My experience has been with the Marine Application of mobile Direct TV service through KVH Dish. I have used Solid Signal for 6 years and their service in knowing who to deal with at Direct TV makes modifications a breeze as our boat moves around. Good luck trying to get Direct TV to understand the Marine Application on a direct basis. In addition, very knowledgeable with KVH and other mobile satellite products/service and quick to respond. Highly, highly recommend!

This company has put me in an extreme bind on a project. I ordered items, paid for expedited processing, and paid for 2 day shipping... Now here I am 4 days later and the item has not shipped and they are now holding my purchase hostage saying I need to pay more for shipping. At this point I need the item tomorrow, so it would have to be shipped overnight, again increasing the price. This is a total scam and completely unprofessional. If you can buy somewhere else, then do it.

Items poorly described online, return shipping not provided for items when cost to ship back for individuals is more than item is worthRe: business response. Obviously the issue was not resolved which is why I left a review. I have a product that I cannot use that will cost more to ship back than I paid for it. You could offer to pay the return shipping and then sell it to someone else but I guess Ill just throw it in the dumpster since you dont want more money.

Pretty certain I either purchased a fake and or compromised product. Was a $500 lcd display. Trying to figure out how to get a new version or replacement. Product did not come with any directions and or the right adapters specd by the manufacturer. Careful ordering here is my advice and if someone from the company could contact me or respond I would appreciate it.

Placed an order for three supposedly in-stock items on April 5, then got a note a couple days later that they are actually special order. Cancelled my order at that time. Then they waited 3 weeks to issue my refund. I was actually planning to dispute the charge tomorrow as I thought they were trying to keep my money. Plenty of good vendors online- these guys really aren’t one of them.

Bought several things from Solid Signal via Amazon. Had one issue with shipping, but they went WAY above and beyond to fix it and were class act. Decided to buy from them directly through webpage couple years ago since I am ham radio operator, W7DAZ, and I am always looking for oddball parts, brackets and roof mount. This company offers very competitive pricing and always got the items to me quicker than estimated. Private or commercial business shouldnt hesitate to use this company since they actually follow through with their customer service.

Stay away from this company if you are looking for advice or technical support on a product. I called twice to get advice on which antenna would work best for me, and would I need an amplifier too. I was not given any advice at all. I was told to just hook the antenna up to your TV and you should be good. I havent even made a purchase yet. Total IDIOTS!

1st Purchase, Great Prices, POOR SERVICE.Ordered a Headset 2 days ago. Waited for shipping notification, none, so I emailed. No Response. Called today, First only went to voicemail. Then I got through. They didnt even know if items were in stock because they apparently drop ship. Told them to cancel since they havent shipped yet 2 days later. Now they need to contact drop shippers.Very disappointed!

It was my first purchase from Solid Signal; the radio that I ordered new was used but I decided to keep it since it was and in great condition and it worked fine. I also wanted to avoid the shipping back hassle...I was naïve enough to send an e-mail immediately after placing my order and ask for a radio in black color.... I paid $47 more for the same item than on Amazon sells new with free shippingbut at least the Amazon had the decency to advertise the used items they sell. I will never buy again from Solid Signal...

I recently ordered a LaCrosse weather station for my home. I received my order promptly and the installation was straightforward. My problem was what Solid Signal did next.Without my authorization, Solid Signal sent an additional four units and charged my account. Solid Signal indicated that it was an error in there warehouse. The package is too large for my mailbox which will cause me to make a trip to my Not so local USPS. I live in a very rural area and the USPS is a 30 mile distance down a mountain road.Solid Signal did send me a return authorization however they are using MY MONEY, causing me to drive 60 miles and causing me hardship.Please remember that this was their admitted error.I do like Solid Signal and I have ordered many products from them. This may change in the future.Think twice before you click on Check Out.

