I cant begin to say how great the staff at the oak creek office are. All of them work hard to make sure our company has access to the trucks we need when we need them. I havent always been happy with the trucks BUT working with Marissa and the rest of the staff there far out weighs that. Would recommend them to any company

They are really nice when they want to earn your business (money). But when you need them switch out your cargo van that you have rented from them and are paying 1200 a month for the past 4 months. Because it wont run right and then the steering wheel got stuck while you were driving it. They (jamal and Cody) could careless because its summer and they are busy. My advice go there in the winter, because they will be very nice and do anything to earn ur business. Skip over to budget in the summer or when you want people who actually care about u as a paying customer and not as a commission statement on their pay check.

Never again. They give you the run around and never get you what you really asked for. But can call you when you oil change is due but not to deal with the actual issues.

I needed a van, till the repair man fed his clan.

We needed to switch rental dates last minute and Milwaukee shop could not accommodate the new dates.They recommended checking with the Oak Creek shop. Jamal Bazzar responded- found us a cargo van, honored the same rental price and got us on the road without issue. I was a little leery at first based on some of the earlier reviews, but we had a very positive experience from start to finish. Great service- we highly recommend them.

Company has twice accepted our reservation and when we arrive at the location to pick up the reservation we were told that the vehicle rented was not available and instead of accommodating us the suggested we change our plans to suit their company. Would give 0 stars if allowed.

Excellent service, and they have great rates, I cant imagine going back to Uhaul after such a great experience. Their trucks even have a camera for going in reverse, the one thing I always wished for when using a Uhaul. Trust me, if youve got a lot of stuff to move any distance at the very least check out the rates at Enterprise first.

Our family rented a truck from the Oak Creek location and it was one of the best experiences I have had when it comes to customer service. Jamal was extremely accommodating, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a positive experience. Jamal has made me an Enterprise customer for life.
