STOP! DONT DO IT...my experience with Aspen has been a total NIGHTMARE! I havent had bottom teeth in 9 months! My bottom temporary dentures never fit!!! I went in multiple times for adjustments on top of my regular visits and they never fixed them. They canceled my appt to pick up my permanent set because they werent done. I called weeks later about them they didnt know and found out they were lost in the mail. When I finally got my bottom permanent dentures they fit for 3days before I almost choked on them while trying to chew my food. They had to redo impressions AGAIN for tops. When I went for fitting the tops didnt even come close to fitting in my mouth! Now my TOP TEETH DONT FIT AND COMPLETELY DIFFERENT COLOR THAN BOTTOM!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE!!!!
I broke tooth. Aspen Dental was able to take care of me the same day. Very clean and professional. Im very glad they are pro real teeth and not pro pull and replace.
I Love aspen Dental me and my husband have been going to the oak creek office for years! And Dr Hassan and assistants Hailey and Dawn and all the staff are Great!! And Iam a scardy cat of Dentists and Dr Hassan is so very patient with me and always so caring and always has smile and ready to help me!! I wouldnt wanna go anywhere esle!!
Had to have a large filling on my front tooth replaced. I was very nervous being as its the front and center of my smile but Dr. Hassan made it look so much better than it did previously (and my Great Uncle was my last dentist so Im even a little biased). Im extremely picky, and noticed a tiny ridge before leaving the parking lot. Dr. Hassan fixed it right away for me. Probably something nobody else would have noticed but the staff is there to make sure you leave confident whether noticeable to someone else or not. I greatly appreciated the entire staff. Wonderful experience today. I would recommend.
I have been very happy and satisfied with everyone at this office. The office staff, dental assistants, hygienist, and dentist are all top notch people and professionals. I’ve recommended this office, and will continue to do so!
I really wanted to like this place, but I had an issue every single time I went. I had a cavity refilled 3 times and its still a problem, and the filling they use has made my teeth extra sensitive to temperature (something that I have never had an issue with in the past). Things happen and I was willing to let that go and move on with my dental care, but during my last attempt to have my cavity refilled for the 3rd time the receptionist who scheduled the appointment had a horrible attitude and made it seem like it was my fault that this was happening. I took off of work twice to have this fixed and I refused to take off AGAIN for the same problem. It took a few weeks to get me on the books (my tooth is in pain mind you) and she said if my availability was a bit more flexible they could have gotten me on the calendar sooner. Yes, obviously. But the way she handled it was extremely unprofessional and I immediately looked into changing dentists because of it.I want to note that I had a very positive experience with Dr. Hassan, who handled my 3rd appointment really well. He is the reason this review isnt 0 stars.

I was excited to try something new, but my expectations were not met. Theres a health form they have you fill out in the beginning and they never go over it with you. They never asked if you have any problems or inquiries. Give you no information about how to take care of your teeth or how to prevent future issues. They were like robots and just did their routine without compassion or real care. I was very upset when i left. I will not be returning.
Ive been going to Aspen Dental for 3 years since it is the closest to me within my network. The hygienist are friendly and do a good job but sometimes feels rushed. The office management is horrible. This year alone Ive had my standard hygiene/cleaning moved half a dozen times. Its been over 9 months since my last visit. The reasoning for the first couple times I was rescheduled was due to COVID, which is understandable but 3 times I was moved. Some simple planning could have avoided that. Then I was called again to reschedule because I was booked on a day they werent even open. The last couple times I was moved was due to hygienists being sick. I was originally scheduled for a later date in November, then they called and asked me to move up which I agreed, then they called again to cancel that date and I could not get my original date back. I arranged all my work and child care to be there the day they moved me up to. They said they have only one hygienist and they are out sick so I have to reschedule. Not sure how theyre able to operate with only one hygienist, theres at least 5-6 chairs. If they are out sick then shouldnt they be closed according to that logic. Very disappointing and has caused a lot of hassle. Im just trying to get my teeth cleaning that is owed to me.
Aspen Dental in Oak Creek runs an efficient office and does good work. Only one thing could be done a little better. They could make sure to let you know what the cost for services will be before you go in for your appointment. Otherwise a great place to have your dental work done.

