They did their best to fix my problem during the diagnostic. They told me what was wrong with and how to fix it and dusted it off and gave it back to me free of charge.

I went in with with a broken laptop hinge and a tight window as I was leaving the country in 4 days.Max was extremely responsive to my time sensitive situation, he had the computer diagnosed and repaired within 2 days and even took the trouble of fixing an issue I hadnt even mentioned (the frame around my screen was coming off due to the adhesive wearing off).I deeply appreciate his service and will return if I ever have another issue.

Very reasonable. They are very busy, but didnt let that go to their heads. They found a tricky issue with my computer, where I didnt install the new processor correctly and they soddered a wire for me too. I wouldnt hesitate to go back or even drop by to shop for parts. O yeah and they even replaced some missing screws that I lost for free.

Most honest and reasonable computer repair shop in town. They are upfront with you and friendly.If they dont have your part they will shop around for the best price of it and order it for you.A couple times I tried another shop because they were not open that day or the line was too long and these other shops remind me why it is better to wait and stick with Computer Plus.I hope they never leave Oak Harbor.

These guys are very busy and for good reason. Their bedside manner is a little abrupt, but thats because they are focused on doing good work and dealing with a lot of different issues. I highly recommend this business, but suggest you not expect a lot of handholding and idle chat. These guys are highly skilled, honest technicians who promote their business by getting the work done at a reasonable price.

Max is absolutely the best anywhere!!!!! First, hes great at what he does, but most important, hes extremely honest and very reasonably priced. Many times he wont even charge you to fix minor things. I needed a new sound card and I purchased one on Amazon and brought it in for him to install. He did something better and gave me an external soundcard, which was better suited for my needs, and he refused to charge me for anything. He just said, lets trade for the sound card, and no charge for the services. I paid only $10 for the sound card on Amazon and he had paid about $15 or 20 for the external sound card and I felt bad that he was loosing out, but refused to take my money. Then, he fixes fax, copiers, scanners that people take in to recycle and he gives them away for free. I thought, Wow, you could be making money off of these, especially since you repaired them and made them work again, but his philosophy is that since I got them for free, Im giving them away for free. He is truly a rare breed and I feel so lucky to have bumped into this guy, especially when there are a lot of dishonest people in the world always trying to make a buck, but not Max. Hes the best. He also fixed my broken laptop screen and only charged me $25.00. Amazing. If you want a reliable, very honest and very reasonably priced computer repair place, then Computer Plus LLC is the best anywhere.

Max and his son Kevin helped me try and diagnosis what was going wrong on my laptop. They were fast, experienced and provided me answers, helpful explanations and tips to keep my laptop going forward. Greatest part was for the time spent they didnt charge me a dime. I really cant thank these two enough.

There isnt enough good things I can say about this place. Kenny by far is the most nicest most knowledgeable person I have met. I bought all my parts for my gaming pc and brought it to them and they installed it in less then a day and went over all the components with me and did stress test on my cpu to make sure it was stable when it was overclocked. The best part it was cheap for all these installation. Im so happy with the outcome and the customer service they provided. By far the best experience you can receive. Thank you guys so much!.

Im from out of town and my laptops screen just broke. I stopped in to get it fixed and they were able to diagnose the problem and fix the screen the same day! They even were able to speed up my laptop! Very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend them:)
