I went to the Novi store to add on a service and found Jaime to be extremely helpful. She explained my services thoroughly and answered all my questions in detail, since I told her when I would call customer service, the reps seemed to be giving me different answers. She was very patient and pleasant to converse with. I couldnt be more satisfied with my in person visit at the store, especially so late in the day! Thanks again Jaime!!! :)

My daughter and I visited the new Spectrum mobile office to upgrade her phone. First of all, the new store is beautiful!! Very inviting and a comfortable atmosphere. Jaime was very knowledgeable so the upgrade went smoothly. Rachel was the other rep working and she answered all my questions while my daughter worked with Jaime on her phone. Great experience all around!!

Horrible customer service. We arrived around 12:30 on 4/24/21 and had to drop off a digital cable receiver. We ended up being number 10 on the list of customers. One woman was helping customers and it appeared that she was setting up cell phone service (this usually takes time). There was another woman named Sylvia who was roaming around not helping anyone and she would disappear behind a door never to come out for quite a while. A number of people were just there to replace or turn in components. This woman Sylvia was determined NOT to help anyone. I contacted Spectrum on the phone and it was almost as bad as waiting for the line to go down. When she showed back up and people came in she told them its a half hour wait and still did not help anyone. We confronted her and she finally took our digital receiver. The only reason she helped was because we confronted her and told her she was not helping anyone and this is ridiculous. If you have a choice avoid this store and if you can get a different cell and cable service. Spectrum is AWFUL!!!!!!!!

Nice employees. Store is nice and clean

This company oversells bandwidth which results in abysmal internet speeds. Not to mention they are the only ISP available in Village Oaks. I pay for 940 mbps speed and have constantly topped out at 80 mbps with a hardwired connection. FRAUDULENT
