Quite interesting that I ask the guy working if it is not a mask mandate state wide to wear a mask in public areas. He heard me and then continued on with his work. No reply except a glare. (I’m not saying I agree or disagree with the mandate, but no signage stating this mandate all patrons wearing mask except I guess he feels he is exempt from this mandate. And feels he does not have to answer the questions of the customers. Pretty crazy. I definitely will not come back after the attitude of this employee. Sad I’ve been a customer here for years off and on while in town.

If youve got a track it cross country team, bring those sweaty uniforms and great here and use the 13 load capacity washer. Or maybe the 9 load will work. Construction crew? Got you covered. Live solo? Nomad? Same thing, more weather sizes as appropriate. Great hours for early birds, open at 0500.

Been coming here for a few years. I love the new machines. It takes less than an hour to do all of your laundry! Mask mandate was pretty lax last year but whatever. Staff is very friendly. Parking lot is kinda tricky when people make up their own spots and you need to maneuver around their ill parked car. Great establishment otherwise.

Smacked in the face with the strong oder of mold the second I opened door to entrance, Sickening smell. No coin Operation machines !!All machines are card-swipingcode-scaningRequires you to download an app to wash or dry clothes.No Thank YouAfter having to gather laundry, laundry soaps, quarters etc...haul out to my vehical, drive miles to laundry to bring bulky beding for washing.Last thing I want to do is down load an Electronic app and waste more of my time.No I dont want to use a card .I want to use these quarters.But I couldnt toleratethe smell in there to stay anyway.First and LAST time, so no,I left without using the washers and dryers.I cant even tell you if they function.Im sure I would have tried the non-coin opperated machines if it didnt smell so bad like mold in there.Also there was no one attending to help with questions about the machines.I did not bring a card with me, or my phone so I had no options to use this business. Not sorry🤨

Great place to do laundry. Not much traffic, everything is electronic which is a plus! No more needing to stress about finding coins. Machines take cash too. Big washers & dryers to get everything done in one swoop & a vending machine to hold you over while you wait.

Modern laundromat with updated machines. There is an attendant that can help with questions. Each machine is numbered and you load it then pay at The kiosk on the wall. Very nice way to only pay for what you need. If you download the Laundry Boss app, you get a $5 credit. They also have free WiFi.

Great place to do your clothes, my wife and I are retired and full timing in our motorhome and this is the best laundromat we have ever came across. Download an app and pay with your card. The prices are reasonable, all the equipment works, the dryers are HOT. We are visiting our daughter up here for the spring and summer and this place has taking all the hassle Im going to the laundromat. I really cant say enough good things about this place including the employee on duty, she was very helpful. No more having to save quarters.

Pretty good. I visited there on a Sunday morning, and it wasnt cramped at all. If youve stocked up on your quarters, thats fine, but you dont have to. All the machines are electronic, and you can use either cash, coins or card... Whichever you prefer. Staff was polite and ready to answer any questions I had.

Best laundromat Ive used in 10 weeks and 8000 miles of travel. Like new machines, great dryers, fairly priced.

Great place to do your laundry. Very clean including the restroom,friendly helpful staff,love there new machines (especially the huge ones up front) reasonably priced & security cameras so if you need to step out for a few hopefully your laundry will still be there. My only recommendation would be toilet seat covers in the restroom. Hours of operation 5am -11pm daily 👍💯

Great place. Can pay via smart phone app or credit card which is cool. No more quarters!!I really wish they had a recycle bin so all the laundry detergent containers arent thrown into a landfill. This IS Washington State which prides itself on its natural beauty. Think about it...

New machines, uses an app to pay. The bathroom was clean but had to call and number and leave a voicemail and wait for a text with the code in order to use it.

Variety of washers, very clean facility. I washed two cal king comforters; they washed good and dried pretty fast. Quarters or credit/debt card was a good option!

Machines worked well and the app was easy to use. I did have to ask for help when I got there and although the woman working wasn’t very welcoming, she did know her stuff about the kiosk and app.

The staff is friendly and its the cleanest and cheapest one that I have found in oak Harbor

They recently put in all new machines that are payable through an app or cash operated from a central station. For someone that doesnt carry cash anymore this is really nice. Prices are insignificantly higher than the other local laundromat ($3-16 depending on load size and options). Largest machine can run 13 load capacity

Midway keeps everything clean, but they did that before cov-19 started.All the ladies that work there very friendly and kind, caring, so helpful when you are needing it

Equipment is modern, and convenient. Lots of machines that do exactly what they’re supposed to for a really decent price. Be prepared to learn the tech if you’re still putting quarters into machines.

I like the big washers, definitely worth 2 more bucks for super wash, and dryers dont cost an arm and leg, pretty reasonable.Dont bring quarters cause its on a computer system( you can still use quarters but why when you can use your cell phone)

Ive been going to Midway Laundry before they put in their new payment system and its actually a Massive Improvement, not only in payment options but now it leaves more time for the attendant to assist everyone that has a need. Since the change out of th payment system Ive only had a problem 1 time and it was easily and quickly taken care of. Very good machines and excellent attendants. I HIGHLY recommend Midway Laundry over ANY other laundry in Oak Harbor.

