Paid $500 for shipping, insurance & professional packing for two boxes to NY. Boxes arrived late, separately, and both items were damaged in transit. After waiting months, and MULTIPLE contact made on my behalf on an answer from insurance, it eventually came to be the fault of the packer - pony express. I had already paid out of pocket for a replacement for my customer and you would think the company that supposedly had you covered would compensate you. Nope. I got led on for almost a year by the manager then the owner. Made false claims of refunds, completely unprofessional, over priced and useless company. Avoid at ALL costs. They mark up Fed Ex fees 40% just because theyre printing out a packing slip and having it picked up from there. You can do this at home. Dont waste your time with this mob.

The two women in there were life savers! I shipped my goldfish to my new home and they were incredibly helpful in making sure I found an appropriate way to send them. Both my fish arrived alive and happy!

They were okay. Only like the fact they tell you prices of all the mailing companies. But the lady was trying to get me to go for the highest price instead. Which didnt make huge difference at all compare to lowest one.

Worst customer service i have encountered in the 3 years i have been here. I came in to ship an amazon eturn with a QR code that was supplied by amazon customer support via chat. They said they cant use QR code but can change it to a shipping lable, took the phone clicked out of the page with the QR code and then could not get it back or the shipping lable. Once i said so now i need to contact amazon for the code again and that they should ask before clicking anything on the phone, they got mad about it and the person i was talking to said. psh what ever, have a nice day as she waved me out of the store right before she turned around and walked away.

Great prices quick and easy but it would be nice if the cashiers had a reminder that its really not their business what Im sending or how Im sending it. A bag is a bag ring up, send it out, and have a great day. If its a cheaper option then cool suggest that but dont tell me how to mail something out. Just do your job thanks.

Theres a Ups store in town but Pony mailing express is basically a one stop shop for all your posting needs. UPS, FedEx.and USPS.