If you love your teeth, then dont go here. I had to get a tooth pulled days after visiting this establishment because they decided to not only put on a Crown on my tooth (when it didnt appear to need one, according to a different dentist), but they put it on incorrectly, which caused a severe swelling/ infection.When you go here, you feel more like another number as opposed to a patient. This place has a get in and get out type of vibe. In my time at my last appointment, i saw at least 4 other patients, and only one dentist on site. Capitalism at its finest!
I was super nervous. Im not a fan of going to the dentist. Sorry. Both, the dentist, and Dawn made me feel comfortable, and reassured me the entire process. The front desk is always warm and welcoming.

The staff at Aspen Dental - Oak Creek is very professional, fun and courteous. They went above and beyond to make sure I got all the help and information I needed in all facets. By far the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had at a Dental Care office.
Went for dental cleaning as a new patient. They took zillion regular x-rays, x-rays standing in front of machine, x-rays while sitting in another room and then another 3D x-rays. After dentist review extras I was told everything is fine. I was expecting cleaning n then I was told my insurance wouldnt work at their facility. Wth? Why it took them days to verify when I setup appointment a week ago and even after been at the facility for half hour thats their response. I am sure they will be sending me x-ray and expect me to pay out of pocket. They just wanted to make quick money off my x-rays. Thats very unethical.

I havent been to a dentist in quite a few years. Part of the reason was due to poor experiences in the past. But I had an abscessed tooth and couldnt stand the pain any longer. The team here, Stephanie and Dawn, did everything possible to put me at ease and make my experience amazing! Kudos to your team even though there were technical difficulties!

I told them when I went in for my appointment that I am looking for an oral surgeon to pull my infected tooth.... so they go and do everything but that, take x-rays of my entire mouth.They told me that it was free..... I didn’t believe them, so now they are saying I owe them money for something I didn’t even want them to do
My experience was far more positive than expected!After paper work was completed, a diagnosis was made that the problem tooth needed extraction.After completely explaining why the tooth would best be removed, the procedure was immediately begun.Topical anesthetic was applied and given the time needed to take full effect.My fearful anticipation of the numbing injections was recognized and accepted and I was given exceptional understanding and personal attention including physical contact in the form of hand holding and stroking during the injections. It helped a lot!Again, enough time was given for the shots to take full effect.The extraction itself was far less tramatic than expected and much easier than previous extractions.Post extraction pain was manageable with ibuprofen and almost gone the next morning.Im sold on this Aspen Dental facility and staff. I will return for regular examinations and recommendations for future dental and denture work.
I’ve been trying to get my crowns implants done for 14 months and they’ve canceled appointment after appointment. They’ve said they’ll call me to reschedule and I never received a call. It’s come to me having to call the office 5 days in a row without getting an answer. They lie and they’ve taken over $10K from me and my insurance for a service that should have taken 9 months is now over a year later and my service still is incomplete. I will never recommend this place because of what they’ve put me through. I just want to move on with my life. But here I am over a year later with a missing tooth

With my daughters wedding approaching in 3 weeks you can guess how stressed I was when my front tooth broke off of my denture late last night. I was able to call Aspen Dental even though they had not been the original denture providers. The kind gentleman on the 24 hour emergency line got me in first thing the next morning at my local office. I was in a complete panic going in wondering if they could even fix the problem. After arriving and a little paper work the admin. staff, tech and Dr. assured me they could fix it. What a wonderful job they did even matched the color tooth perfectly. You cant go wrong with there prices either. I will need a new complete set sooner then later and most definitely will be returning to Aspen Dental. This was hands down the best dental experience Ive ever had. The staff was so nice, professional, and comforting. I had left a place that takes my state insurance to come here to pay out of pocket and it has so far been beyond worth it not to mention the consultation was free. I went to Aspen Dental in Oak Creek to have an adjustment ona denture they made for me two years ago. They took care of theproblem in a few minutes and above all, there was no charge.Over the years they have made two dentures for me and I wasalways pleased. The need for an adjustment was my own faultbecause I seldom wear the upper.The clerks and the doctor give fine service.The price and the service is fine.

