This was my first time to the dentist. The environment is nice and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. The dentists are very knowledgeable and gave me good advice on my teeth. They have professional skill and I was very comfortable with the whole experience. Overall I am very happy with my visit.

By far one of the best dentist offices Ive been to. Was referred to this place by an employee named Nikki who was already a great ambassador to the office. Definitely recommend! I always dreaded going because I have sensitive spots and hate the sound. They are so gentle, have the latest equipment and very caring! I drive rather far to go there but it is worth it.

I am so happy I fount this dentist office, everyone from the girls at the front desk to the girl who checks your dental insurance to make sure there are no surprises with the bill. It would have been nice to know that my insurance wasn’t taken here BEFORE I made my appointment and wasted the time and gas to show up. Maybe remove yourselves from BCC of MI “find a dentist” portal if you don’t accept adults with that coverage?? I won’t be the only potential patient you lose for misinformation.Receptionists were super nice though, none of this was their fault.

The front desk woman, Erin was extremely kind and accommodating when I made my appointment as well as when I stepped in the office. The staff treats you just like family and Starla, the hygienist cleaned my teeth better than anybody has ever in my entire life. I’ll never go anywhere else and if you want clean teeth I suggest you don’t either... Seriously, they’re the best!

Dr. Lydia Cornejo, is an outstanding dentist! She has been working with crown placement on numerous dental implants I have had done the last 18 months. She has been meticulous in her alignment and in making the crowns appear so natural that you can’t tell the difference between what’s real, and what’s not a crown. I want the perspective person looking for dental work know that I interviewed numerous dentists before choosing Dr. Lydia Cornejo. I wanted a professional who could align my dental implants without having a bridge installed on my lower right side. It was important that I could floss between each crown without pockets or spaces where food stuff could collect. She exceeded all my expectations. She returned several crowns from the lab in the process because they did not meet her high standards. It took more time, but I really appreciated a dentist who is willing to do the job right. On the human level, Lydia is a very sweet and caring person. She genuinely cares very much for her patients. She is very concerned about not causing any pain or discomfort when she is working on people. I missed seeing her warm and beautiful smile with the covid face masks that medical staff now have to wear. She also has a great sense of humor. Ask her about her young daughter and she will entertain you with her loving personality. A gem of a dentist if you are lucky enough to get her.

I am writing to highly recommend the services of Dr. Lydia and her Assistant Nour for complex dental procedures. I consulted Dr. Lydia for a second opinion on a single tooth dental implant. Dr. Lydia suggested an entirely different approach that replaced several teeth, all at a price substantially lower than the single implant.Dr. Lydia warned me that the procedure would cause pain. She was quite wrong because I felt close to zero pain and discomfort. My replacements were expertly sized and fitted. Nour was helpful, charming, and comforting throughout the entire process and was actively involved in the entire procedure. I plan to return for additional work and I am thrilled with the excellent results achieved. I recommend Dr. Lydia and her Assistant Nour in the highest possible terms I can express. They are the best.

Our experience at My Family Dental has always been very positive. The entire staff is super friendly. The hygienists and dentist have a very gentle touch and all of our procedures are enjoyable and pain free. They are always excellent with my kids. I love (& my kids feel extra special) that they hang my kids’ colored pictures in the childrens area. We all feel very welcome.

Like usual I had very comfortable and without discomfort cleaning. I have my cleaning done three times a year.

Dr. Marco and his team are outstanding. Starla does an amazing job with the cleaning, and everybody is friendly, and sometimes you have to keep yourself from laughing because you need to stay still while they work on you. Huge recommendation, especially after all the dentist that I’ve worked with in the past – these guys are by far the best. I would trust my grandma’s teeth with these people, and she doesn’t have any... probably because she didn’t hire them.

I never had such a warm welcome at a doctor office! You feel like part of the family. But Dr. Tauil is not only very nice and fun but he is also a great dentist. He finally was able to fix my tooth where my old dentist left me in limbo. Now I can enjoy a steak again!!!

Went too three other dentists before choosing this one. VERY happy with their prices,honesty,professionalism and caring personalities. I was very thorough in my search because I dont make a lot of $ and no insurance. So when I say I would recommend them, I know what Im talking about.I had a front molar tooth extraction with a brdge. I found this business from a flyer on my mailbox. The deal was so unbelievable I checked it out. The whole staff was very friendly and accommodating. The Hygienist, Starla, was very gentle and I have to say, this was the best and most thorough cleaning I have ever had. I was even thinking of having my teeth whitened, but dont need it for now.My 4 star instead of 5 is only because I havent had a dentist experience yet. But I am going back for a small cavity soon, so Ill let you know!

