Very helpful staff! Most of the staff I’ve encountered here are very nice, very helpful, they go out of their way to accommodate you. The older woman can be a bit snappy but I’ve always gone in near closing time. I’d most likely be aggravated as well. She also made me pay extra for an envelope that I had been charged the wrong price for after I checked out. It was a difference of $1.50, no biggie but you’d think she’d just let it go. But, I’m giving them 5 star’s because of the fact that I have always felt well taken care of with my packages.

This Ups store is wonderful. We have been going here for a few years and even have a mailbox here. The owners/ supervisors and the staff are great. They are very resourceful, pleasant and professional. This is the only ups store that me and family use. Thank you for your great services........

Ive always had a good experience. Lines tend to move fast. Im usually in and out. The most Ive waited is about 5 mins. I come here for convinience.

Scamming the neighborhood. Just to sign one line on a form I’m charged $22. And the notary says it’s cuz it’s a mortgage document. Mind you he didn’t have to read the document just notarize one signature. Highway robbery if you ask me. And on top of that his attitude stank. The girl in the hijab handed me the book to sign my name and didn’t explain that they want drivers license number and expiration date. Anyhow avoid going here if you can unless you want to be scammed. Smh

I really can’t say enough good things about this location. It’s clean, and a good range of supplies are available. The staff are *always* friendly or, at the very least, polite and helpful. Won’t go anywhere else!

Ive had a PO box here for a while now. Things were fine at 1st, ive noticed the younger staff are really rude. Im almost certain 1 day i will have to check one of those package handers. It’s inevitable, i come to pick up my packages and have to deal with millennials who have never been taught customer service basics. After i check the millennials I’ll definitely be moving to another store. Loud mouth heathens

This is honestly the best UPS in the Chicagoland area, in my opinion. I’ve been to multiple UPS locations and they are the fastest and the most efficient. I’ve never been in here longer than 5 minutes and the customer service is top notch. I’ve also never had any issues shipping returns through their very easy and seamless process.

Tried to charge $3.25 to print a single sheet of paper. When I questioned why, explaining every other UPS store charges $0.75, the guy rolled his eyes and walked away before I finished my sentence. Go 1 mile down the road to Kedzie where they dont hate life.

Would have been nice, if they would have not told the person who worked for ups for 3 years that they did not have ground return service and made me pay extra $15.00. There are few people out there who know few things about ups please keep that in mind.

I sent something thru this store at 9624 s. Cicero in Oak Lawn on the 8th of September. The gentlemen assured me that the package would arrive on the 10 th of September. I repeated to him several times that it needed to be there by the 10th. He told me it would be there by the 10th. I checked the tracking information today, the 11th, to find that it was delivered today. Then when talking to this store about why it did not get there on the 10th -I was informed that it actually was not even delivered yet. She then informed me that my receipt actually said the delivery would be on the 11th.I told her that this is not what I paid for and had I known it wouldn’t get there before the 10th I would have done something else. She told me I needed to read the receipt next time. Read the receipt! Really! I had already paid by the time I got the receipt so it would have done me no good at that point ; and her employee told me it would get there on the 10th!!!Don’t deal with these people they are just taking your money and they don’t care what happens once your package leaves their store!!!!

This location is very convenient and fast. Whenever I have to go to the place to pick up a package, I am normally out in less than 10 minutes. The staff at this location are friendly and efficient. They are able to process your needs in a timely fashion.

I have been a box holder since they opened and transition over to new ownership without any issues.Their customer service is curtis and professional. I have had some very difficult transactions that needed their attention while I was out of town. They pulled through for me!I appreciate everything they have done for me over the years.Thank you

Been coming here past 2 years and always am taken care of promptly, curteously, and always get a receipt for my packages. Not sure of all the negative reviews, but in my experience its always been good. Im an avid amazon shopper so I am here at least 2 to 3 times a month for a frame of reference.

Crew was helpful, however, I was not satisfied with what was offered to me regarding the delivery date. I opted for one day delivery for my documents and paid for it but only to find out the following the dat package still in transit and will be delivered the next day. Very disappointing!

