Bakery section: Pros. They were the only Sams still accepting orders when I placed mine. Cake was done on time which I really appreciated. Cons is that I ordered a plain white cake with plain white frosting (as I planned to decorate it myself but was too lazy/busy to bake). The frosting was sloppy. No clean edges, no clean border, irregular surfaces etc. The cake tasted good but it looked like something frosted by a child.

Best location I have been in since attaining a membership online.

This is a great Sams Club, never overly busy and always very well stocked. The Ypsilanti/Ann Arbor store is closer but I always go to Novi instead due to the ease of shopping. I highly recommend the scan and go function of the mobile app as lines are always long at checkout.

Came to this location because I happened to be in the area. Not much to say aside from it’s a typical sams club 😊. Store was clean & organized. Love using the scan & go feature.

Very displeased with there tire and battery section. Talked to them on the phone and set an appointment, told them I’m installing new lugs and my tires I had on previously. Then I call them a hour or 2 before my appointment to confirm and now they have no clue of what was going on. So then I explain on what I was gonna have done. They say fine I can get you in a hour early then the appointment you thought you had. Then I get there and sit for about 10 minutes waiting. Then now all of a sudden they cannot get my tires on. They have to be sams tires. Wasted my time. My gas and my money on the lug nuts to be here early. Oh and now I gotta drive on my these tires even longer now because nothings open on a Sunday. Way to waste the weekend.

Usually very well stocked, flow of store pretty good, nice selection of prepared foods, great produce, need a wider selection of clothing for male children. Prices decent, brand selection decent, spice and seasoning section very wide selection. Staff pretty helpful

Gas pumps are terrible. 🙁🙁🙁🙁. 45 minute wait to get gas. There was only one pump opened in each lane. The store is out of things. I have been a loyal customer for a very long time. I understand the storage issues in 2020 but this is 2021 and I feel the people in charge of ordering isnt ordering correctly.

Sams club is a good place to shop at people are very friendly always happy as we walked into the store they was an older gentleman giving you a cart and dancing and thats what life should be about instead of this sad people on earth be happy youre breathing

Absolutely love Sams Scan n Go option. This was the queue for self checkout and was twice as much for the billing counter.Thanks to the Sams club app I was able to save at least 40 mins of wait time.I also prefer Sams over Costco as Sams club has more options (brand names) in almost all the categories.

I visited the Novi location this weekend with my wife and couldn’t have been more happy with the service I got with my flooring needs. We were in the flooring section when approached by a worker (Rob or Rod) who took time out of his day as he saw we were struggling with decisions. He explained he used to work in the industry and offered lots of advice. Even suggested a tool on Amazon that he uses which is on order right now!! This kind of service I didn’t even receive at a flooring store. Great job!

So many bare shelves. No rotisserie chickens available to even cook they said. One package of toilet paper. Empty pallets in the snacks

Novi Sams Club is the best.The only problem I have with Sams now is during the pandemic they had one line for self checkout and you would go to the open register now the people dont know if theyre supposed to form one line or just get in line behind each individual register it causes confusion cuz people think others are jumping in front of them.Thats why only four stars

This is one of the best fan clubs Ive been to hands down and I went to the one in Canton and this one is way better They had everything in stock I didnt really come encounter with too many associates All of them except for one was extremely polite and very helpful was kind of confusing to try to find my way because it was new and awesomes clubs arranged their things different but it was fun going on that adventure trying to find everything which they had everything that I needed on my list and then some couple things that I did not have on my list So this is definitely the same stuff that I will be returning to and making my favorite Sams Club out of all of them

They discriminate against those who do not have the plus membership. The greeters at the door should know the rules of the store and let everyone know as they are coming in if your not a plus member you can’t buy anything until 10am. I shop early because there’s barely anyone there at that time. I came in, had a basket full of groceries only to be told I can’t buy anything when I got to check out because I’m not a plus member yet no one said anything when I walked in. So now it’s more work on the employee to put all that stuff back. If your not going to have your employees do their job then atleast put a sign out at the front so people don’t waste their time.

Ordering online & through the app is real easy. Payment options are flexible. The order was ready when I got there. Total pickup time is 5 minutes. Cant ask for better experience in the Wixom location.

My amigo stopped working and no worker would go and get me a new one they told me I was sitting wrong apparently it never runs out of battery I could not finish my shopping I was very angry did not make a scene just left

The location is small for a Sams Club but it is always a good visit. I do not recommend going on weekends.

Nice employees, but a ton of customers were not wearing masks but I did and so did my 6 month.

I would give this location a negative 1 if I could. I placed and order online and needed to revise it prior to picked it up. They didnt answer the phone all day. I picked up the order and rejected and item and was charged the full amount. The email for the receipt even stated you are not charged for rejected items. This is a LIE and I want my refund. There is still no answer and the 800 number cant get in contact either.

