Poor customer service.I called and texted for over a year to get my spa moved. I finally had to have my builder move it. They say that they will call you back, and they never do.Selling a hot tub is only step 1. Service is by far more important.

We searched a couple different places and were very happy with Tradewinds Spas. They had GREAT customer service! The woman working, Stephanie, helped us out so much. She was very patient, gave us great advice and really helped us with all of our decisions. We have had a hot tub for years and really needed to replace our old one. We are so happy we did. It is a beautiful spa, has tons of jets and a very lightweight cover. We would recommend them.

If you are in the market for hot tub-do yourself a favor and start here. We have been looking for a spa to replace our old one. Wish there was a higher mark than 5. My husband and I visited the Novi location several times trying to decide. Gail is very knowledgeable and answered our questions each time we went there. She treated us with such respect . NEVER once were we pressured into anything and never was their talk about a deposit (until we made up our mind on the one we wanted). We have different set up with the spa needing to be cut into our deck. Keith came out to our home to determine which spa would if any would fit on our location. He was very knowledgable and explained all the was needed to get the tub on our deck. He did not rush and took his time.Our goal was to be able to have one stop shop do everything we needed- we did find that at Tradewinds Spa. Keith even suggested to go back to the store and look again and dry and wet test before we committed. We are so excited that our search is done and the experience at Tradewinds was free of pressure and hassles. Now we just have to wait to get our new one installed!

Recently purchased a new home and wanted to say goodbye to my pool and hello to a new hot tub.... After a LOT of searching and comparing prices, products and reputations I decided on Tradewinds. The team there was very helpful and professional in sales, installation and service. I am very happy with my decision to use Tradewinds and recommend them to anyone needing a hot tub!

Outstanding people to work with. I have owned 2 other spas but the Caldera Marino that we purchased from Tradewinds is by far the best. Great product, complete hydro massage in 20 minutes. We have used the Marino 4 times a week since purchasing in March...no issues and couldnt be happier. Many thanks to Keith and Brian.
