My third time coming here. I love that dollar tree is next door, so I just buy the washing stuff I need from there. People seem to be pretty good with the social distancing. I wiped the table I’ll be using to fold my clothes just as extra precaution, cause Covid 🙄 anyway I feel comfortable here, hope everyone has the same good experience 🤗

Great staff and good equipment

Do not use this laundromat, half of the washers do not wash your clothes. It doesn’t matter how much soap you put in the washers, the clothes will not suds up while in the washer and when you tell the workers about it they deny it and say that the washer is working fine. They will not give you your money that you wasted and they are rude about it. Your clothes will not smell clean or look clean. I’d give it zero if I could.

The place started off ok.I had just put 2 loads of laundry in at $5.25 each. Then proceeded to get more change for the dryer, all I had was a $20. bill (as mostly all atm’s only dispense 20’s). The attendant on duty proceeded to be very unprofessional telling me to save the coins for other customers. I tried to explain that all I had was $20’s. But was quickly cut off and scolded more about taking TOO much change.If they don’t want to change for 20’s they should change the machine so it does not accept them.Was surprised also the attendant on duty very seldom wore her mask. Many patrons did not wear masks, nor were there any signs requesting or suggesting masks...Will not return there EVER!!!

Go early or the laundry gets very busy. Machines are clean and in good condition. Everything is set up to make the task easier and faster, in other words efficient.

First than anything, a clean place. Plenty of machines to get here, even on a busy day! Ive been here twice! One for a queen size comforter and this next time for all my 2 week laundry. Got to spend less than any other place, as you can take bigger loads into bigger machines for Washing and Drying.On the drying machines you spend $0.25 per every 7 minutes. If you dont have or forget your own products, you find here a broad variety, as well as snacks and drinks.

The facility is always neat and clean. The staff is always courteous, and ready to help if you have a question or a problem. The machines are plenty, great working condition, and theres all sizes to accommodate every need. I changed from the one down the street to here approximately six months ago. Best move ever! Ill be using this facility until my home purchase is completed. I even made a few new friends! Very Happy!!!

Very clean! spent $8 washed 3 loads dried 2 loads including 2 comforters. did 42 mins on the dryer probably could get away with 35 mins. .25 cents per 7 mins to dry . 2.50 washer average. will def be choosing this one for now on

I go to several different laundromats due to traveling and not having a washer dryer. This is one of the best places I have been. Very clean and decent prices.

The store is always clean. Plenty of seating while waiting. The washers and dryers are cleaned and maintained daily. They provide free fresh coffee. There are vending machines for supplies and snacks. There are 2 change machines and an ATM. The people that run the place have been there for years and are very friendly. Ample space for folding your laundry on clean tables. Machines use real quarters, not tokens. 2 restaurants and several shops in the same strip.

Washers and dryer were all working place was kept up they had alot of different sizes washers and dryers music was playing and the TV was on the Only thing was mask was not enforced people was coughing and no social distance like this virus dont exists people were doing what they want No mask smh.

Pretty great place. My mother and i come here often but the food in the vending machines are always expired. When we told the attendant and SHOWED her the expiration date on a Vitamin water, she rudely said “where did you see that?!”. We didn’t even want a refund for it, we just wanted to let her know.

Tons of machines and not too many out of service. Small, medium, and large wash and dry options makes any job no problem. Used the large washer to bang out a ton of sheets for work and the beast dryer had everything dried in record time. Kind and helpful staff too. Another good bonus is the sushi place just across the parking lot. Best coin wash Ive been too!

