Sales agent April was so kind and friendly to help me with my complicated car insurance questions. Very easy to talk with and made the experience go smoothly. She also remembered my dad who also had his car insurance with them and it was such a kind personal touch to the interaction. When you call them, you have a real person answering and I think that really matters especially during the times when youre having issues with your car or got into an accident. Having a person answer and not a recording can add peace of mind. It is that little thing that I appreciate as a customer. Plus, they have great rates.

First time using road side assistance I was out of fuel so I needed them to bring me some the women told me it will be 45 minutes and they will call me when it was 5 minutes away and that I can pay with a card for the gas. I call the eta automatic service when it past 40 minutes I got some rides staff from Wells Road that told me that they are still out refused to give me a time then transferred me this hostel man that told he he couldn’t take my card anymore and that he’s not going to deal with me an hung up an canceled my service it’s unacceptable and Destiny from state farm told me there nothing she can do said sometimes they can be rude thats not okay now I have to wait another hour for another one I should of stayed with progressive
