This place is so unprofessional.Dr. Mike is a jittery hyper No mind. Receptionist & Dr. Obviously dont communicate because they both were very confused with different answers about my services. Needless to say this place was A Huge waste of time only for me to start from scratch at another like business. I have reported this place to health authorities & an investigation has been started. I should of checked reviews 1st... I would of never walked in .or given my personal info. I wouldnt trust those involved.EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

Dr Megan is Great! Why she is there makes no sense to me. Emily the ‘receptionist’ is extremely rude, unprofessional and mean! …makes the experience a horrible one. Would not recommend!!

Ive never seen a more unprofessional place. They canceled my appointment and did not give me a call that it was rescheduled for a different day. So I showed up and they refused service because they were too busy. The whole point of making the appointment was so there was set time for me to be seen. Its not my fault that there was an error on their end. I refuse to go back. The only reason the get one star is because I had to in order to review. Definitely recommend taking your business elsewhere. If they cant manage a schedule, I can only imagine how well they give hearing tests.

Everything was excellent until we got to the choosing decision. I feel like we got bum rushed into buying a product with nothing but prices as criteria! No model numbers, just verbal recommendations. Im not a happy camper, and plan to revisit first thing in the morning, God willing. And may Peace be within us.

Not happy with my hesrring aids. dont work right since i bought them. all i hear is evrrything but voices cant u derstand vocabulary on hear noise no happy

Dr.Laura was incredibly quick however shes the most over priced hearing company Ive ever went to, she over charged my mother at her visit today and was incredibly rude. If you dont mind paying more for the same service and being treated like your a low life, feel free to make an appointment.

Horrible people skills and never return calls I tried calling them several times and they still havent called back to fix my grandpas hearing aides pretty sad when those things are 5 grand