My husband dental appointment for wisdom tooth extraction was forced to pay money before procedure. 111 dollars and some cents. Aspen dental called some days later saying they were cancelling on their behalf as they had over booked. I want a refund. I have gone back and forth with my credit card company. Every Time I call aspen dental they say they refunded the amount. This is a LIE. I just want a refund. They cancelled. This is unbelievable and I have gotten nowhere. Awful place. If I could give zero stars I would. Charging me for a service that never took place. Missing out on work for a dental procedure they overbook and then want to say come a month later. NO! Then to not give a refund. This is not the last they will hear from me. Unreal. If you are thinking about going here its better to not waste your time.
I just wanted a crown replaced. I didnt need a whole series of panoramic of my mouth and all the x-rays. I think it was just a bit much justto replace my crown not too happy!!!!!! Thank you for what youve done, but its over the top even though a new patient from out of town, just here temporarily. I do have a Hygienist back home.

So far in my process has been a good experience. Im a major wuss when it comes to tooth pain tooth issues so they needed to really help me relax with what I had to have done. Most of the staff there is very gentle understanding and caring of course dentists always they always give you a lecture about your Oral Care. Good staff though very understanding very compassionate I have more work to do with them going to least my first procedure went pretty good.

Stephanie, of Oak Creek, and her team did a great job when I showed up at 7AM after chipping a tooth the night before. After my examine, with the full Oak Creek schedule, they sent me to Mt Pleasant. This front office, along with Dr. Morton and Randy, got me in and prepped me for a crown which will be installed in a couple weeks. Thanks to both office.
EDITED 7/2/18First off, most of the staff are very nice, esp Commodore and they did a good job on my teeth. However, at the time of trying to get an appointment to just get a new filling, I was advised that I should get gum hygiene treatment also. Add all those costs and it was over $1400. So, the office person who does the credit/billing on initial visit, who I will not name, was able to get me Care Credit. BUT, I was told that my payments would be $27 for 5yrs. When I recd my bill, it was only for 4yrs and my minimum payment was $40. Not a big difference, but it is when you are lose your job for store closing and he knew that. I do appreciate that he got me the Care Credit. I recd my bill today and called there and was told that I misunderstood and the credit card pamphlet showed the correct amounts. Also that some customers call when they get their bill because they can not make the payments. I was told by 2 people this amount. When you are told one thing, that is what you expect. I feel like I was pressured into getting the whole thing done and not part of it to include my new filling for a fraction of the cost, because by doing the whole thing, I would get the best credit payment plan, for which I did not. When you are there for one thing and so much is going on, you depend on the professionals to inform you correctly. Sadly, I do not trust going back there now and have canceled my next appointment.This is my 1st time going to Aspen Dental and I am very pleased!! Everyone was no nice and helpful. And my teeth feel so nice. No needles today, going back for a filling next week.

