I love my tax specialist she’s wonderful and usually works out of the west Bloomfield location. I waited 15 minutes on the phone and no one came. Didn’t even get to speak to someone. Awful customer service.

Wish I could’ve gotten better service. Felt as if I could’ve done my own taxes this year instead for how simple it was for me. Just wish I did my own taxes this year instead for the amount I paid for expecting more out of it.

Its definitely easier than doing it ourselves, however its getting expensive $400 for her to look at our itemized return and then say that were better off using the standard deduction. After a few years of that, well probably try to do them ourselves next year and save the $$.

Chrysia Carson was awesome to work with. We got demanding and threatening letters from the IRS, incorrectly claiming we made mistakes and owed several thousand dollars of unpaid taxes on a prior tax filing, not to mention all the interest and fees. Chrysia helped us set the IRS straight and we just received a letter that the IRS was dismissing their claim and that we, in fact, owe them $0, not several thousand.Her services were provided at a very reasonable price and were worth every penny. She helped us fight back against IRS claims that can only be described as predatory and bogus. So glad we called and didnt try to fight this and deal with the IRS on our own. Worth every penny! I paid over $300 to have Judy do my taxes. She filed the wrong form. I called the IRS and they told me specifically what the error was. Judy told me the IRS is wrong. Now I am out the $300+ that I paid Judy to do my taxes and now I have to pay someone else to check that she didnt mess anything else up. I cant get help from H&R Block either. When I asked for their corporate number they hot stepped around and refused to give it to me. Claimed they did not have it. I was supposed to get my refund in 21 days. I filed back in January. Now I wont receive my refund till the first part of April. Take your taxes to someone who knows what forms to file. Judy is clueless.
