They are contracted to provide service to our church. We had an issue with the fire suppression system in our kitchen. We were in violation with the fire code. They came in and corrected the issue and made sure we had the right parts and equipment for the system. Recently, we had several fire extinguishers in need of replacement. They informed us of this and gave us an estimate of the cost. We proceeded with the replacement and they responded when they said they would and the extinguishers were replaced. No mess was made or left behind. They explained the work done and what else needed to be done. Very reliable company.

I generally dislike people that cost me money but Sean was very concise and extremely knowledgeable! I appreciated how quickly and efficiently he worked and then took the time to explain everything to me!

A sprinkler head went off on the 4th floor of a low rise I manage. The technician, Terrance James, who had never been to the building, knew exactly where to go and what to do!

I dont recommend this company to anyone. They are non ethical, not to be trusted, and money hungry. Stay away from them.

It is always a good feeling with they show up on time and ready to go to work. Very courteous, knowledgeable on my system and how it works.

Sean was great at finding the issue and fixing. He explained what was fixed and how to recognize the issue should it happen again. Sean was also able to provide information on how to shut the system down, should something fault and start releasing water. (Obviously when there is no fire)

Very professional, knowledgeable. Explained what he was doing. Worked hard on completing tasks.

We had a schedule appointment today and no one showed up! I called and talked to Amy and she said the guy punched in at 8:50 said no one was one answered the door. Amy also stated that the employee punched out from our sight around 9:30. The problem with this is in between this time me and 3 other employees knocked on the door and got in just fine. Also I pulled up at 9:00 am and the only cars that were in the lot were the manager and team members which is what I explained to Amy: Amy responded and told me again what time he came any punched in and out so I re explained to Amy how his story doesn’t match with what actually happened. Then I asked her did she understand what I told her. She responded with “ Did you just here what I told you?” I was blown away! Amy is very rude and doesn’t value her customers. The service I got today just lost them thousands and they don’t understand that. This company has terrible customer service don’t use them.

We called this company for our restaurant here in adrian mi (fiesta ranchera) and they did an amazing job. Jared jones is our go to guy he checked and cleaned our system that needed and gave us a run down of everything he did. Also gave us some good use tips for us as well. He was a very friendly guy and very hard worker and went above and beyond. I highly recommend this company and Jared Jones also. After seeing how he works and the useful information he gave us we would only recommend Jared jones to come out to our restaurant.