Due to a recent change in our insurance benefits we were required to use an Aspen clinic. I had scheduled new patient appointments for my family and was asked if anybody was in any pain or experiencing any problems. I stated that was not an issue, although I had a son that was going to be having braces placed and that I was hoping to get a cleaning appointment in before than. She understood my request and said that she was going to accommodate our needs and make that happen all in one appointment. We arrive for our 2:45 PM appointment on March 7 at about 2:30 PM in which my son was not seen at his appointment time and that was not a big concern to me initially. Another member of the office had came out later after taking my son back stating that he was not originally scheduled for a cleaning and that they were going to have him seen but that it would take a few. I had told her that that’s not information that was relayed to me just so that she understood that we were not confused. They then offered for me to go in the back by my child and when the hygienist came in the cleaning from start to finish took exactly 9 minutes. Now we’re talking about a 15-year-old boy and I his mother who has 15 years experience in the dental field and knows that even a child prophylaxis takes longer than nine minutes. When we were with the secretary discharging I had expressed my frustrations and she was speechless. I signed my papers and walked out furious. I proceeded to call the corporate office who connected me to the Oak Creek office and they offered for me to come back and have the service re-done in which I declined. I declined so because I feel that that service should’ve been performed adequately the first time. She stated that they were accommodating me initially. I told them by giving my child a nine minute cleaning that is more than $100 is not accommodating me. It was a disservice and bad ethics. They also had interest in my experience in the dental field in which I felt was relevant regardless of my background and or knowledge each individual patient that walks into these offices should be treated and provided with top-notch dental care. It is unfortunate that clinics like this have a bad reputation thus the reputation is based off of the services such as this that are being performed . I suggest they fix it fast because they are not doing anybody any good by providing this level of care. It’s bad enough that dental has become more of a business to have to deal with this. These patients rely on a professional and good judgment and it is not being provided. be ashamed of yourself. Some professionals take their job seriously and don’t want to be categorized by others unethical ways.
I had a great experience from the initial consultation all the way through the final treatment. Denise did a great job breaking down the billing and giving me all options. Jenna was assigned to my treatment and she was awesome! She made it a very comfortable experience by being personable and she explained every step she was doing and why! I would recommend them. I will go back because of those two!
I went to Aspen Dental after experiencing some tooth/gum pain for a week and a half. Not having dental insurance, I was extremely nervous to go since it had been some time since Ive last had a cleaning. After getting an exam and x-rays done, I was so embarrassed with how I had been lacking in my dental hygiene. Everyone in the office made me so comfortable and they were all extremely helpful with explaining everything to me, discussing future options for the future to maintain proper health, and going in depth with the importance of a regular oral care routine. My dental hygienist, Sarah, was absolutely amazing with answering questions I had throughout the cleaning process and making sure I was as comfortable as I could be. I would highly recommend this office and this team to anyone who is nervous going to the dentist! They are truly an amazing staff!
TERRIBLE!!!! POOR customer service. Took more than two months for the office manager to call me back concerning a unnecessary procedure they performed on me. As I was awaiting a return call I was threatened thru mail to be turned over to collections... Unbelievable! Bad word of mouth will cost you guys more in the long run. I absolutely do not recommend Aspen Dental Oak Creek.

Overall I had a good experience with my appointment yesterday at 7:45am...the staff was very kind and courteous..except while I was in Serve Pain..right after, they took my xray a staff member walked over to me and said they needed to bump my appointment from 7:45am to 11:00am..I almost lost my temper and I said to the womanI had an appointment...I need to get this handled now...a staff member then said..Ill take you in room 7 nowbut during my appointment she did say to me she wanted to get this over with in a few minutesbesides that one experience it was overall good

Fiancé is still waiting for an explanation of services after they charged him in advance for two future appointments. Completely useless when it comes to proving where they spend your money. Scam dentist. Go ANYWHERE but here. All locations are the same. They want your money and not to help. They use that as a sales gimmick to get you to get their horrible financing.
Upon entering Aspen Dental we were greeted very warmly. The staff was very nice and answered all my questions. The Dentist also made us very comfortable. They break everything down and explain all of the options. Never did we feel pressured to take the most expensive choice. While we were there a gentleman came in with kind of an attitude and they handled it very professional. I liked everyone of the staff that we had contact with! They also try to get you in as soon as they can. The gal at the front desk also got two people in who were over an hour late for their appointment. They got lost and didnt live in the area. I found the staff to very friendly and welling to explain everything regarding billing. They went out of their way to make me less nervous about the procedures and explain everything that would take place in my up. I did have a very bad experience when I when back to have a temp crown removed. They could not get it off. It was so painful. Even after they gave me 3 shots in my gums. They had to crack the temp and pull it off. I was in tears. I would never go back.
Ive been to this location a few times for cleanings and fillings. I always have a great experience! Stephanie at the front desk is super sweet and easy to talk to. I see Jenna and she is an amazing hygienist! I love coming in to see her for a cleaning every 6 months. I highly recommend the Oak Creek location.

Yesterday was my second time there getting work done and I have another serious appointment in a couple days again and everytime Ive been there the nurses are awesome, fun, social, nice and very good at their job, the doctor is a very nice and highly skilled person, the admin staff is absolutely phenomenal. Stephanie in particular was very nice and helpful. All in all I give Aspen Dental a very high review because its never once been a bad experience. Always felt comfortable and safe. Highly reccomend.

