This was my go to place whenever I needed to courier anything, to the most part had good experiences. Today was not the case. The guy working there was very rude, right from the time I entered the store. It was almost like why are you even here! There was no patience to answer and clarify simple things. He made me sign some documents for international shipment which I learned myself later was required but when I asked.. his blunt response was we don’t let you ship if you don’t sign it!!! Not asking for a lot here. Just minimum courteous response would have been better.The whole experience was bad, he kept talking down to me in every interaction- not really sure why he thought he could do that., I wonder because I m a immigrant and have an accent he presumed I don’t know how things work here...I kept my cool as I really need to Courier some docs. I wish Fedex does a better job hiring and training front desk staff.

Buyer be aware!!! Every time you come in with your own packaging they will try to scam you into buying their packaging by telling you yours is not good enough and that your items will break. I suggest using UPS they are much more helpful.

Great team, unbelievable service! Been in a few times and they were helpful, patient and willing to help ensure everything printed right the first time--huge props to Sami & Mike. I work in marketing and have gone to almost every type of print shop and this FedEx location is worth its weight in gold.

Dont waste your time with Fed X...UPS is faster and cheaper.

The employees and staff are incredible at this location. They are creative and resourceful. Helped me get my project completed as efficiently and as fast as possible. Great sevice!!!

I came in for a quick print and binding job and left without what I needed. The staff member working this morning did not acknowledge me when I came in, since she was working with another customer. I tried to use the self-printing station and went through the entire process, including payment, but my file did not print. The copier had not yet been turned on for the day, though the access kiosk was on, and read as printing. The staff member was unable to confirm that my card had not already been charged. I would suggest training staff to have the self-service station up and running before opening, and to at least acknowledge customers waiting as soon as they have a chance. This only gets two stars since, in theory, customers could help themselves at a kiosk, if it were actually operational.

Unfriendly and unhelpful. Many many issues that are a simple fix. It’s a sad day when the post office workers are more helpful than fedex🙄☕️

This office is suppose to be open at 8am on Saturdays, I waited up to 8.45 am but no luck.
