Love the store, just started bringing my Toby here to be groomed and omg the girls are just amazing!!! Very professional, very kind, there customer service was absolutely wonderful and the way they where to my Toby was just beautiful, as if he was her own pup. Thanks ladies for being so great

Theyve got some cool stuff and animals, but they charge more than even Petco does for certain items.

I’ve tried this location a half a dozen times. Each time expecting a better experience how ever the grooming department is TRASH. They don’t even allow you to drop off your pet 3 minutes before their appointment. They have no personality, they are LAZY & truthfully they try so hard to get out of grooming your pet. I took my dog in today and they said they could not provide service because he was matted ( which he wasn’t). I was lucky enough to go elsewhere the same day & had ZERO problems with getting him bathed. Mind you no hair cut was needed for his “ Matting” There’s no doubt in my mind these people are just LAZY & are there to collect their checks for the week. NEVER COMING TO THIS PLACE AGAIN. You’re better off taking your pet to a small business grooming place where they are more than willing to groom your pet.

Its a nice place for pet needs, the staff were courteous, knowledgeable, and supportive of what you need for your pet. One employee help me choose a cat tower and our our cats love it.

I took my elderly 17 year old cat Sparkle here to be groomed. The check in process was friendly and simple. Now, I received a call shortly after drop off that my cat was unfortunately unable to get groomed due to her stress and bad arthritis. I am leaving this 5 star review because I am so grateful that the staff were knowledgeable enough and sensitive enough to stop what they were doing, not force her, and explain to me that she needed specialized veterinary grooming. I would definitely return here with other pets because I know the staff truly care about the animals they service.As for the store itself, they have a good selection of items for cats and dogs at reasonable prices. Most of their food is mid-tier to higher quality, respectable brands. I come to Pet Smarts often for my pet supplies and I usually find just what I need. They have a nifty little pet-themed rack for pet-parents, too, with cute notepads and coasters and such. I love that

Love this store! Have a pair of leopard geckos that were purchased here last Christmas Eve. Stacy, Eric and everyone else who work in the reptile/fish area are all true professionals. They are all super friendly, knowledgeable and just overall great at what they do. I cant say enough kind words about everyone in this store.

Our 1st Grooming appointment at the Oak Creek location was great. Brianna did a bath, brush and nail trim for my dog who is on the older side. Dog looks great and Brianna was very nice and professional

We always have a decent experience when coming here. We have a dog whose aggressive towards other dogs, and they did well with keeping her away and everybody safe with no issues.

First time having someone else trim the nails of our10 year old puggle. Brianna was superb. Proficient, gentle, and friendly with our dog. I highly recommend and very affordable.

I took my dog for a haircut at Petsmart. When I picked up my dog, they did not really cut his hair. I understand that he is young, but they should have at least made an attempt to make this haircut worth it. I think that groomers where in training. I will not be going back.

Its apparently store policy to refuse service after 8:30, despite being open until 9 pm. Only reason I came was to pick up a mouse, and I was told sorry, we cant after 8:30 by a few employees doing nothing but chatting by the register. Id understand if they took that time to front the shelves and clean up, but if your employees are doing literally nothing, and refuse to give service to a customer, why are you paying them after 8:30?

Discussed trimming a bit more off my dogs belly for the summer (Australian Shepherd) to help keep him cooler. Came to pick him up and he was butchered. His back legs had, front legs, ears, etc had all been shaved. Typically they get a scissors trim around the ears, tail, feet, and lower legs. He looked like a four year old went after him; uneven hacked hair everywhere. Never going back.