On Friday, January 24th, I visited Aspen Dental for the purpose of getting an estimate on dentures. I was first greeted by Diana (front deks) with a pleasant smile . I filled out a profile of myself. Next, Dawn (dental Assistant) greeted me and had me follow her to the examining room for x-rays. She was very through, polite and made me feel at ease. I met with Dr. Hassan where he reviewed my x-rays. He was very professional and explained several different ways to treat my teeth. Along with Dr. Hassan, Stephenie ( office manager) was there to document the findings. I was really impressed with her knowledge. Afterwards Stephenie and I went to her desk so she could give me a break-down of the costs associated with the procedure. She explained, in detail, the different scenarios I could choose. She was very through.I left Aspen Dental feeling that I was treated very well. I was totally amazed at the friendliness along with the strong knowledge of the Aspen Team. The best!! I had a dental emergency and went to the Aspen Dental in Racine. Staff in Racine was very nice and helpful. They were not able to perform the work that I needed done and I had to schedule for 2 days later. Needless to say I was in a lot of pain. The day after being seen in Racine I woke up in a tremendous about of pain. I was calling around looking for a dentist that could help me that day. I ended up calling the Aspen Dental in Oak Creek at 330p, I thought it was a long shot as it was the end of the day but thought I would try. To my surprise the office manager, Denise, immediately explained my situation to the Dentist. The Dentist said to come in immediately and they would be able to help. I honestly cant say enough about the quality of service and excellent dental care that I have received from the Aspen dental office in Oak Creek, WI. I needed a denture replacement and had never been to an Aspen office before. The dentist I saw was excellent! He had the greatest personality, made me feel welcome and valued. He knew exactly what I needed and was really well versed in his knowledge about dentures. While the office staff was wonderful, the dentist that treated me is why I am a repeat customer. He was also very professional. Truly the best dentist I have ever had. Would recommend him to anyone! Michele Braun

This is a fantastic dental office. The staff are all very kind and helpful. I have been to couple other places but never had such a pleasant experience. Dr. Kapoor has a great sense of humor and is very skilled. He was able to diagnose all of my issues and was extremely kind and helpful the entire time. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.
Im not sure about all Aspen locations, but this one in Oak Creek leaves too much room for improvement. I initially went there because I had another dentist that messed up a root canal. Aspen had to pull the tooth. My original dentist was a retired dentist that was helping out. He left. I had 3 different dentists for the prosthetic tooth they put in. The staff is rude, slow, and impatient. They only have 1 dentist working there and are only open 2 days a week. I had a cleaning scheduled 6 months from my last and they cancelled it. Then they couldnt fit me in for another 5 months. My husband had a cracked tooth that became infected. I called trying to get him in and they could only schedule him a week out. The receptionist was not helpful. After pleading with her and asking questions I found out that if it was infected they would have to prescribe antibiotics before doing anything to the tooth. It turns out that we could just go to an Urgent Care for the antibiotics and then the dentist would do something at the appointment a week later. You also dont receive an itemized bill for flex spending unless you ask for one. Then they never emailed it to me like had asked. Im done. Im tired of them being understaffed and not helpful.
I give 3 stars for two reasons one when I first walked in the door this woman didnt say a word just sat in her chair behind the counter and stared at me. . So I said hi and told her my last name. She made me feel very uncomfortable. Another woman stepped in and made me feel much better about my visit. Everyone else I met with was really welcoming and happy to explain everything. The last person I met with was Spencer S. and he was the worst. I will never go back to this location because of him. He added things to my bill that I didnt ask for, talked to me like I was stupid, and made me feel like he didnt care about me or my business... I ended up gathering my things and walking out of our meeting. Never again!!!

