It takes a long time to unload. staff sleepy as they work at night. from 12 noon to 5 am. when there is a big queue for unloading trucks there is nowhere to park. have to stand on the sidelines.

Its a mess. They gave a dock wich was in line with 2 more trucks. To the dock the driver Its sleeping with a green light. Everyone is waiting to wake up the driver and go next to dock.Had appointment for 4 AM, Its 5AM still not have a dock, even they charging you for a lumper fee to be unloaded. No more here 👎👎👎

This place is a joke. Arrived 45 minutes early for appointment and given a door right away. Then I’m unloaded almost as soon as I come back out to my truck from checking in. Thing is I only had 3 pallets. I have now been sitting for two hours waiting on paperwork for just three pallets. And it was all the same product no mix and match.

I showed up about 35 minutes early and was told to park somewhere and wait until midnight. Fine I realized I was early so be it. Then about 12 or more trucks just started pulling up to the distribution center around midnight and I kind of lost my place since I was the first one there earlier when I was sent away. Then I was told to go to door 82 which was quite a ways down from the office. Door 82 had a trailer backed into it already and they suggested door 81 which had a cone and then they said oh yeah that’s broken. Then I was told to wait for 77. Watched two or three trucks that backed up after me get unloaded while I waited...not a good experience at all.

That was epic,in and out in less than 50min.Lumper fee is informed to you as you get the dock.Electronic pay is available. Paperwork is ready as soon as the light turns green. Great attitude on the employees side.

Aldi Distribution in Oak Creek Wisconsin wins for the best run grocery distribution center in the country. Appointment at 02:00 arrived at 01:40 empty with signed paperwork at 02:20. 28 pallets. Amazingly efficient.

No overnight parking but a couple of truck parking areas less than 1/4 mile away. Check in was easy, lumper fee was pretty fair (less than $100) in at 230am out before 4am. Would definitely deliver here again.

As far as grocery warehouses go it isnt the worst, but its also not good either. Typical lumper scam, but slightly less than most grocery warehouses ($50 for 18 pallets) still an enormous racket. Wish I could make $50 for 10 minutes worth of work. Receiving hours open at midnight - why? Is there some reason you cant be open during the day to receive product? Oh, and they do not allow overnight parking even though there is more than enough space. Not nearly enough parking available in the local truck stops. Thanks for making sure I wont be able to find a place to park once you guys make me leave. They will unload you in 15 minutes then you will wait an two hours and a half or more for paperwork. What a joke. Every time I deliver to places like this I am reminded why I hate delivering groceries. Thank god I make enough money that I dont have to shop at stores like this.

I didn’t think the disrespect and rude antics could get any worst then Walmart, but I guess I found it, if you have a midnight appt god forbid don’t show up even 30 mins early you will be turned away and told come back at exactly midnight, all while then ifyour not the first 5-10 in at exactly midnight good luck blocking up the road outside a 5 lane roadway jammed with trucks all trying to get into one place at the exact same time.Also keep in mind the safety of their lot, be careful the only lights lighting the dock area are those shining directly into your eyes as your trying to back up into the dock, causing you not to be able to see a thing anyways.

Very professional place, they go by appointment there, opens at midnight, it took 40 minutes to unload 45k lb, then another 30 minutes to do the pw. And the security lady, she is absolutely beautiful.

Complete madness getting in, the guards ignore you waiting to check in, the receivers inside are rude and act like you are disrupting them, have to pay for unloading using some app that is difficult to work with and if you cant get a signal you are SOL. So many drivers blowing horns, backing into each other, yelling, cursing, nasty place.

Do not even try to check in 1 minut before 12am, they send you back and tell you to come back after midnight.

Docked door 1 have to walk to 77 in a downpour. I wasnt sick today, will be tomorrow. Been in the door an hr. Still dont have a red light. 7500 lbs Other reviews are saying up to 4 and 5 hrs. Dunno if they have overnite. Unlikely, you cannot enter the building.

A simple load of palletized softener salt. Unloaded in about 30 minutes. I’m still here two hours after I arrived waiting on paperwork. I won’t take a load here again.

The people that work there are very knowledgeable and friendly.

April 2019 making delivery.Nice guard check. Check in easily. Busy place but still ok. They have lights all around the building. OPEN at 12am. Till 5am .if you miss that hours then you have to wait till next day.

No overnight parking. But the Loves and Pilot as well as McDonalds have parking within a 2 mile radius. Quick in and out.

They use the parking area that ALL ALDI DC’s set aside for delivering OTR trucks!!! They prohibit overnight parking. Can only show up 30 MINUTES before your appointment!!! Worst ALDI location in the country! We had 10 other loads headed here and sister company had 17 more, THOSE THAT HADN’T BEEN LOADED GOT SENT SOMEWHERE ELSE (13). Refuse this location!!!!

I come here often, its usually an average wait. Warehouse staff are friendly and for the most part quick to unload. The guy at the guard shack isnt exactly rude, just very short spoken and just seems to want you out. Lot is average size but in my experience during the snow they dont really do a good job of cleaning it.

Worst place, don’t come here

Recieving starts 12am. There is no overnight parking. People seemed nice, and super quick to unload. I arrived at 1157, was in door by 00:05, emptied and off property by 0115.There are a couple parking options very near by.

This isn’t cool how you set this place up while the virus 🦠 is going on, it’s packed making drivers stand close to each other, no where to park it’s a circus.

I was there 15 minutes before my appointment, got dock then and there. Was unloaded in a couple minutes. Lumper fee was 50$. Nice staff. Respect!

Friendly guards as well as staff. Checked in on time and had an easy delivery. Easy and spacious backing. No issues. Plenty of parking close by that is less than a mile away.

January 4, 2018 - Guard won’t let you in until 0300 on the dot. I showed up at 0245 for a 0300 appointment and had to drive down to the truck stop, sit for 5 minutes, then turn around and come back. 🙄 Other than that, it was fine. Unloaded in about an hour, then about another hour waiting for paperwork.

The check in line stretches down the street and around the counter to the main streetnever thing anything like itmy appointment was set for 2am, a came there at midnight, couldn’t even turn left from the street because it was backed with trucks waiting on check inbut other then that, no troublegot the door, got empty right awayall good, just need to fix their check in process

One of the nicest aldi DC friendly worked was unloaded less than 20 min waited for paper work another hour after all was empty in less than 2 hours the receiving is open from midnight till 05:00 am and you can come before your appointment . UPDATE: came after 6 months took off 2 stars Cause the unloading people have been change took now 4 hours to get the bills only one receiver for all bunch of trucks...

It appears that they do a lot of business during their unloading period of midnight to 5am so its pretty busy and hectic. There is a lumper fee. I didnt utilize them but it appears they have a bathroom and lounge available. I was unloaded quickly but had to wait about another hour for some reason to get my signed BOL back. I was in and out within 2 hours, could have been worse

They will tell you one price for lumper fee then change it after you have paid it

Be sure you bring a spot light of you are delivering early am. Its pitch dark, dock numbers are in black above the door. $65 lumped fee seems to be a standard, which is darn cheap! Quick unload but getting paper work not so much.

I was so sceptics, but they were so fast. Whole trailer unloaded in less 45 min. Plus, they have big parking, so you can stay untill next pick up.
