I called and asked Sears customer service an extremely simple question. They sent me to what seemed like an India call center. Transferred 3 times, 15 minutes on hold, I gave up.
This service tech is as different as day is to night compared to the last repairman we had.....courteous, professional and informative. On the last visit, he needed to order a part so we will see him again. Thank you for hanging in there with us....this is the service we are used to with Sears.