This dentist just moved and renamed their practice. We stopped going to them about a year ago. The dentist is nice and friendly, but he always pushes you to get crowns or additional work done on your teeth. Every. Single. Visit. You can also count on a 15 to 20 minute wait to see your hygienist if youre on time. It was bothersome, but the big reason we stopped going was their billing. We would receive bills from the practice without itemized breakdown and without the patient it was for. Every bill said the name of the primary insurance carrier so we NEVER knew what we were paying. The receptionist is pushy and will pressure you to pay on the spot, even if you are unsure if you actually owe or if it should be covered by insurance. We paid bills we never should have paid and were pressed to pay bills that were already paid, but since the invoices have no itemization we couldnt prove we had paid for what they have listed in their system. Questionable and frustrating.

Ive had some pretty difficult dental visits in my life so Im always hesitant on going to the dentist or switching doctors. Im so glad I switched to this dentist though. Everyone is super helpful and so friendly, including the desk staff. I absolute loved the dental hygienist I had last time I had an appointment and would highly recommend this office to anyone!

This was my first time at My Family Dental. Everyone was very friendly. My dental hygienist, Laurie, took me right away and took x rays, cleaned my teeth, and explained everything as she was doing it. She does a super job! My dentist, Dr. Karmo, came in after and did an exam and showed me a small cavity on a x ray. He offered to fill it while I was there so I wouldnt have to come back next week. I agreed and he took care of my tooth and I was done in 30 minutes. I was very happy to get it taken care of right away. I made an appointment to return in 6 months. I was very pleased with the service and look forward to my next visit. I am recommending this dentistry to my brother.

I never write reviews but I have to tell you I have been going to see Dr Marco for a while... last time my anxiety was through the roof, they were so awesome and talked me down, so patient! They are all so great there (Barbie and Nicki are the best). Thank you so much for making going to dentist better. Cant say enough good things about them!

The Family Dental Office in Novi, Michigan is staffed with professional well trained clientele.The office is well lighted and gives an appearance of being very well sanitized. I hope that your endeavors in the office are ones that will stay for decades to come. Theres plenty of parking space right in front of the office door, so that you wouldnt be walking for a long distance to get to the building and its in a great location not far from I-96 and 275.

I was doing implants and crowns there. Dr Olga made sure that everything looks great and feels comfortable, before they permanently installed crowns. The staff is very friendly. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

So at 45 I had my first dental procedure a root canal, since a single cavity I had filled at 15 years old. Last tooth back upper and I had a hard time dealing with it due to anxiety I get when I feel like I can’t breathe and a bit of claustrophobia in situations like this. They where awesome they let me take a few minutes in the middle and a moment or two anytime I was getting anxious. Took longer to do it but only cuz of me and they really where understanding and amazing. They gave me the truth that it was a 50/50 chance they could fix it and that it was up to me to choose what to do. No bs no pushing for a sale like other places I have been. If your looking for a dentist I really honestly recommend to go here! They where really great.

No insurance? No credit? No problem?They’ll overcharge you for every little thing, scheduled what we thought was a free implant consult, got charged $35. Want your xrays? $150! Want a referral? That’ll take you several phone calls and an extra $50. $300 per tooth extraction. Ridiculous! Not fair pricing at all. Students at umich do better work for WAY BETTER PRICING! Forget that, go to Cancun and get a vacation out of it and you’ll still pay less than this place. Obviously this place caters to white collars, per usual thanks America for our wonderful healthcare system. “For future reference, we don’t do things for free.” Okay Karen, for future reference you can bite me. I already reached out and filed a complaint, good luck with your karma.

Anyways they kinda sucked and said I needed to fill a couple cavities when they never took X-rays..? So I went to another dentist, took X-rays, and I didn’t need any filling. So that was weird, also they made me wait 45+ minutes for my appointment. When I got to the hygienist I realized WHY I waited so long. She asked me a million and one questions just for small talk and hello?! You’re literally in my mouth, I CANT REALLY REPLY AT THE MOMENT. Nice lady really but needs to learn how to stfu because there’s a time and place. All and all won’t be back. Didn’t win the TV either so 🤷🏻‍♀️