Wow things have changed since my rave review from this laundromat 8 months ago. I just had the worst experience ever, which is why Im giving it a one star. I was aware that they had changed their hours of operation during this weird time, so I was aware that they now close at ten instead of 11. I had brought in my ten loads of laundry all by myself, no help was even offered (which is understandable since the pandemic). However that didnt stop the laundry attendant to come up to me before I loaded up the two 85 lbs washers to say in a rude manner you know that we close at 10pm. (Yes because its posted on google and there are signs that say we close promptly at 10pm. She told me this and proceeded to discuss their closing time when I told her its 8:30-8:40ish. mind you the sign on the door says last load at 9pm, I didnt point that out to the attendent.) I have asthma and am at high risk during the pandemic, so I try to go at the slowest times during business hours and wearing a mask while carrying baskets and being exposed to the lint and what not is a struggle for me not to mention how hot I get. If I am unable to do my laundry due to my health condition, I have also used their drop off service.It really shocked me that after being a loyal guest to this laundromat for over 10 years even after the ownership changed I still had positive experiences here that this night would be no different then my previous ones. Maybe if I was offered help, because with my asthma I was red in the face, breathing heavily and sweating or not having to explain myself and have been able to load my laundry in piece all my laundry would have been dried on time (since I never fold there). The level of rudeness was unappreciated, and maybe you should offer assistance rather than being rude and watching me like a hawk. Youve successfully lost my business.Review of eight months ago below:This is the best laundromat that Ive ever been to! Not only is impeccably clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, they have 85lb washers and dryers (meaning you can do 8 loads in one machine!), they also have pre dryers that help cut the time of drying, but Ive also used their drop off service and that was fabulous too! They allowed me to bring in my own soap, fabric softener and dryer sheets since I have allergies to other soaps. They also followed my directions on how to wash and dry and everything was folded nicely. They used to have coupons on the back of the Krogers receipts, I wish theyd bring that back but I understand why they may not be able to. When the long time owner passed his business on to someone else the new owner it doesnt seem like anything has changed! They even recognize me when I come in, its super wash because theyre SUPER!

Everything appeared clean. The prices for the machines seemed reasonable. $4 for the large machines and $2.75 for the medium machines. They have machines that are super but I dont know how much they are. The only complaint I had was we arrived by 9 and put our clothes in the washers immediately. They were done around 9:45. I immediately put them in the dryer and by 11, 3 of my dryers werent dry they probably needed about another 15-20 but the attendant came over and said, You know we close at 11 right? He didnt want to wait but I told him you saw what time I put my clothes in the dryer so Im going to finish the time that was still on the dryers. So I did but as I said 3 loads were still damp. They werent overloaded or anything like that and I had 6 dryers going and they all started at the same time, I guess its one of those things. I would go to this laundry facility again just probably go a little earlier.

Clean place to wash good prices

Very clean, however if you do not start washing machine in 3 minutes you lose your money!!!!! In my case, I went with 10 huge loads, and 2 hands, and couldnt move quick enough! I didnt get to two washers in time, I had put in all but a quarter, so $5 in total. I ended losing $5.25 per load. I spoke with attendant who advised he is not owner and there was nothing he could do....Lesson learned...Move quick and youll be fine...

The lady often working (at least every time Ive been here), is seriously so awesome 👏🏼! The washer and dryer unit supplied at my apartment complex is a joke so I go elsewhere. The employee helped me save money offering advice on which machines to use for what. Very honest and informative, pulse shes just a cool lady in general with a great sense of humor😂. Ill be back!

I drive from Romulus to do my laundry here, that should say something!I have visited multiple places and no place around compares. My clothes smell and wash clean. The prices are average 2.50 for a regular size washer to upwards of 6-7 for the larger ones.Attendants are always helpful and friendly.

So amazed at how clean and sanitary this #laundr-O-mat is! The owner Steven and Lisa the other employee are super friendly and approachable. They keep the place spotless, cleaning and wiping machines, sweeping the floor cleaning the bathrooms and NO OVERCHARGING! This place is open on Sundays. The one down the street is not. Still, Superwash Coin Laundry charges LESS! And they are the only Sunday washing option open and accessible on Sundays! Amazing and nice to see owners that are not price gouging! Amen! Thats the kind of business I will ALWAYS do business with and/or recommend. Thank you #Superwash !

This was nasty dirty, bugs in machines, dirty tables. The worker there Just stood around doing nothing. He did manage to go to all the dryers and turn them to low. I said need them up and doesnt have the right to touch my things. He ordered me to turn it back down because the owner doesnt want you using hi speed. This way you have to put more money on. He is cheating his customersAnd making the worker do the same. If you put your clothes I. A dryer and leave, I promise you they wont be dry when you get back. This owner is a crook

I have really liked this place. My last review was a 5, but today I got blind sided. I loaded and started some machines. I brought in some entryway rugs to wash as I have done previously and the attendant said no cant wash those here. They will cause repairs. REALLY. I finished up and left. Im now at JMJ Coin Laundry on Pontiac Trail West of Beck next to Car wash and Simply Thai. Jeff the attendant welcomed me to wash the rugs there. Ill be going to JMJ FROM NOW ON

Good place to do laundry, very clean. Most staff are nice and some not so much. These a guy there Friday night I believe, he closed off a whole side of dryers even tho there was a good bit of people in there, he had this look on his face that he was pissed he had to be there.

Clean open late and nice workers

I pass by another coin Laundry to come here because even the patrons are nicer. The other place, the woman there is mopping and cleaning and its annoying. I get that she has to clean but its overkill especially when its really busy! You almost fall due to wet floors.