My daughter got a kitten from the PetSmart in Oak Creek, WI where Texas Rescue Riders brings their kittens. She had the kitten that she renamed Brewer for 3 months, her, her boyfriend and their older cat were all in love with little Brewer and he was growing more adapt to his new home each day although he didnt seem to play and run around like her older cat did when she was a kitten. My daughter said that he was a very laid back kitty. My daughter was terrified when little Brewer had a seizer one afternoon. They rushed him to the local emergency animal hospital where he was kept overnight to run tests. The following day, little Brewer had passed away. My daughter was devastated and called me crying. Through her tears she told me that the cat had been diagnosed with cat FIP (feline infectious peritonitis) and the vet asked if they could have permission to do an autopsy on the cat, she did consent to this. The autopsy did prove that it was indeed FIP that caused the cats death. FIP, although pretty rare, is fatal in more than 95% of cases and die within two months of showing symptoms. My daughter contacted PetSmart and told them the story and PetSmart contacted TRR. I cant comment on what happened with that but can tell you that PetSmart put my daughter in contact with TRR and the woman who my daughter spook with was rude and had a I dont care what happened to the cat after it left here attitude. Telling my daughter that she was a lawyer for 30+ years and she wrote up the contracts for TRR and FIP only has an incubation period of two weeks so the cat got sick on her watch and not theirs. My daughter is left without a cat that she fell in love with and in debt for thousands of dollars and here she is being told that it was her fault the cat Is dead. My daughter is still in contact with TRR and PetSmart trying to get someone to pay for at least half of the vet bill. We have both done some research on FIP and no place have we found that it has only a two week incubation period. In fact the vet told my daughter that the cat was likely born with it or contracted it shortly after birth. My daughter has sent them everything from the vet detailing the exam, the autopsy and the findings only to be told that it was her fault the cat got sick and died. Please people, If your going to get a cat, or any pet, do some research on the place your getting it from. This place not only took a sick cat to a store to sell but then treated the new parents of that cat like garbage after the cat passed away. PetSmart is the one doing business with this place and clearly doesnt care where it gets its pets from. PetSmart did give my daughter another kitten and waived the adoption fee, but that kitten is now sick as well with a raspatory infection and got her older cat sick.

One of their employee need to learn how to talk with customer and no need in the mean way. She explained woth more respect and being kind.

They told me my dog was too aggressive to be groomed (he hasnt bitten anyone in his life and loves people). Later I saw that they cut his nails way too short, hence the defensive behavior he demonstrated. Throughout the grooming, I heard my dog yelping and crying. I now have to take my dog to the vet to get this corrected. I recommend taking your fur babies somewhere else.

We love taking our dog to PetSmart for his baths and grooming. They do such a great job and really take care of him.

He staff is professional, friendly, and very helpful. I am always greeted with a smile and this makes the shopping experience even better. Great job to the staff. This is the best PetSmart location and I will always drive out of my way to come here, even if closer to another store.

The product I was looking for was not on the shelf so I asked an employee for help. She was very knowledgeable and gave me alternative choices when she informed me they did not carry that item in that size bag. Always seems very clean. I have not bought any pets from here but I come for feeder fish for my hubbys red tiger Oscar. Staff is always willing to let me go on about all my pets. A little pricey for certain product wise but thats because they have the better products. Seems to be a good soothing minimal stress store for when pets come in. Hubby bought a 60 gallon tank and stand from here as well. Looks fantastic!

Groomer argued extensively with my friend who was dropping off my dog as a favor . I am disabled . I choose to have my dog shaved every spring . Have been doing it for ten yrs. his former groomer always diode it and the dog always seemed more comfortable and his vet sa no problems . My niece took her dog and my dog in the past to another pet smart location and they shaved him with no problem or argument . Not happy with service and am looking for another grooming service .

Very friendly. Our dog hated the previous groomer. He came home like he was mad at us. This groomer was great he came home normal and happy. Im not really sure what the old place was doing.

Well I went in there for a butterfly koi. The lady wasnt going to sell me one because I have a 10 gallon tank. I have owned them b4 and a 10 gallon is decent size. As fish grow according to tank size. Ive own plenty of kois and then told me to step behind the podium so i stepped back, she said no BEHIND the podium very rudely. Remind you I was already there. I highly suggest not going to this location. Oh remind you I walked up. To the fish and instantly she said dont touch the glass, I told my daughter either she dont want to do her job or she just lazy, she then said i just got dont cleaning them....

This has been our go-to pet store in the southern Milwaukee area for a year now. We bought a fish tank set from here, as well as eventually all of the fish to go in it and the cleaning supplies, decorations, and more. Staff has usually been nice, though one lady working evening shifts seems to never enjoy company after dinner hours. Never had issues returning fish and getting new ones. Nice, clean place.

I come here for all my cat and dog needs. Prices are very affordable for many things such as dry food, treats, and wet food. Toys and other stuff can be higher. The workers and their costomer service is 9/10 times out of this world. They are VERY helpful with helping me and my large dog while checking out and needing to find items on the shelves, you can really tell they love animals as much as we do.

Worst place ever didnt feel like a valued customer and the employee knew nothing about pet food and sent us to bentlys now we go there and not pet smart the managers sat in the office laughing away while I searched for a employee to help and cashier was rude never got greeted when I entered she didnt ask about my pet I choose pet Co before ever going back there

They did such a great job at clipping my dogs nails! This is a walk in appointment and they were done within 10min. $10 which is not bad since my Vet charges $16.
