I have been shopping around for my wedding and spoke to Erik (owner) who assured me that the 35 person party bus he had was the most affordable in the area. My fiancé wasn’t convinced so he told me not to sign their contract while he shopped around. Meanwhile, we ended up finding the same size party bus for $500 cheaper overall and booked it. After about 2 weeks, this company charges my credit card for a $200 deposit. No signed contract no anything. I messaged Amy and tried to call them but no answer, so I disputed with my bank. It’s always a gamble working with small local companies, be warned.

I booked for a quick ride to my venue. The whole process was smooth, driver was very nice and helped us load all of our stuff! Definately recommend this service!

We used Rockstarz Limousines for our Wedding and am so, so, so thankful that we did! Amy answers every single phone call and email and makes everything seamless. Erik, the owner picked us up and made our day extremely special. We all raved about the fact that it was the owner driving us! I highly recommend if you have a large party getting the 36 seat bus. It is brand new and we rocked out on it! Erik and Amy, thank you so much for making our wedding day so special!

Erik can always find a way to get me the vehicle I need. Friendly customer service goes a long way. We have used this company many times and will continue to do so. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Used these guys for 2 proms within a week of each other. They were on time, polite, the vehicles are great quality and clean, the drivers are cool, and its all at a more than fair price. 100% would use Rockstar again for any formal event or party and would recommend to anyone

I used Rockstarz for my wedding in October. They were unprofessional throughout the entire process leading up to the wedding with questions we had, and trying to make us pay a deposit twice because it wasnt documented.. The day of the wedding, the driver arrived 25 minutes late to our hotel to shuttle the wedding party to the venue. The driver also wasnt aware of a road closure in Novi and the 10 minute shuttle turned into a 35 minute ride. At the end of the night, the driver was over 20 minutes late again (after weve already been kicked out of the venue) to shuttle guests back to the hotel. The pick-up times were correct on the contract, and the driver still was unable to meet expectations. I can honestly say that the worst part of my wedding was this shuttle service.We called and complained the following week and they said they would give us a partial refund, no update on that still (5 months later). I would not use this service if you want a professional, and on-time, service.
