I have used this store many times for printing, and notarizing papers for work! They are always friendly and fast. I pass a different UPS store to get to this one because of the service!

I go here often and the service is always great! I felt compelled to write a review also because today when I went in a man was arguing with the very helpful employees about being asked to put a mask on. Despite having this man give them plenty of attitude and putting them at risk also, they were still very professional (I would have lost my cool). Awesome ups location!

Customer service is very good. Staff is very helpful and answers all my questions quickly and without judgement.Prices are horrible, but thats not the fault of the store - youd pay the same or more at any shipper, and you can check the prices online and know what youre going to pay before you go in.

The woman at this store is completely INCOMPETENT and rude with customers. I honestly have no clue how she was even hired. I went in needing to make bulk prints that included both color and black and white documents. The kind gentleman at the location informed me the price would be cheaper if it was black and white vs color. When I was ready to pay, the gentleman gave me my price and a woman to which I do not know her name, came in and stated that I would be paying equal price for both color and black and white. After explaining that that wasn’t what I was told prior to printing, she did not care nor had any regard for what I said, and proceeded to say this is what we are charging her and then walks away. I then told her that I would recommend she inform future customers about the black and white being the same cost as color so they understand they’ll be paying the same. She proceeded to glare at me and say “this is how it is.” As someone who works in medicine and understands how to talk to customers, id recommend she go into a job with no human contact. It’s a shame that I can practically walk to this location, and I will no longer be doing business There. I’d rather drive much longer than encounter that woman again.

I went here yesterday as I had received two UPS shipments that were not for me. They had my address but might have been a former tenant. The packages were from Shop HQ who I had called and they told me to drop them off at a UPS store to refuse the shipment. This UPS store would not take them saying they are a franchise. Packages were quite heavy and Im older so I was not a happy camper! Ill use another UPS store in the future.

Called to ask about notary services hours. Guy named Jordan answered. I started to ask my question and he hung up! Thought we got disconnected, called again, started to ask again about notary services and he hung up again! Happened twice more then a different guy answered then hung up. Then they wouldnt answer the phone at all. No idea why but these people should be fired!

Rushed over here to process some returns, got here at 6:44. Closed. The door says open until 7, their google maps location says open until 7.While I was here three other customers also came and tried to get in.Thanks for wasting all of our times. I’ll be going elsewhere since I’ll never know if you are actually open or not. Very poor business practice.

Poor Service, Unhelpful staff.

Whoever is running this store needs to give a big thanks to their staff. The lady and the young man were getting people in and out really fast. I use UPS Stores throughout my region. This one is amazing!!

Speedy service, helpful staff and easy in and out parking. Store Manager Nick made sure I got in and out quickly and helped me select the most cost effective shipment method. Will definately return.

We love this UPS Store! The Manager, Nick, is super friendly and helpful. His Staff is great - and every time I have sent a job over to them for printing, packaging and shipping - its been perfect and QUICK! We have never had any issues. They do a great job! Decent service

This store has associates that are not helpful. It seems they are solely focused on adding cost versus providing a shipping service of convenience. Management should secret shop and test customer experience. They would benefit in being trained to offer options to a customer versus saying what cant be done.Much better experience at Grand River store!

Had to return the package the employee was knowing what to do properly, also shipped an envelope to Canada, employee made sure all the information was correct, also provided the. wifi access as my phone internet was slow to search for the destination phone. Great job!

Awful experience. Was charged $80 for a notary stamp on four pages. A price was never quoted before hand. The owner of this location is a crook. Avoid coming here at all costs. I’ll also be reporting this to UPS corporate so they know that this location is damaging the value of their brand.

These guys were very helpful today. I had an issue with the wixom store refusing my textbook returns because two were in the same box, but the novi store confirmed over the phone that this was not a problem and had me come over. Within 2 or 3 minutes I was out the door, they had like 3 guys working and no wait. Cant complain, Jordan was cool

Horrible business, shipped my package back to me instead of the company and wont own up to their mistake. Want me to pay more money to ship again.

They have a real character working for them - big attitude issues from the first question. Fire her and give a job to someone who needs it. Once I called and asked a simple question about my package and she was rude and snippy and when my husband came in to pick up two packages that we just found out were sitting there for two weeks because driver never left a single note about it being ever delivered her answer was its not my business. What kind of customer service is this? Shame on you ups. Wish they kept my packages at Wixom one still - never had an issue there.

Every time I go to this location, they’re pleasant and helpful.

I decided to drop off a package here this evening, and what a horrible mistake I made coming to this location! When I walked up to the counter a young woman greeted me, and from the way she was looking at me I assumed I was next in line as the other woman was off to the the side of me (at least 2 feet) putting tv stuff into a box. I asked her where she wanted me to set my package, and in an extremely rude and bitter tone she snapped you put it over on the scale and wait in line! I am absolutely blown away by how nasty this woman was, and the attitude that she got with me was uncalled for. Its pretty obvious she is in the wrong job, because she is in no way a people person, and from some past reviews I can tell she has also been a problem with other customers at this location for quite some time. I will make sure to never go here again, and will tell all my friends and family to go to other locations when shipping UPS items. If management reads these reviews (which I highly doubt) you really need to replace this terrible employee with somebody that will actually do the job correctly and has people skills!

I picked up my Yamaha guitar I ordered from Big Lots and was ready to shred but the thing fell right out of the box and on to the cement! It was dented and it wasnt even in tune!

I needed posters made ASAP and this UPS Store didn’t disappoint. I will be using them for all my printing needs.

Honest review telling my experience.1. First impression - walked in the store, saw a [female person] - I figured she worked there because she was behind the counter but was dressed in baggy sweatshirt and was generally unkept and unprofessional looking (no professional attire, no uniform, etc).2. Came in to this UPS store because a note was left on my door to pick my package up at this location (after 1 pm on the next business day) - which I did (it was actually 3 days after the sticker). Gave sticker and drivers license to [said] female employee and immediately noticed she was not in a good mood - no problem, everyone has good and bad days. She went in the back and came out 30 seconds later saying she doesn’t have the package. Huh...? The little sticker says you should have my package?3. Female employee handed the sticker back to me and said I had to call and track the package. I asked if that was something SHE could do and she immediately replied, NO??? I stood there looking at her for a second in disbelief (and confusion...). This is the UPS store and you are suppose to have my package and you say you don’t. Maybe you could check to see where the package is - as this is your responsibility?4. I asked if the computer we were standing in front of had internet and she said yes but that was not her job to track my package. Huh??? What??? I didn’t know what to do - which is when the female employee walked to the back room - never to be seen again (?).After reading many of the other reviews it seems this may be the same female employee that has more ‘bad’ days than ‘good’. If you overall are not a people person or have bad customer service skills and don’t want to help people out, maybe you shouldn’t be working at the UPS store and dealing with the public.I think (unfortunately for all the customers of this UPS store) that [this] female employee is the owner of the store because most UPS Store locations are independently owned.IF YOU DON’T HAVE TO DO BUSINESS AT THIS STORE, I WOULD RECOMMEND NOT DOING ANY BUSINESS HERE and trying out another UPS store location. Other UPS Store locations near here would be: West Bloomfield, Farmington Hills, Wixom, Northville.

The UPS Store in Novi MI is a pleasant place to ship from. Employees were very helpful, and handled my shipment with ease.

Rudest staff ever! Everyone here clearly is miserable and hates their job! Don’t greet you when you walk in, acts like they’re doing you a favor by doing their job. I drive extra ways just to avoid this location.
