I have been doing business with them for about 7 years now and let me tell you I have by far had the best experience here out of all the many jewelry stores I have been to! After that long of doing business with them and getting a lot fixed I decided to have them make me a custom pendent that I’ve been thinking about for some years now. Just wanted the right jeweler to make it. Jeff and Anna are amazing! They called a couple of times to speak about the piece and what we wanted to do with it and everything I wanted came out exactly as I wanted it. The pictures not the best because it shines a lot but NO one will do my custom work but this gentleman here!!! Thank you Jeff and Anna!!! Very well done!

I came in earlier this year (2020) and met Jeff and Anna for the first time. I needed a custom pendant made using a special stone that I already had, for my girlfriend. Jeff and Anna took their time with me, and helped me design it; helping me pick out loose diamonds to add to the pendant and designing the orientation of them, choosing 14K gold and the bale, and also sketching how the pendant would look completed, prior to starting on it (I met them a second time for approval of the design). What was also great is that Jeff was able to stay within my budget.When I first laid eyes on it, I was stunned by its beauty. A closer look revealed beautiful craftsmanship. I would say there are only a few jewelers left with the kind of skill Jeff has, and if you want a custom piece made, dont hesitate to have him do the work. He is incredible!

We took my husbands poor, battered wedding band to Whidbey Jeweler and they worked wonders rounding the band, securing the diamond, and smoothing the rough edges which gave him a much better fit. 31 years of wear and tear takes it toll. But after a one day with Jeff -- it looked better than the day I bought it. What an awesome jeweler. Well, we couldnt have his ring looking better than mine so Anna suggested an addition to my wedding set. A band of white gold with diamonds the size of the ones in my engagement ring. Jeff also suggested soldering all three together. Something I never wanted to do, but figured what the heck. We picked them up and was awestruck. They were stunning all together. White gold and yellow gold with the small diamonds and marquis sapphire. The picture doesnt do it justice, but it is stunning. I can pop in anytime for a quick cleaning. If youre shopping for a good/great jeweler, look no farther. Jeff and Anne are professional, kind, knowledgeable and reasonable.

Came in with a rush job for a ring resizing! Anna and Jeff did a fantastic job of sizing my finger and evaluating the best options for my size and finger shape. I had my ring back in 4 hours, perfectly sized and gleaming! I’ve never been happier at a jeweler. My grandparents have been going here for decades, and the pieces they have are beautifully designed, personalized, and well-loved. I own a few vintage pieces myself and they’re always complimented.

I have been here a few times to get rings cleaned and have never before been charged. Yesterday I was in the area so I decided to stop in to get my antique engagement ring cleaned. She asked if I had purchased the ring from the store and upon telling her no she said that there is a ten dollar fee to get the ring inspected and cleaned. Since I was there already I paid the fee, but this turned me off from returning to begin with. She took my ring back and inspected it and said that everything was tight in the setting and cleaned it. While its great that my ring is clean and sparkly, today while at work I had an emerald fall out of my ring! Luckily it just happened to fall onto my desk where I could find it, otherwise it would have been lost forever. Upon further inspection of my ring, several more emeralds appeared to be loose as well. Needless to say I wont be returning to this store for any services and will gladly go elsewhere to get my ring repaired.

I brought in a wedding band my husband purchased in the Middle East to have it match a bit better with my engagement solitaire. I had very little hope it would ever fit well on my finger with my ring because it was so oddly shaped. When the gold master saw it he explained in great detail my options and told me which one would be easiest and most cost effective. He said it would be done by next Friday on Saturday but it was done early on Wednesday. Customer service was wonderful I walked in and was greeted instantly. The work is just as described and looks wonderful.

This store is a gem! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, welcoming and helpful. I have brought my watches to them over the years for batteries and such, but just recently I had an opportunity to have them work on my wedding ring. Just now, I was just working on the computer and took a moment to look at my ring again (outside the beautiful lights of the jewelry store) and my ring looks FABULOUS!! I have never had a better experience with a jeweler, And my experience over all was nearly unparalleled as far as customer service goes with any provider. I went in on a whim one day, looking like a total slob and not expecting much. The manager, Anna, treated me like I had walked in the door with a million dollars. She showed me everything I had expressed interest in and even made a few suggestions. I did not end up buying anything that day, but i went back several months later and took a look at some wedding rings for my wife. I did end up making a purchase that day, and once again Anna treated us like we had a million dollars. She made the experience pleasant, professional, and friendly. The owner was a very friendly man as well. The entire staff there is very knowledgeable and they have a very broad inventory. Everything there was much more affordable than would be expected too. I could not think of any bad thing to say about this establishment or any reason not to very strongly recommend this jeweler to everyone looking to buy any type of jewelry.
