We have had a fridge out for over 10+ days. We have called everyday since day 1 and no response. Had to reach out to their facebook and message them. Turns out it was the owner and he told us to call the same number we have been calling. We have submitted a maintenance request and still no response. I am having SEARS come out tomorrow to fix this issue. The only reason I put one star is because I had to if ZERO WAS AN OPTION I WOULD PUT ZERO. I highly do not recommend this company. Will not renew lease.
My 77 yr old mom had rented a house from Go Realty. If anything broke or needed to be fixed they took months to respond. When she recently moved in April 2020, I helped her clean the house better then when she got it. We even touched up paint. They would not answer their phones to discuss deposit or get the key back. After 2 weeks I went by the office then the house and they had already rented to place to someone else without getting key back. We have made several attempts to contact them about my moms deposit and no one would return call. Then the office receptionist tried telling us the check was in the mail. The main point is they are scandalous with deposits and taking advantage of elderly people on limited budget. I am so disappointed in their unprofessionalism and dishonesty.
I have contacted Gerry Oliver MULTIPLE TIMES via email, phone calls, cell phone, etc. for a single piece of information that requires very little effort on his part. After two months I have yet to hear from him. I hear nothing but excuses. First his voice mail is full and I could not leave a message. Then the systems were hacked (which if this is true, we have yet to be contacted by anyone assuring that our personal information is safe). We have also heard we were priority one and he would get back to us the moment he stepped foot into the office. Still, communication is one sided.To say that I am disappointed, does not even to begin to describe this company. My husband and I finally emailed the entire board and it seems as if we are getting some sort of response.From the looks of the reviews made on google about go realty, they are quick with responding to people who make negative comments. I am hoping this is the case for us as well.If you can avoid go realty, do yourself a favor and avoid the migraine and find another company.
Weve lived in an apartment with Go realty for over 2 years now. The realtors are great. They answer all the questions we could possibly ask for. The only problem is the land lord takes forever with the work orders. Weve had literal bushes growing in our rain gunners. We put in a work order when we moved in and hasnt been taken care of. And the parking spaces are in complete darkness. Weve asked for flood lights to be installed but that was a hard no.
This FAILING company is very unprofessional, we were forced into a contract with them when they bought out Churchill an Associates. Since that time, they have been late on rent checks they do not answer their phones and they leave owners and tenants without any form of communication. I would not recommend this company to anybody in Oak Harbor WA or the surrounding area that they offer service. The owner Gerry Oliver does not know what he is doing. We have received rechecks that belong two other personnel who have hired them. Our rent check is still missing. My tenants moved out due to a military transfer without being able to contact go Realty. Thank God we were ale to get ahold of him through other means. I have sense fired Gerry. If you re doing business with this individual be warned. He will send you Statements for service that have not been completed to fill his pockets with your money. This is an owner of a business that is failing. It has been months sense we have heard from him. PROTECT YOURSELVES AND HIRE SOMEONE ELSEThis is only a fraction of the issues. Terrible company.
The only reason for the ONE star is because theres no option for ZERO stars. They do not answer the phone, so dont bother calling. They dont fix any issues, so dont bother asking. We moved here from Texas so we didnt necessarily get to see the place before we signed the lease. Every single closet door is broken off the henges. Window screens are torn or missing. The walls have huge areas that look like they were once holes and POORLY fixed. The carpet is stained. Outside, they wait until the grass and weeds are up to your waist before having someone out to mow. There is dog poop almost everywhere you step.Now, our refrigerator has stopped working. Yes, the one they supplied us in the unit. We have been waiting OVER A WEEK for someone to come out and look at it.Keep in mind that we have a four year old in the home with severe food allergies. He depends on the groceries we buy that we know are safe to eat without allergic reactions. We cant just eat fast food every night, even IF we could afford it. You may think its a fridge. Whats the big deal? The big deal is that all of our groceries are now ruined, money down the drain. We have been living out of a COOLER with ice for over a week. In our own home! They will not acknowledge us. They wont even answer the phone. Dont believe me? Try calling the office right now.I find it odd that if you contact them, saying you and interested in a rental, they respond immediately... but once they have you on a lease they dont give a damn about you anymore.I had to send Gerry Oliver a message on FACEBOOK to get a response, which still has told me NOTHING.!! Do not sign a lease with these people, unless you want to live in a overpriced, run down looking townhome and get NO HELP when issues arise. Save yourself from the hassle of dealing with this unprofessional company!!
Gerry Oliver is the worse. This company is a joke! Unprofessional, can’t return calls, or texts.After seeing the reviews below, I now realized it wasn’t just me. Voting to boot them out of managing Madrona Condominiums.
They never return calls or texts not recommend to rent or do any type of business with them we still waiting to hear back from them to get are security deposit back and no answer of them.
If there were zero stars we would give it! Actually negative 100 stars! That Jerry Oliver is a complete Joke! Extremely, extremely unprofessional, unreliable, untruthful.

Jerry doesnt pay his workers. Me and my family cleaned a roof for jerry at go realty. He has not paid us its been weeks. This was the money for me and my family to move back home to the east coast.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced from a realty office. Girls sit and chat with clients standing waiting; no communication whatsoever; terrible attitudes.
