I rented a TV for an event at work and had a great experience. I think I spoke to/dealt with about 5 people and was impressed with all of them. They were all very responsive and attentive. I felt like their operation ran smoothly, everyone was on the same page, Ill definitely be using them again!

I have been with this rent-a-center for a few years now, with furniture, washer and dryer and computer. Always helpful in fixing anything wrong and on top of everything. Even when life gets in the way on my end someone tries to help. Very personable and even dealing with pain in the neck customers, still smiles and knows your name when you walk in or even call. Thank you Ranee, Alicia and Mike for going one step further.

Rent-A-Center saved the day for us! While waiting for our refrigerator to be repaired (2-week wait), we called RAC for a temporary fridge rental and they delivered the next day. Delivery was fast, friendly, and professional. They werent careless or didnt bang into our walls or anything like that. Even with having to take the door off the hinges to move the fridge into the house, the entire delivery and installation process took no more than 20 minutes, with another 5-10 minutes to complete the paperwork (which was explained to us clearly). Its 94 degrees out, a holiday weekend, and weve found a new hero in Rent-A-Center. Thanks, guys!!

Very helpful people!!!!! Decent prices!!!! Ive got a few things from there and if you have trouble with what ever you rent to own they send somebody to fix it or bring you a new one!!!!!!!!

Very good service, went in got all the paperwork done less then 30mins on Friday also set up the delivery for the next day. After everything was good, I check by 2 or so if everything was 👍 I was advised it was and the driver would call me when he was on the way, and that i was the 2nd delivery. I was set up for 3 to 5, around 4 the driver call me he was on his way. By that time i already had my old washer and dryer out, as he pull up he ask if he could back into driveway i gave him the okay. He check out the location for the units dryer come in 1st I hook up the gas line and the vent. By the time i was done he got the washer in the house. Hook it up tested both units everything was working right. I would say the delivery was great, and in and out under 30mins.

I dont know why others bash them here iv never had a problem..even when I cant make a payment they are always overly nice to us and its been about 2 years now so I dont expect it will change now..anyways thanks guys your awesome because of you guys I got the washer dryer my wife wanted and the TV I wanted customer for life..also thanks for working so hard to hunt this alienware down for me cant wait to pick it up

The store used to be amazing with its old staff. The new staff is horrid. I have had issues with every single thing since the management switched over. From things as little as a problem with a rented item and needing a replacement while the one I was paying for was repaired. To having the store manager (Renee) tell me that my paid off item that I paid for insurance on that I should be able to turn in for repairs for one year after pay off is unable to be fixed. Spent 300$ on a new item because it was an emergency only to call on a day Renee was off after reading the policy months later and had the associate tell me they would be happy to have my item repaired. Im sorry the quality of the staff has suffered since the old staff has left. If I have any issues I always have to call the district manager to get it fixed which is not only a pain for me but a pain for him Im sure as well. No idea how this store is still open.

Terrible experience from generally friendly people. They tried to help me at first but fell flat when they scheduled a delivery that required 2 people on a day they only had one person available. Then they couldnt get another person to help from another store so the item went un-delivered without even calling me to let me know. They then wanted to reschedule for 2 days later. They also did not inform me of all the necessary paperwork required at first, telling me that my community would be able to fax it to them. When I attempted to get it sorted out over the phone they were vague about the problem even though when I called my community they informed me that I would have to get the paperwork to rent-a-center on my own. If you have an absolute need to rent from here make sure you get in there weeks in advance and make sure you are willing to deal with possible rescheduled deliveries or waiting to see if they show up when you expect them. They were also completely closed several minutes before the posted close time when I attempted to go in for my refund.

Very happy with their service and policy. Recommending them to friends and family!!