DON’T EVER GO HERE! I dropped off a package here two weeks ago. The woman at the counter just told me to leave them there so I did. Well, 2 weeks later and the recipient never got them. I came back up and spoke to the owner, Raj. He told me he didn’t believe no one offered me a drop off receipt (so I’m a liar?) and he didn’t even bother to attempt to look for it. I asked him to take a couple minutes and just rummage around the back and he refused and argued with me about it for several minutes. I ended up leaving w no one even trying to help.

I had a 24 hour turnaround on a presentation that needed to be printed and bound.... from Minnesota! The store responded right away and took care of it beautifully, all from another state. My coworker picked it up on site, and was very pleased. Thanks for working so hard for us, we couldnt have presented without you!

Greedy owner.. tried to charge me 4 dollars for a 8 inch long strip of packing tape that I needed it to seal my box..Every other place will be courtesy to provided that little help..Greedy.. take your business somewhere else.. they need to learn how this work..

They were very helpful, and when the delivery driver in New Jersey didnt scan all of my packages as being delivered, this store called me to update me on the situation (they thought one of my six boxes were lost and began investigating) . Excellent customer service!

My UPS store next to my house closed so I had to go to another one. I walked in, said hi, took the labels for Amazon off from the boxes and gave it to them. One of the reps asked if I had tape.. uh, what? She asked if I had tape. I said no. She said when its prepaid everything has to come ready to go. I kept my cool down, this is the first time someone from UPS store ever says something like that to me. Let alone even USPS tapes boxes professionally and without telling us, the customers, that it has to be tapped. I felt stupid while they were tapping this ... never coming back here again .........

I didnt have packing tape. the guy behind the counter didnt have any he could sell me for some reason. He would tape up my boxes but not in front of me. I was hesitant because I had to leave my untaped boxes with him as he was too busy to tape them. My husband thought I was being ridiculous and there was a line behind us. One of the boxes had wedding gifts. Yes, I know, I left them there, in an untapped box to avoid an argument with my husband. That box is half-full now. BUT... instead filled up with packing peanuts- all over the place- both boxes stuffed with them. They are NOT how I packed them. Now as I unpack the boxes everything is spilling all over the place AND its spilling all over friggin packing peanuts. Im pretty angry. I dont even know what is missing. -Nothing expensive but still. I partially blame myself for not standing my ground. Be more careful than I was.

This has to be the worst UPS store on the planet!!! The owner Raj Desai has terrible customer service. The computers are outdated and she doesn’t have he stuff in order. I went there to print out a label from my email and couldn’t do that because the computers software is from Prehistoric times literally and she had the nerve to still charge me for using the computer. I will never... EVER.. go there again and you shouldn’t either. Go to the store on 94th and Kedzie. They have excellent CS and their computers are up to date.

Very rude, ran out of packaging tape so I was unable to tape my package before I brought it in. The man behind the counter told I need to buy some or next time he will not accept my package. Even though he had 3 rolls of tape behind the counter. I work in sales and deal with customers all day long, I would get written up at my job if I talked to my customer like that. You are suppose to go above and beyond for your customers and not be rude.

They make you buy a whole roll of tape and you have to tape it yourself. Its the only shipping place that ever did this to me. Last time I go here or anywhere else besides for my local fedex store. Worst experience ever is this ups corporate policy? I dont know and im never going to find out because im done with ups.

UPS stores are basically the same. They accept packages, give prices the computer says to give based on size, weight, and destination. From there the packages are picked up by a driver and the store has no contact with them. People complaining about things like a lamp that was broken and only insured for $100 should have purchased additional insurance. $100 is standard insurance unless you buy more. Complaining about prices, insurance, late deliveries, etc is really stupid since the cashier at your UPS store had nothing to do with it.

Every time Im there I witness them being very rude to other customers. Tonight I was one of them, I called there in a panic and asked if the UPS driver was still there and he said to me(in his accent)he will be leaving shortly, I begged him to please have him wait and I would be there in 3 minutes. Sure enough I get there within my 3 minutes and the driver was gone!He couldnt or wouldnt ask the driver?!Theres plenty of other UPS stores that will get my business from now on!!
