I was told that picking up my sons pants today would be ok and they gave me a slip with a due date of today, if you know you wont be open dont tell customers that date. Will change if this is made right!

These negative comments are alarming, I have been coming here for 8 years and have nothing but excellence all the way around. I am never trusting another place of business for my dry cleaning and alteration needs.

Ruined my dress!If I could give this place less than one star I would! I took a designer dress for a very simple alteration which involved a simple stitch by the zipper area and it was completely ruined. When I pointed out the poor workmanship to the front desk guy (Asian man who may be the owner), he didnt even apologize or offer to reimburse me. He had the nerve to ask me to leave. He was unprofessional and their sloppy work ruined by beautiful and expensive dress. I am so upset! I will be filling a report with the Better Business Bureau. Just stay away if you need alterations. In addition, if he reacted this nasty and unprofessionally to me, he will do the same to you!

This place is so bad the miss up my sons jacket and the didn’t even fix it .
