He didn’t just spray for the yellow jackets, he explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. We have a ground nest of pollinating yellow & black bumble bees. He helped me understand that they’re not aggressive and actually good for the flowers & gardens. We agreed not to spray them.Money well spent! I’ll definitely call him in the late spring to take care of pests for the summer!

What an amazing experience. I had received so many companies wanting me to sign a contract. I just wanted to do a one time spray, if possible, to get rid of the ants. Bug Masters pest control did just that with a one year guarantee that the ants would not return. We saw a few ants after he sprayed because we had to wait for the poison to be taken to the queen in the nest. Now four weeks later we see no ants at all. We called Bug Masters for an aggressive yellow jackets situation. Zoran was quick to respond and came out same day. Very informative and friendly. Zoran came out 30 mins after we called on a sunday when nobody else would answer! We had an out of control wasp infestation in the house and he explained everything on what he was gonna do the process and assured us that these bees will be gone and if they weren’t he would come back until they are! Messaged Zoran on a urgent carpenter ant problem on a Sunday and he returned my message quickly and was at my house 1 hour later. Sprayed the complete house for carpenter ants (and even a few wasps) and was very friendly and professional. 2 weeks later and all the ants are gone and I couldnt be happier. Will go back to Zoran for all my insect issues!

Jerry is extremely nice and knowledgeable. He walked me through the process and explained how the ants would respond. He sealed my vents as a courtesy to keep the ants away from my kids. He used chemicals and sprayed with my kids and dog in mind. I couldnt recommend him enough!

Let me tell you, it is never easy or relaxing to call a pest control company -- except if youre calling Bug Masters. I called Jerry (and several other companies) the first time a few weeks ago because I found mouse droppings after catching a mouse and I realized it might be more than a single home intruder. It must have been around 7PM on a Friday when I called. Jerry showed up at 930AM the NEXT day. A SATURDAY! He walked around and after a thorough inspection, told me the mice were entering from the basement. Unfortunately, half my basement was finished so he couldnt access the block on that side. I told him that I was planning to demo it soon to install some beams. He said he would come back and fill the holes all around the block when that was done. In the meantime, he set mouse traps and even offered to collect the traps when/if they caught any mice! Upon leaving, I asked him how much I owed him for the basement inspection and mouse traps and he said NOTHING. This man came to my house on a WEEKEND and didnt charge a penny! This past weekend the basement walls were demoed so I called Jerry and he came right away to fill the holes! He was extremely thorough and respectful of my home and privacy. Added bonus -- He likes dogs and wasnt bothered by my barking pups. Im certain I wont have issues in the future (Ill update the review if I do), but I highly recommend Bug Masters. Jerry knows what hes doing and Id rather give my money to a small business that avoids the use of chemicals whenever possible.

Wonderful customer service! Took the time to explain proper management of the problem and preventative measures for the future. Identified the pest and called back immediately with A LOT of information on how to handle it...and without any charge whatsoever!!