Its a laundromat! It does laundromat things! The machines are very new, and very clean. And they accept card payments for all the machines. The little kiosk you pay at is very intuitive and easy to use. Wash and fold is also available, and priced fairly.

Midway is clean and and you can get your wash done quickly. Their machines are up-to-date and work well. The staff is friendly and helpful. Now for the bad. When staff is not there, too many customers do not wear their masks. This is a problem particularly in an environment like a cleaners.

I always do laundry here. Its clean, safe, secure, brand new machines (that actually work well), huge dryers that do the job for only $1.50 and a huge load of blankets is dry).The atmosphere is chill. I prefer this establishment so much that I drive in from anacortes to do all my laundry, and I literally live across from a laundry there.

This was my first time using this app. It was frustrating at first because I did not know things have changed to where you use the internet to pay for cleaning and drying services. Nor did I know that there was a kiosk that does the same thing. Once I downloaded the app and made my account it was so so easy. Thank for a better than expected experience.Tommy Garcia

Prices are 25/50 cents higher than the one by keybank but less of the more misfortunate people and always someone on staff just makes it feel safer and warmer. Better quality machines aswell.

We came in after staff hours. The app made paying so easy...no buying quarters at the grocery store! We had an issue with one of the machines not working. Since there was no staff (because it was later in the day), I called their number and left a message about the machine issue. Within just a few minutes of leaving the message, my account had been credited for the amount I had put in the machine. Wow...I was so amazed! Excellent customer service! Other than the one issue, the machines worked great! I loved how clean my clothes came out and how quick the dryers worked. They also have some REALLY BIG machines for extra large loads like sleeping bags or comforters.

Pros: you can pay with a card or an app their machines are set up with. Honestly thats the reason I use this place.Cons: The lady running the place did help me (I had never used a laundromat before and was completely unfamiliar with the pay with card system like many peeps new to her store would be) but she really gave off a very disgruntled air like I shouldnt be bothering her. I wondered at that but let it go, nothin to make a fuss about.A few weeks later someone was having problems and was trying to get 10 or so loads going and she simply double checked that the lady running the laundromat got/was aware of all of them and the laundromat lady yelled at hef and was very unprofessional in her behavior.Seems to be a theme with laundromat owners/runners. Since I have been looking for a new laundromat to use.Lesson to laundromat owner is to really up your customer service game, we do have to wash our laundry but we dont have to do it at their store. Besides Ive worked customer service jobs and its common sense in the industry to be kind and helpful not disgruntled and yelling, at least that is if you want to grow your business. If it wasnt for her behavior I wouldnt be looking for somewhere else. Just really really dissapointed.

Looking for CLEAN, large washers, dryers, lots of counter space for folding, free coffee and popcorn, good parking and on site staff keeping things running smoothly? This is it. They even offer well do it for you service. Doing laundry is one of my least favorite activities. This place makes it painless!

The attendants are super nice. If I ever have problems with one of their machines all I have to do is ask them for assistance and they either assist me with getting my change back or start my laundry for free. The new owners have upgraded the machines and also remodeled a bit. Its kept clean and as stated the staff is very friendly. I would highly recommend this laundromat

My washer broke, and I dreaded going to a laundromat. This experience made it as pleasant as possible. It was clean and modern. My only complaint was the cost. Oh. They have monster sized washers that are amazing!

We love it here lol ! Weve been to others and they feel gross compared to this place . Love the new remodeling and new machines. Pay with your phone makes it super easy and convenient.

Becca is always super helpful when Im in there with my rambunctious child. It is always such a pain in the ass to try to do all my laundry and keep an eye on her and make sure she doesnt destroy the place and get popcorn everywhere. Their drop and fold service is the greatest thing ever.

The 2 ladies on staff are always friendly and super helpful whenever I have questions. The remodel was such a good idea. Additionally they have 4 load, 6 load, and a 10 loader (correct me if I’m wrong) . This is the only laundromat I will use in town.

Everything works though a little pricey but that might be normal for the area. Had no issues with laundry dissapearing. Staff could have been more friendly.

Overall it is a good place to do laundry but most places have the option of just using $.25 to dry my clothes......I now have to spend a min $1 regardless of how much clothes i have..... but I think the hot blond makes up for it. I thought the....can I have ur number beautiful

Very large washers and dryers. Very clean. Only bad thing I can say is theres very limited parking.

Clean with lots of machines. I love that they have large dryers and our stuff dries faster than it would at home. Our dryer needs to be fixed so i only come for the dryers. I like the popcorn and free Wi-Fi. I find the price good to dry clothes for a dollar.

Overpriced. I needed to wash a full sized comforter. It was going to cost 8 bucks just to wash. God knows how much to dry. I went to Dutch Maid and it was less than 6 to wash.
