Amelia’s inspection was the most professional inspection I have had. When I arrived both inspector’s were on the roof and noted standing water in a gutter which will need adjusting for drainage. The attention to detail was evident all the way through their work and though I will have a number of issues to deal with I now know exactly what they are. The report I received after their site visit was detailed and offered insight into what has to be addressed right away and what can be taken care of at a later time. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an inspection. Their price was very reasonable.

Hes worth every penny and more. He was really thorough and found things we wouldnt have even known to look for. He showed us things as we went so we would know what to look for in the future. Even though he found a lot of issues he made it a pleasant experience because hes funny and he really talked to us. He spent a lot of time making sure he found everything. The Home inspection detail report for our new home was so good It was like I was walking along side the inspector. John inspected a 140 year old home before purchase and is very knowledgeable about old homes. He is very thorough and honest in his inspection. He went into dirty crawl spaces and hung out an attic window to get a better view of the roof. In person, John takes him time, answered all our questions, and explained everything. The report comes quickly but is a little scary because the checkboxes are limited; its initially hard to tell the difference between This is Unsafe!!! and This Isnt In Ideal Condition But Its Okay. Overall, I completely recommend him!

Our problems are very unique in regards to the amount of issues for the relatively short amount of time living here so it’s a legal matter. I would not recommend John as he has no knowledge of spray foam insulation and seemingly limited knowledge of Romex electric wire. John arrived promptly and was professional and friendly. His report was thorough but insulation and electric was thoroughly incorrect. An inspector is hired for a knowledge and that is lacking as demonstrated by his inspection report. Report ID 20190829. During inspection, the inspector may have been hired by one side of a real estate transaction, but in reality affects both both sides as the report is shared. John should be well aware of this and take this into consideration before responding to a review that is 100% truthful and accurate.