Easy to set up first time appointment online. Perfect for patients with no insurance they offer free X-rays, exam and treatment plan with coupon. There is also a 20% coupon online as well. Make sure you have it ready or bring it up during when your treatment plan is being discussed. I have a broken tooth, several fillings needed, gum disease that I will need a couple treatments for that and cleanings. Dentist mention a bridge because once I have this one tooth pulled on the upper left side there be 1 left. I said why not pulled it then! He said it still good just cavity needs to be fixed. But he did tell me the bridge is very expensive. After talking with the office manager and figure how many teeth needed in the bridge total of 7 would be just under $9,000 well that is way out of my price range. I rather have dentures before spending that kind of money. Or deal without. I didnt realize how expensive dental care is but its expensive even with the 20% off. I was able to get the financing with 0 % financing. Its hard to find dentist who take new patients without insurance and actually who do a whole treatment plan. I have to be careful due to I recently had 2 knee replacements so anytime I have extractions, fillings or cleanings I have to take antibiotics 1 hr prior. I be happy when this broken tooth is out of my mouth! Tired of food getting stuck inside the big hole! Plus tired of the bad headaches and pain that goes along with it! Monday cant get here fast enough to get extraction and fillings done! Then more fillings, cleaning and gum disease treatments for July. So will update the progress!
It’s like being at a car dealership. Warranty salesman and all.Doctor examined 1 tooth and cleaning took 5 min, not exaggerating.They try to sell you work that insurance won’t cover just to make money.They payment ladie said if everyone had teeth like me they would be out of business.

I had my tooth pulled that was infected and the staff and dentist were AMAZING. They knew my financial situation and COMPLETELY worked with me to make sure i wasnt in pain. Unfortunately had to go back a few times cuz still experienced pain but while i was literally crying in the chair the dentist was very sweet and compassionate and hes now my favorite dentist. ❤ wonderful staff too. I think theyll have me as a patient for life. Thank u sooo much guys!!Danielle Hunt
They are one of the worst places I have every been to. I went to two different appointments and every time the dentist was “supposedly” not there. When I asked why they didn’t call me, the receptionist began to give me a nasty attitude and acted as if it was my fault. Never felt so disrespected and unwelcome.
Everyone was very nice and personable. But I felt The charges were expensive. However they did lay it all out first and offered dental financing options.
I am giving 2 stars because the staff was friendly. That is the only positive I can say about my experience. I have been in sales and I felt bamboozled. I wonder if they work on some bonus/commission scale there. Initially upon my first visit, the dentist said lets extract one upper tooth as there is no tooth below holding it in place and it is useless. My previous dentist was the opposite, he actually put a filling in that tooth. This dentist said he seen a small cavity starting and it may start to hurt in a couple months. When it was discussed what the exam and x-rays revealed in my consultation wtih office manager, there was not mention whatsoever about items that were on the list such as electric toothbrush and intensive cancer screen. I had to point it out. While this did not sit well with me I gave them the benefit of the doubt even though at this point I felt taken advantage of. She was pushing the toothbrush stating I would get a $20 rebate. She gave me a rebate form. Only to go home and see that the rebate expired in January 2019 and it is now October 2019. Why do you still have those forms in the office??? The hygenist that measured my gums stated there was two spots that were recessed that may need scaling below gum line. The next day I arrived for my cleaning. I paid cash upfront for what my insurance was not going to cover. The hygenist said well they said only 2 spots, but I think you need it all over. But then in another breath said you keep your teeth pretty clean. Then she says Ihave to come every 3 months for cleanings and I said how much is that? She knew right out of the gate. Usually the hygenist would not know that. I told her no way was I going to pay close to $300 every 3 months when the insurance will only pay every 6 months. i was firm. She then said well, if you take care of cleaning them you should be ok with every 6 months. I then said well if I come in 3 months you can see how it is, she said I advise that my clients come every 3 months for at least a year. I leave there not feeling good about my decision to come to Aspen Dental, they only got my business because they were open until 7pm. I did research at home online after I returned home and was taken back by what I learned. Needless to say, I went back to them, requested my refund, questioned my bill and no where on there did it reflect my upcoming $50 up coming co-pay and another prepaid charge. Manager said you see the math what do you question? I said it is not itemized correctly. She said oh yea, I dont like how the computer does that either, it picks a random item on the list to do the math. Sounds shady to me. I requested my refund, canceled my upcoming appointment and requested copy of my xrays. I will never go back and will not reccomend them to anyone I care about.
