The techs that came to my house were exceptional. They came with their big vacuum and removed all the dirt. Then they did some more stuff that they explained was a brush and sanitizer. They were there for a couple hours cleaning and did a wonderful job. They took pictures of the ducts before to show me all the dirt and then showed me after. I am very happy with the results.
