I broke a 26x26 window in my kitchen that needed to be replaced.I had never had need for a glass service before and went by word of mouth recommendations. Im so glad I chose to use Contemporary! The woman I spoke to set up the appointment was lovely and the installer, Alex, was excellent. Very professional but also very personable and he did a wonderful job on my window. My house is over 100 years old so I was expecting that the paint would be chipped or the wood would be marred, but it looks perfect! The price wasnt terrible either.Id very happily use them again or recommend them to anyone!

I was provided a reasonable estimate for the repair, which was done in a timely manner, and I was provided sourcing for the hardware. I was so frustrated looking for mirrors for my new store. Didnt know who to call so I called 5 different places. When I got to this company they were ready able and willing to answer all my questions. Even better When they came for the install they were fun and made sure they had the mirrors in the right place. I cant tell you how happy and satisfied I was with the quick response and quality of work.... If your looking for service and quality you need to call these guys for your mirrors and keys.

So very happy with my experience here. My drawer from my mirrored furniture fell off and the mirror shattered. I thought I was out of luck but then contacted Contemporary Glass. They were able to repair it with no problem in a timely fashion.

The lady in the front gave me a price and charged me a different price more than before. Then made a mistake with one of the glass measurements and proceeded to charge my husband an addition $12 for the mistake she made. Terrible experience. Save yourself and your money!

I had an excellent experience. A glass was broken for my China Cabinet. I looked into CGS. Within the hour the glass was cut right there on the spot. As we were talking we i learned the company was Veteran friendly. Owner Mike who himself is a Veteran of the Marines was professional and accommodating. I highly recommend CGS.

I had a pretty horrible experience dealing with this Company. I needed urgent Window Repair on an historical building and they were one of the only ones who could do that repair. After pleading and begging for almost 2 months and after making almost 50 phone calls, I still could not get them to respond to a $1,000 job. The lady, Carol, who picks up the phone was extremely nasty. She hung up on me multiple time. After lot of searching I found someone else to come out and take care of it for the half the money. If anything, they should have someone with some social grace to manage their customer service.

As a previous vendor of Contemporary, all I can day is make sure you get paid before you do any work for them. they still have an outstanding bill from us for glass and metal work that they never paid us for, for over $700.

Overall terrible experience!I felt it the moment I was in the shop explaining what I needed and her mannerism/customer services didn’t feel right.I just thought it was me having one of those days but should’ve went with my gut feeling because in the end they never did the job.I got an excuse every week- they will get back to me, the guy is busy and finally after weeks of nothing I got fed up and let my frustrations out and her reply was are you finished?!?!?Carol continued to be rude to me and after I was upset which I had ever right she then hangs up on me!! So unprofessional and ridiculous. Obviously there not a professional company! They give mom and pops a bad rap.

Contemporary repaired my broken storefront door glass. It was an emergency repair and when I called they responded immediately. I will be using them for all future repairs.

Just moved into a new home that had a 100 year old mortise lock. They came in knew exactly what they were doing with the lock and appreciated the antiquity and that fact I wanted to preserve it. They re-keyed the lock and all the other dead bolts to match saved me tons of money on replacing it all! To boot... the house has windows that are also original and oversized at over 4 feet wide... I had a huge crack in one window and they were able to fix it all in the same day. Super responsive and knowledgable mom and pop shop. These sort of shops dont exist anymore. Great experience using them. I have one other window that is cracked and I will be calling them once i unpack the wall of moving boxes blocking access. Wifes happy... im happy enough said. Highly recommended.
