It’s so awful, they just won’t come to meet with you, will not give you an appointment. They just want you to tag the trees them at need yo be cut and or sick that need treatment. There is no human contact, very impersonal. .
You dont last 75 years by accident. top quality work, excellent and knowledgeable staff. I wouldnt go anywhere else for tree care and trimming.
They sent out an arborist and another guy to trim my trees and advise me on fertilizing. These guys were extremely pleasant, efficient, and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them next time. Very happy!
These guys did a great job! They removed 17 dead evergreen trees from my property. It was a big job and luckily I hired the right people. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again.
The price for trimming our tree was actually reasonable but their service was very lacking. I wanted to talk to the person who came out and he didnt bother. Called and they acted like it was a huge bother to have a person actually speak to me. Went with someone else at a higher cost simply because they knew how to treat a customer.
Best tree service in south east Michigan
Westside forestry did a fantastic job for us. Chris, Joe, James, Mike came out to cut a dying large 60 foot black cherry tree that was hanging over my neighbors house and our unattached garage. They craned it out and did a great job. They cleaned everything up.They showed the professionalism of the company the way they acted and the way they did the job. Tim the boss showed up and was great to talk to and explain everything. We have more work that will need to be done and we will be calling Westside back to do it. Thank you for an excellent job.
This was the best tree service Ive had in 25 years. Shaun, the crew leader was knowledgeable and excellent. I had used 5 different companies in the past. Now I finally found the right one. I highly recommend Westside Forestry.
Not only did they do a superior job, they cleaned up after themselves! Not a stick or leaf left out of place! They left my driveway cleaner than how they found it!
Arrived unscheduled and damaged brick-pavers which were in the process of being laid that very day. General manager was extremely rude when we raised this issue and essentially called us liars. I cant believe how poorly they treated us.
Awesome! Great customer service. Very knowledgable. Trimmed 2 maples we have and a few other smaller ones. They also treated one of the maples. Reasonable priced. Flexible! They worked around a crazy remodel project that we were doing. Would use them again without a doubt!
Very satisfied !!! They know what they are doing. Work was done at a fair price and the service that the crew provided was exceptional. I will without hesitation call Westside forestry Service in the future.
High quality work at an afforadable price w/ great customer service! Highly recommended!
Everythings great but tim very judgmental and envious
Way too complicated to deal with them. Way too busy.
Too complicated to deal with.

They pay me
My neighbor was getting some of her trees sprayed a few weeks ago. I spoke with the tech and asked who he worked for. I mentioned to him that I was thinking about getting some of myTrees sprayed. He told me to call Westside forestry, and they would have a arborist come out and do a free estimate. I called west side about a week or so later and schedule an appointment with the woman who answered the phone, I also verified with her that the estimates were at no cost. She informed me that the arborist will come out when they are in the area and complete the evaluation and email me with recommendations and again it was verified that this was at no cost. Approximately two weeks later I received another call from my side, the woman on the other end of the line informed me that there was a $75 service fee for completing this and how would I like to pay.I asked her, why was I informed by not only your technician, but by the person I scheduled the appointment with that there was no charge for the estimate, yet now you’re asking for $75? She informed me that there had been a change and this was new. My question is, how can a reputable company tell you multiple times one thing then come back several weeks later and say they want money for something they offered at no cost?
