This was my first experience working with an insurance agency and Ill definitively state I will no longer hire Allstate for their services in the future. The payment process was intuitive, which Ill have to credit Allstate corporate for. However, whenever I called Malenas office I was presented with:Erroneous accounting and coverage informationScreened callsOverall, unprofessional behaviorIm in my early 20s and know better customer service. I can gladly say this was my last experience with Allstate.

I know Allstate is a good company... But this agent lacks the patience to talk to the little people that arent insurance agents. Feels like I have to pull teeth to get answers. Switched to another agent.

Very rude and short with customers. Especially when she realizes that you are not calling for something that is going to make her money. Called to cancel a policy on a vehicle I sold and she hung up on me after yelling okay, ill take care of it.

Never answers the phone. EVER. Nobody is ever at the office. This is most likely a money laundering operation.
