Working with Sentry Air Duct Cleaners was a great experience! A friend referred us and were glad she did. Very thorough cleaning of our ductwork for two HVAC systems as well as our dryer vent. They showed us before and after pictures and it was night and day. They noticed areas around our air returns that were not sealed properly which allowed drywall dust to constantly enter the systems. They fixed that as well. Overall, I was very happy with the service and we were able to tell the difference almost immediately. Highly recommended.

They were courteous. Our new mobile home had over 20 vents that were filthy from the prior owner, and the a/c, furnace, and dryer vents had not been serviced in years. Mark did a great job explaining the process, soliciting and answering questions. He was careful of our furniture and property. He showed us both before/after real time examples and photos. Three of our grand-kids were here and he was solicitous and engaging with them and our two small dogs. They need better system to track orders. We schedule appointment on October 8 for duct cleaning for Sunday October 18 and AC Inspection for Monday 19 . Called around 2pm on Sunday for Air Duct to make sure they were coming. He said yes. 4:20 PM I called (Phil, I believe, was the person who answered) and they said that they have nothing for Today but have something for Monday 19 Oct. First you say yes, then you say no?? which one is it? I asked what service is is scheduled for tomorrow. First he said tomorrow is Monday October 19... Really?? I said thats not what I ask, I what task is schedule for tomorrow. He said He said I dont know because the order has been closed How can you have an order closed for a day that has not even past. My advise, learn to listen to people, be more organized and call people 48hrs in advance to confirm appointments. Pictures of call evidence in case they decide to say we never called.

Our house was quite dusty. Then we got Jon the technician to clean the ducts, the effect is tremendous. The floor does not accumulate dust anymore. That is great and will definitely recommend them!!

What a great service! The technicians came out, cleaned/cleared the 10 ft. dryer vent from inside and outside the house. I hired Sentry Air Duct Cleaners based on their Google reviews. They were super accommodating to my schedule, prompt, efficient and professional. We scheduled to clean out the dryer vent which took approximately 1 hour. To top it off, they had a wonderful clean up thereafter leaving the place in a cleaner condition.
