The hypocrisy, how is it that a federal employee chose to not wear a mask (that mind, you is required again), but tells the costumer to put a mask on ? This has to be addressed . I do not mind wearing a mask whatsoever. I put it on right away . But you can not be a hypocrite, especially in a federal state office .

Today 09/07/21, I left the post office 5 packages and the manager told me that he could not give me the receipt of 5 but that he will scan it and that the receipt will reach my email. 2 hours have passed and I have not received any mail.

Young black lady was very rude. She wouldn’t scan three of my packages and insisted that all of my packages must go in a bin accessible to the general public. I said I needed a receipt and she said “well I’m only scanning three.” There was no one behind me and could have scanned the rest. I guess actually working for your bloated government check it too much to ask for. Never going to that location again. I can’t wait to get out of Illinois!!

The Clerk Patrick at the front desk was extremely rude. This guy shouldnt be dealing with the public. He was very snotty and on his phone while dealing with me

Rude employee..I walked to send three letters certified mail which I stated. She charged me a small fee and as I walked away I realized there wasn’t a tracking number so I waited in line again. Got called into a different line and explained to the man I wanted them sent certified mail. He went and grabbed them from the woman. And she says with an attitude she didn’t say certified..I said yes I did. Simple mistake everyone is wearing masks I’m sure it’s difficult to hear but just apologize and say I didn’t hear you not blame it on me. This isn’t the first time I went into this post office and the employees had a bad attitude,they need to learn some better communication skills.

We went in on a Wednesday morning for my toddlers passport. We walked in and no one greeted us, kinda like we were bothering them. My little toddler said hi to the lady that took care of us and she completely ignored her. This lady was incredibly rude, I don’t understand how someone can be so rude first thing in the morning.

Went to ship an item back to its manufacturer for warranty reasons on July 1, and since the 3rd there has been no updates on tracking at the lady I spoke with today the 13th said it could take over a week to figure out what happened to my package. The item is a requirement for my job and who knows how long they’ll take to find it and if they’ll press charges and or give me the money to replace the goods and possible lost income.

One of the best USPS ever been to. I did all my business here until I move my company.Better than evergreen park location. Kendra thanks for your service.

They locked the doors early. After I drove all the way out here to make it to the post office. Apparently 6:57 is the same as 7:00pm according to the worker

The people here are fantastic. I dont know how they put up so professionally with some of the rude customers Ive seen them deal with through the years. ( Ive mailed items there just about every day for over 15 years )

Didn’t deliver my package . Lied and said location was undeliverable even tho I received my regular mail and have received regular deliveries from same place to my home for years . Unbelievable. Incompetent . . Privatize and shut em all down . Govt workers don’t work .

Best Post Office tucked away at the North East end of a strip plaza known as Post Office Square. Gracious and efficient employees operated by Mr. Patel;Mary and a few others Yes they do offer Pasport services but the times are varied according to office personel.Check ahead. Passports are offered at certain times in order to avoid overcrowding or inconveniencing regular postal patrons.

Lady is soo rude.

Female worker was very rude. Chinresting on her hand the entire time. First thing she said was what do you want? Im waiting for you! She gave attitude nonstop. Horrible experience at this location. You need to hire friendly staff with people skills who actually want to work.

Good, fast, accurate service. Plenty of parking.I went on a Thursday afternoon around 2:20pm. No lines, good service. I had to send a package out.

Hello,I tried to find this post office like it said!right off 95th and Cicero!Wrong!Cause its not near the Corner!Its in the Back!Like far Back by S Keating Ave!So Beware not to keep down Cicero cause you will not Find It!After That I Finally Went inside And Noticed that the Woman did Help Me With My Package and was Very Cheerful!Unlike the Other Post Office Ive been To Like the one on 9359 S Kedzie Ave, Evergreen Park, IL 60805.

Ok. The employees here at this location. Are not trained properly period.. They are not Doing there job properly either period... Now I wish they would shut this location down.. There is another usps office on Harlem and 112 th... A lot better there and you dont get ripped off and they are trained properly

They like to open your packages, sample the things youve ordered and tape them closed like you wont notice the thick packaging tape on a sealed shut envelope.

One of the best post offices are the neighborhood. Friendly staff.

Always waiting for the mail and it comes about 7 or 7:30 at night and that is ridiculous!! Shouldnt have to wait this long for mail to be brought to my house I especially when I have important stuff that I have to get in time
