Be careful !!!!I’m so disappointed, we took this professional for cleaning before the move out, we hope find a real professional but I was so disappointed by the cost for this results. I didn’t want a perfect result but just something clean. Don’t waste your money and your time

I am very disappointed upset and I feel valeted. I let these women come in and clean my house. and one of them took a very personal item of mine. out of my home.I paid them $275. tipped all 4 of them.$25 a piece. And they steal from me. It is one of the worst experiences Ive had in a very long time. Dont let them in your house doing this pandemic .You might experience the same thing .The worse

I take stealing out of someones home very serious they need to take a lie detective test I field out a police report it did get me my stuff back that was the worst experience Ive experienced in a long time What kind of inside investigation did you do ask them did they steal something B.S. Must be family own this should have been handled better than this

Used their service for a house I was listing for sale. I wanted it clean before pictures were taken and the lady I spoke to squeezed me in the next day. They did a wonderful job and I was impressed with the quality and amount of cleaning accomplished in the allotted time. Would definitely recommend.

I have used The Maids for several years and the ladies have always done an excellent job. They are friendly, efficient and do a complete cleaning. The office is wonderful in always being helpful in scheduling my appointments. Highly recommend!

Requested a top to bottom in depth cleaning, Bathroom tile and shower door. Not that the ladies didnt come in and clean for a 1/2 hour, but they did not clean down the tile like I requested or deep clean the shower door, and on top of it. They charge by the hour, and its from the minute they get to your house. . .not when they start, so I was overcharged $30.50. Which is pretty exhorbitant. I was going to tip the young ladies which would have been more than the over charge, but I will never use them again. Over priced - Charged $189 for an hour.

Not thorough enough for me. I went into there office prior to booking to ask about the cleaning tasks that their team performs to see if I wanted to go forward with them. The tasks that the office lady sayed they will do didnt get done at all. They didnt clean on top of anything. It looks as if my basement bathroom wasnt even touched. It was a poor performance. Then they came back to fix the mediocre job the next day only for me to be insulted by the manager of these sub par cleaning ladies in more ways than one as she laughed at me as she insulted how dusty the top of my light was. She did it in a cute smart ass manner. I cant believe it. I asked all five of them to leave at that point. Ill look elsewhere for cleaning service.

The Maids staff is friendly, reliable and does a great job each time they come. So glad I found them to clean our offices.

The ease of scheduling, excellent workers, and reasonable prices is the reason I have been using this service for years!

Make sure you have them charge your account the day of the service. I had their service months ago, which left a musty smell for 2 days, and I’m barely getting charged now. The lady’s excuse was because “she wasn’t in” to charge my account. Unprofessional if you ask me.

Used them to clean a rental property. Noticed a issue and contacted them. They addressed the issue. I would use them again .
