Who Evers is the boss of this place is very paranoid of covid all others companys will allow to use dock but we wait in truck and person comes out and signs paperwork with masks on this place you cant even back up to the dock like the truck has covid or something really STUPID

Worst place, I was there to buy a parts and the guy was so idiot he can’t find the parts when I’m telling him to ask the mechanic he says, mechanic charge $180 an hour just to ask him question. please do not use place.

$400 dollars for an oil change. That’s what I was quoted. I don’t think so! I bought all the parts and oil for $60 and did it myself it took just over an hour.

Trying to get someone on phone for 1 hour then placed on hold and they just put down the phone on me several times.

They had everything I needed next day for a industrial motor from the 70s.

Long waiting line with nobody at the desk. Took over 30 minutes just to pick up a few filters for a generator. They dont seem worried about customer service.

I stopped by for OEM Onan generator parts. They had what I needed and the price was reasonable. There was quite a wait but after 15 -20 minutes of the parts giy helping the same customer they got a second guy out to help me.

We stopped here after a repair shop in New York didn’t do a Regen, reset on our truck after putting a new DPF, 3 new sensors, baking our DOC and a new Differential Pressure Sensor and they reset our truck and did the computer Regen and wouldn’t take a dime for any of it! Tim and Andy are great to deal with and we highly recommend this shop!!

An 11,000 dollar attempt to rip me off on a radiator. And now a 1600 quote to change an $80 regulator. Shameful. SIMPLY SHAMEFULL. BUYER BEWARE.

Our experience was horrible! The service manager Mike insulted us by calling us names and then arrogantly appoligized. We have spent thousands of dollars here to be treated like garbage! They need to take all the posters off the wall that talks about excellence. The only thing you can rely on was them taking forever to do what you ask and then have to bring it back for the same thing. We lost a ton of money in revenue because of this. Bottom line take it to clover leaf in Burlington where they care and actually fix stuff!

HE WAS ANGRY THAT HE HAD TO PERFORM THE DYNO TWICE SO HE SLAMMED AND GRIND MY GEARS TO MY BIG RIG ALL THE WAY AROUND THEIR BUILDING. WHEN I SPOKE TO THE SERVICE MANGER ABOUT THIS HE GOT SENSATIVE ABOUT THE WHOLE SITUATION.●●●●●●DO NOT TRUST OR DO BUSINESS THESE PEOPLE. THE WORSE IN SERVICE AND CUSTOMER APPRECIATION. YOU WILL REGRET IT, AS I HAVE. ●●●●■■■THE DYNOS HERE ARE TRASH. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.■■■
