I had to drop AllState due to unresponsiveness. I needed information about my 4 policies and received no emails or phone calls to help. I won’t ever recommend AllState insurance again.

Allstate customer service has been excellent. I have always been treated with respect and promptness. My local office have been nothing but spectacular. Lisa Hansen is golden. She always manages my inquiries and makes sure I am always satisfied! I saved some money switching to Allstate and I couldnt be happier. Thank you.