Called for the 1st time today and talked with Kelly. She was very informative and friendly, believe Ill be a customer for quite some time.

Best coin laundry in the area, I came from Northville. Superwash its just that, about 50 washers of various sizes, 50 dryers, very clean, all machines running, friendly, helpful staff. Located on Pontiac Trail just west of West Rd. Ill be back.

Have gone there every week for years. The last time I used this facility, the clothes I had set to be washed in hot and rinsed in warm water came out of the machine stone cold. I know exactly how the clothes feel coming out of the washer and that wasnt it. I double checked the settings and, sure enough, it was my usual setting.It is dishonest to change the machines to use cold water and not post a notice to that effect. I am disappointed in the new owner and will not return.

The prices are reasonable and they are very clean but they are really rude. We thought a young lady dropped her coupon for $1 off laundry so we picked it up and gave it back to her. Then the young man who works there came to us and told us not to give people coupons. We said she dropped it and he said, no i saw you give it to her. We told him again, we thought she dropped it so we gave it back to her. He proceeded to call us liers and then went over to the girl we gave it to and said something to her. I dont know what he said to her but she was giving him dirty looks. I spend a minimum of $20 a week on laundry here but i wont be back. I hope it was worth losing a customer over a $1 coupon.

Washing machine is being replaced, so I looked for a Novi-area Laundromat. Review of most local outlets were not appealing. Found a good review for this one and it was true -- many clean, newer machines, worked well.

Poor air circulation, it is way too hot and muggy, even for a laundromat. Female clerk is short with customers when they are confused about a broken machine when their laundry isnt done. The do not use sign had fallen down (probably due to the tape not being able to withstand the extremely damp air, a magnet on a metal machine would have been more efficient) and that was somehow the customers fault for using the machine anyway. Very rude. I only came here because the laundromat closer to my apartment is closed on Sundays. I can say it is clean and they have a decent variety of snacks in the vending machines. Oh, and theu have free Wi-Fi.

Their drop off service is awful tell me my clothes will be done 6 pm same day go there on my LUNCH BREAK and he tells me sorry for the inconvenience but my clothes wont be done until 6pm the next day. Now I have absolutely nothing to wear to a funeral! Will not return 😡😡😡

Definitely recommend! I dont typically post reviews, but Rita was the best and this place was clean, like eat-off-the-floor-clean (not that I recommend that). No piles of lint under the machines (I didnt get on my knees and REALLY look underneath). But I bet it would easily pass a white glove test. The customers werent weird. Great selection of food and drinks in the vending machines (from Faygo to RedBull, chips and candy). The place wasnt hot or smelly. Family-friendly WNIC in the background. Rita was SUPER helpful. It had been a long time since I was at a laundromat and Rita took time to show me how to use the machines (even tho I realized after there are clear instructions right on them, doh!). But she was so friendly and helpful, above and beyond what she even needed to be. She even pointed out the free dryer balls that can be borrowed to help fluff. She was constantly wiping down the machines, sweeping. Rita rocks - thanks again for your help! The giant machines washed ($6.75) and dried ($1 per 12 mins) my king quilted Sherpa comforter super fast and thoroughly. And they still had machines to accommodate loads larger than that! Glad I passed on closer places to get to this one, always saw it when I shopped at the $1 store next door. Will definitely be back next time my comforter needs washing.

The new owner and staff is atrocious! They are rude, unprofessional, dirty and overall horrible people. The machines have mold build up due to the inexperience of the owner along with some of them not even washing clothes at the chosen settings. Avoid this place like the plague until a better owner takes over when they shut down.

The superwash coin laundry in Novi, MI off Pontiac Trail has really gone down the drain. There was an older gentleman who owned this laundromat and he kept the place in tip top shape. The new owner is a joke. Every other machine in the place is broken down and has an out of service sticker on it. The older gentleman who owned it before would never let that happen. I came in to wash my comforter and the washing machine began to leak. I showed the person who was working at that time and he said now you have to put more money in the machine...its not our fault. I couldnt believe my ears. They put band aids on the machines, then when they break down they dont even have the decency to fix the problem. I paid for a wash and didnt even get it smh. The money isnt a big deal but good customer service is non existent. Stay far away from this place!!!

The younger guy follows me and other black guys around the place almost the whole time. When hes not following me, hes standing somewhere staring. Im not sure if hes prejudiced of black dudes or if hes looking for a boyfriend, but either way he should be fired for being unprofessional.
