I cannot recommend No. 1 Cleaners highly enough. First of all, I initially booked them for a day when we were having painting done. Completely my fault, and yet Juan took it in stride and I had no problem booking them for another time. Juan came back a few weeks later and could not have been more patient, kind, professional and thorough. As a new homeowner I didnt fully understand the details of the system and he was eager to tell me all about it and offer tips for the future. I found this company through Angies List to clean my vents and dryer vent. Their response was quicker than any of the other companies I reached out to and they provided me with useful information about the process. Benjamin Maitre was the technician that came and he was extremely thorough and professional. He walked me through everything that he was doing and was able to repair items that were contributing to poor air flow on the second floor of my home. He really took his time to make sure the job was right. He really went above and beyond! I highly recommend this company and will not hesitate to use them again!

We just bought our home and it turns out our ducts had NEVER been cleaned. I have allergy asthma so this is especially important to me. It also turned out we needed the blower in our furnace cleaned. Benjamin spent about 5 hours here. He was very thorough, informative and attentive. The amount of dust, etc that was cleaned out was extraordinary. After reading a number of online reviews, I was hoping for a good service, but my expectations were by far exceeded by the highly courteous and professional job done by Vincent and his colleague (Bill?). Every step has been explained in advance in great detail (at times even with images taken by Vincent cell phone) and full consideration was taken as not to disturb the household while completing the job. The location of our second (upstairs) furnace in a small closet made it impossible to service that floor, and as I began to despair, Vincent with the help of his mate made it possible by climbing into a small attic story. NOT AN EASY TASK! I look forward to grounding my dust cloth for a long time! FIVE PLUS STARS!

Left the interior of the house dusty. Very sloppy job. I went for this company based on the reviews (especially because I had a newborn baby) and I was disappointed.I had warned them of a newborn baby in the house but the owner said that would not be a problem. Just a careless and sloppy job. There was a layer of dust everywhere (babys crib, kitchenware, utensils, bed, toys, furniture, every surface top imaginable). Service guy was covered in dust as well but he just brushed it off him inside the house. I had called the owner a week later to complain and was promised a portion of the money back but have not received as of yet (3 months later).
