Just wanted to randomly thank you guys! I bought my first car (KIA Forte) here a couple months ago, super helpful & genuine staff! Best service team, Im always satisfied with the customer service. I literally went here just to look around and my salesman, Mike, presented me with the perfect car with all the bells and whistles I like and for a great price since Im a college student. If you see something you like, do not hesitate because the cars are such good quality and sell out fast!

Love my pre-own certified Sorento! Ulises and Tony are very helpful, knowledgeable. They hardly push the sale, rather they are there when I have questions or concerns. Every person who worked there was so very helpful... Ive never been to a more no-nonsense dealership. I went in prepared for a fight, with all my arguments queued up. (No, I dont want extras. No, I wont pay additional fees. Why are you charging more than MSRP?) And in the end I didnt need any of them. Everyone was helpful, courteous, and at no time did they try to swindle me. Every car buying experience should be exactly like this. If youre looking for a Kia, this is the dealership you want, even if it means traveling a bit further. Its worth the trip.

I ordered a 2021 Telluride in January and today, picked up a 2022 for a negligible difference. Chris M and Sales Manager Peter were straightforward and honest throughout our interactions. They were not pushy in any way. I tend to be cynical and guarded with large financial purchases but I left feeling good about my decisions.

From the start I was treated like family. The staff welcomed me, was very accommodating, and listened to the deal I wanted. I told them the exactly what kind of vehicle I was looking for and the options I wanted. They showed me exactly what I asked for and didn’t try to get me to go into something more than what I wanted. I was given exactly what I wanted for the vehicle I was trading in and exactly what I wanted for the vehicle I was purchasing. The MSRP was true to listing and was not increased at all, which is something I have encountered at other Kia dealerships. The dealership has a small family feel which makes the buying experience very personal. I wasn’t rushed in anyway and I was shown any vehicle I asked for, whether it was to compare colors or options. I strongly recommend this dealership and I will be purchasing from them in the future.

I purchased a vehicle from Nutley Kia. It has only been a week since the purchase. The vehicle is a pre-owned certified vehicle. This vehicle has been making me sick every time I drive it. I have been experiencing headaches, nausea, lightheadedness, dizziness, and trouble breathing. When I am driving in the car I experience these symptoms and feel as if I am going to pass out. It is not safe to keep driving the car. I reached out to Nutley Kia. When the service rep returned my call he literally said, Maybe the car is not the problem, maybe something is wrong with you. Apparently they were more than willing to interact back and forth with me to get their money which they received in full from me. However theyre not so willing to treat me as a valued customer after they received their money. My son has also driven the car and he also felt sick when he drove the car. This car is a 2020 Kia Sportage. Nutley Kia sent me this link asking me to submit a review within 24 hours of receiving their money. Well this is my review. Im very thankful that I waited a while before leaving this review. It is this time frame that has allowed me the opportunity to see exactly how they handle complaints and issues with customers regarding cars that have been purchased from Nutley Kia. They expressed no concern for my health or well-being. They were not in any hurry to inspect my car. (initially told me they do no have any appointments for another week) They have not tried to work this out with me in any way at all. The service rep told me that they would charge me $150 to look at this car that I have only had for a week. Yet, I have documents that indicate the car came with a dealer warranty. Wow. Where is the customer service? I supported Nutley Kia over the past 15 years. When I had my Kia Sedona even though your mechanic went home all the way to New York with my keys and I had to sit and wait for hours for him to come back until it was dark outside I continued to support your dealership even buying parts from you for my van after it was out of warranty. I would really like to see the staff at Nutley Kia exhibit some form of good customer service. Believe me I deserve it.

You folks reading this need to understand the difference between a shame Kia dealer or any shyster car dealership vs the real deal. What happen to integrity? What happened to making sale not just for the sake of the sale itself, but to establish a relationship with that the person so they come back again in the future? The new and extremely hot selling 2022 Kia Telluride put a few of these dealerships through that test for me, and only one of the six (6) KIA dealerships I contacted in the northern NJ, PA area, 5 in person visits and one through email came through with flying colors. This dealership restored my faith in honesty and direct talk. All of the dealerships I visited expect for one wanted between 5%-10% over sticker price for an in stock car Telluride, one wanted a nonrefundable $1000 deposit to be put on some shame list they made up and only one sold me a very rare in stock Telluride at sticker price. If it wasn’t in stock, they would order you the car for a fully refundable deposit which I think is fair. That’s all I wanted and I’m sure most of you would agree. This Kia dealership is Nutley Kia in NJ, go see Branko and his family like team and you won’t be disappointed. Good people and the type of people that you will come back to for your next car as well.

Went there to test drive a vehicle, for I had in mind to invest on a new vehicle in the next two weeks, as soon as I entered their location I was warmly welcomed. Frank one of their sales person, immediately took me to the vehicle and gave me a detailed information about it. Once I returned from the test drive, frank without being pushy, asked me a few questions about my plans and in a very professional way explained the deals they had and once again without being pushy asked me if I would allow them to check what kind of deal I could get.Based on the good impression that I already had about them, I agreed and to my surprise the deal they were able to get me was better than what I expected.So, from a two weeks plan, I went to a lets do it now plan. I wont give more details about the whole experience, because it is just an increment of a good experience that ended up being a great experience.So great was the experience that I convinced my wife to switch brands when changing her vehicle.The process of getting a vehicle can be overwhelming very often, Nutley Kia made it feel as a very pleasant experience.I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for an honest, professional, friendly experience when investing on a vehicle.Ask for Frank, he is really good.

I went to get a simple oil change. When the job was supposedly finished after waiting for almost 2 hours, they had my car on waiting for me. I paid and was on my way. It came up to around $40, which is not bad but unfortunately when I stopped at the shop rite up the and got back in my car and turned it on, the service needed alert was still on, and my battery did not turn on. My car is new, and I have never had problems with it, let alone the battery dying. Not only did I waste my time but my money as well because the oil still had to change. When I called Nutley Kia to informed them what happened, they said I had to take the car back since I did not want to trust my car in their hands again got it towed to the Fette KIA, and they informed me the oil had not been changed and took care of it right away. Although Nutley KIA is closer, I will be going to Fette from now on.

My wife and I were looking to get a bigger car then then the Nissan Rogue we had. We visited Nutley Auto Kia and was helped out by a salesman name Chris. He was actually very helpful and patient with us, which we were very happy about. We were looking at a Sorento and was given a price we’re weren’t comfortable with. As we explain it wasn’t the range we were looking for, there was no other talks for counter offers. We were given one price and one price only. There was no wiggle room or even some dialogue concerning the the price. As we left my wife and I over heard the owner say to his Salesmen that “they’ll be back” as that would be the best offer we will ever find. We felt that was very unprofessional, especially when there were no conversations of a counter offer. As much as we liked the Sorento, the offer and rude comment was more then enough not to come back.

They were very courteous and professional. I believe I was working with gentleman named Leo and he was very accommodating. He was very straightforward with pricing and didn’t leave anything as a surprise. He also made a lot of recommendations and even showed me the parts in my car that needed to be replaced, I really appreciated that! I was also given a free car wash at the end which was really thoughtful. This place is a bit of a drive from home, but it’s definitely worth it. I will be back.
