Chris and Tony were fantastic. They arranged to overnight an EV charging cable adapter (TT-30) to use at a campsite to a hotel I was going to stay at before camping. Without it, I wouldn’t have been able to charge my Tesla Model X at the Ft Wilkins campground in Copper Harbor, MI.

I needed help on home project. Converting power from existing 220 to 110.My text was answered in moments. With recommendations. I had several questions, and all were answered. This was Saturday early morning.

Recently made an uneducated guess at an adapter for a generator and purchased the wrong one. Called office to inquire about a different adapter. He offered to look at photos, male / female receptacle requirement, in order to help me determine my specific needs. I did, however, use information included in original mailing of adapter ordered to determine the part number that I needed. He verified this was indeed correct, suggested that the purchase of the adapter I needed would be most effectively done online. I thanked him for his time, hung up, and was very quickly texted a link to the exact adapter that I needed, saving me time.Overall, I would have to say that the customer service levels exceed all best expectations and the parts provided are of exceptional quality.

Tony answered phone although it was late in the evening n walked me through step by step on how to properly install the plug to make my dryer work. He was knowledgeable n courteous n made my night. Without his help I would still have laundry piled to the ceiling. Great company. A+++ rating

I’m in Canada and he even called me from US to help me identify problems during my move of the dryer, for which I just purchased an extension cord from him. He could have just said “my products dont go wrong, it must be something else” like most of the other merchants, but he didn’t. I found Cordtec PC online and had not had any experience with them and honestly assumed I was in for a long frustrating process. I ordered, what I thought was the correct adapter for my Tesla charger, but I was wrong. I emailed Tony about the issue and within 5 minutes I had a response back. Tony took the time to look at all my outlets via text pictures, identified the correct adapter, and had the correct one sent within an hour of my receipt of the original incorrect order. I received the correct adapter the following day. I only wish my companies, heck all companies, were run this well. Cheers guys for valuing customer service above everything else!

I was going to purchase a 50 amp transfer switch, to a 50 amp straight blade cord from Tony. I had already purchased a 50 amp straight blade, to 30 amp twist plug, adapter plug from Tony, in case if my larger generator would not start, I could use my smaller generator. Tony told me that the U shape ground in the straight blade, would be very difficult to push in, and pull out, of the adapter plug, if I ever needed it. He told me he would put a plug on the generator end of the cord, that had a round shape on the ground. This way, it would work fine directly in the side of the generator, AND, also the adapter plug. He even made me a short video showing me how it would work. Thats the difference when you make an important purchase like this from an electrical engineer, rather than just a store clerk. Thank you for all your help!!

I purchased an adapter from AC Works to hook a portable generator to my home for use during power outages. An outdoor receptacle was installed for this purpose when the house was built . Due to space restrictions on my end, it did not look like the adapter I bought was going to work. Tony was outstanding diagnosing my 220 outlet issue. Even after we determined it was not a faulty adapter but mt 220 outlet was wired incorrectly he continued to help we with problem. Prior to my purchase I was skeptical about adding an extension cord to my 4000w portable heater but after I called AC Works and spoke with Tony I was extremely confident about this product.I was very impressed with Tonys knowledge when I called the company - he provided me with specifications and reassured me that I was nowhere near exceeding the capacity of my heater with this product. Later I learned that he has double electrical engineering degreesso that boosted my confidence even more after I spoke to him.I am more than satisfied with this product and the customer service has been great.The first cord I received the light that illuminates at the end of the cord when its plugged in did not illuminate.I continued to use the first cord until the replacement came in because it did not have an effect on the integrity of the 220 volt line.The replacement that I received is awesome.I was informed that out of a few thousand of these 25 foot cords only a few times has it happened where the light has been burned out.The light that illuminates on the plug is for aesthetic purposes and to let you know that its connected to the outlet and that power is going through it - I see it as an added bonus.