Usually always have a pleasant experience here. However, today we decided to shop since this is the only day we don’t work. We come to check out with 2 carts full of groceries. We wanted to do self checkout as it was safer because we could scan our own goods. We were then greeted by a woman with short white hair who’s name I believe was Jan. She demanded we have a cashier check us out because we had so much. We politely told her we don’t feel it was safe because of covid. She continued to harass us as we began scanning our goods. We felt pressured as we were checking out because she called an employee over to watch us scan. We then asked if we can exchange the sour cream because it appeared that the container was damaged. Jan replied by saying that it’s not damaged at all and didn’t even consider letting us go and exchange it. She then continued to harass us, asking who would be unloading all of our groceries into our car and household. At this point we were considering leaving or even finding the manager. I felt annoyed and harassed, something that customer service should never make one feel. I believe it is necessary for Sam’s Club to review customer service protocols so that others do not feel harassed by employees. I don’t even think my dog has harassed me this bad before.

Super great place to shop and even better when you have the scan and go app. So goodbye to waiting in long lines to get checked out.

Membership required. Great selection and you will save money. Everything is in bulk, so dont look for a half gallon of milk. Great fresh meats to choose from!

This was are first time in the store. Weve always shopped at the one in Waterford. Its set up different. But it seems like a very nice store, a little crowded but what store is it right now. LOL will let you know more when we go were going to go later on in the week. Maybe youll get five then.

Lady who is on Food Court Counter and also work as a cashier she is big liar and corroupt. She charged me for drink and machines were empty. I went back to her but she said i can not do anything.SAMS Club team please replace her

This Sams Club is always stocked when I go in. The staff is super nice. I really love the Sams app when I am in a hurry. They really practice the social distancing and sanitize the buggies when you go in. There is always someone to load your groceries in your car when you need help. P.S. I love when I catch a special deal in this Sams Club. It is my go to Sams!

Two Saturdays ago I was at the store late in the evening, and as I went to start my car to drive home, it would not turn over. The battery stopped working and I was stranded. I went back into the store to look for some jumper cables with the intent of calling my son to come give my car a jump. Upon seeing no jumper cables in the store, an employee quickly got on her walkie talkie and asked if any employees had jumper cables. Within 5 minutes I had help, and a nice employee by the name of Robert (Honninan? forgive the spelling) drove his truck over, attached the jumper cables, and helped get my car started. This is what customer service is all about and it was very much appreciated.

I come here every week, i pickup supplies for the company i work for. My pick up time was between 10-11. My app is not letting me check in saying my order isnt ready and its currently 10:50, the last time i had this problem i was told the system was down. Ive tried calling customer service to let them know i am here for my order and sort it out but the phone just rings and rings no one answered. Ive called 3 times and on the last was i let it keep going until it stopped and it was at 7 minutes it hung up still no answer

Really low on many items. While I understand paper products to a degree Even basic things like underwear, boxers, etc where out of stock. It was also a mess and looking in a specific size shelf got other sizes. So you end up digging thru every section. Disorderly and packages torn open huge waste of my time. I did find other items I needed and the cashier was super!

This warehouse club is exceptionally nice...from the customer service to the associates who work here...everyone whom I came in contact with was very friendly and helpful...I recommend this Sams Club to everyone

Even in the middle of this holiday season and although the store was very busy, the checkout lines were short and fast! I appreciate how many lines they keep open.

Last time I was at Sams club gas station on an empty tank I filled up $75 at $2.97 other places with the same gas prices I fill up an empty tank for $45 so I concluded the Sams club is false advertising their gas prices they are lying to us, so please everyone out there please watch your wallets.

Pickup is a great service, but it is so popular that they have a difficult time keeping up.

It was a nightmare just to park. They had 3 registers open and the self checkouts but the self checkout line was to the back of the store.

They are the fastest curbside pickup I have ever seen. On top of that, they never get my order wrong or forget something like other places have.

Do not pay for their installation services. Ive had a Pergola sitting on our property for almost a month now and still no install service date. Managers says they will escalate the issue however that doesnt seem to do anything.

The optical department on the whole is good. But today when I went to pick my contacts up ( I had tried to pick up 2 other times) there was a conference call and was told by Coach Simone to go shopping and come back in an hour. I expressed that this would be the 3rd attempt to pick them up and that they were paid for. Her contempt came through very clearly as she asked for me reciept. As I waited another customer came up and Coach Simone very rudely said Now Ill have to take care of him too Very unprofessional and unpleasant

Great store. Do yourself a favor and download the app. Long lines of people waiting to check out that could use their phones to scan their own items, pay, and walk out.

Sams Club is a great warehouse club that you can buy all your products in bulk at. We have a big family so I love to buy all my supplies here such as paper plates, toilet paper, paper towels, plastic cups, napkins, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, hand soaps, beauty products, health products, meats, veggies, fruits, snacks, bakery items, etc... you can even get clothes & books here. I highly recommend this store if you have a big family to buy in bulk. This store is very clean and has excellent customer service.