Ordered satellite dish and tripod. Paid 60.00 extra for 2 day shipping. Really wanted the dish for the weekend. 2 boxes were shipped to me that day. Next day I get an email saying they dont have lnbs and wont for a day or two. They would not credit back my rush shipping fee. I could have bought the same product with free shipping on ebay. They said go ahead and return it. Ok I guess I will. I have had better service from ebay...... UPDATE.......A manager contacted me and made things right. Thank. You Solid Signal.... SECOND UPDATE 3 WEEKS LATER...... Had a problem aiming dish and SOLID SIGNAL WAS AWESOME. They went so far out of their way to help me I could not be more pleased. Solid Signal was paid 164.65 on April 11, 2019. On May 24, 2019, we still hadnt received our purchased items. It was their contention FedEx delivered it on April 15, 2019 to an A. Allen. We assured them no one worked here by that name and for weeks we got the we are still working it out with FedEx treatment. As of the time of this comment, they refuse to re-ship and we are just out of our payment. Weeks of a repeated disinterest to make this right. BUYER BEWARE!

I have immense respect for a company that would take the time to contact the card owner for a suspicious order rather than just try to process it. This review is not about any particular product, but about the experience of doing business with Solid Signal. In todays world - especially in the technology market, you will occasionally have a problem with a product, however the real difference between the many vendors out there is how do they resolve issues with the products they sell? Solid Signal earned five stars by working for it as far as I am concerned. They have replaced one product that had issues as soon as they were told about it, no hassles, no restock fees, no BS. That is customer service done the right way, and they make you feel respected during the process. A lot of other companies should emulate Solid Signal. I just wish they were a full service amateur radio shop.

Purchased 1 item with standard shipping, two and a half weeks later still have not gotten what I paid for. Multiple representatives told me that it was going to be another week, your cant cancel the order because it is being shipped. So in summary they take your money for the false promise of sending you a product you want. PLEASE DO USE THIS SERVICE.

Went there for a interview for a job. Was turned down for the position. Was told no longer available. Next day a new posting for the same position was posted. Other online reviews are negative towards this place for purchases of items sold.

Asked for help with RCA antenna. It seems to decide what channels I can and cant watch. Agent Cody Collins was helpful. Appreciate the effort he put in, but my problem isnt resolved. Solid Signal did step up2 the plate, though.

Solid Signal offers good products, however, their return policy is very much lacking. Tracking the return with a confirmation from USPS, now 2 full weeks, Solid Signal has failed to refund the cost of the item purchased.

The ANTENNA came in a timely manner. When I got time to put it up it went together very easy . When I opened the box one of the elements was twisted but seems to work well

Solid Signal has the products you need at fair prices. But the shipping costs seem high. $14 dollars for two very small items via FedEx ordered on the 22nd with a delivery scheduled for the following month on the 2nd, the items made it within 25 miles of the delivery destination and set at the FedEx depot for 3 days. I am thinking for half that amount it could have gone USPS priority and been in my hands in a couple of days. I will diffidently take this into consideration when I need additional items such as these.

Ordered a product from Solid Signal and they charged my Visa. Received an email from Solid Signal cancelling my order because it was out-of-stock yet they didnt credit my Visa. After waiting 2 months without getting my money back, I disputed the transaction with my Visa provider and finally got my money back. I judge the character of this company to be very poor and not worth the risk to do business with them.

Live about 60 miles from TV stations in South Bend and Grand Rapids. Purchased Channel Master antenna and preamp and get great reception.

They were so helpful and pointed out things that I forgot but needed for installation. This is the second time weve used them and is been positive both times.

The Yagi HDB9X 70 mile outdoor Antenna is very well designed for assembly using wing nuts so fewer tools needed. Yes it is light and you must be careful not to bend its parts. However, it is possible to install on a 25 foot mast by one person, whereas anodized Weingards are heavy and difficult; and I have used 6 of those in past 45 years out here coast range of southern Washington state. The main reason I am reviewing this particular antenna is that I have always used pre amps on my antenna since repeaters are located for Seattle and Portland TV stations about 30 air miles away, and my location is in a forested area where rain and obstructions make amps necessary. This Yagi I placed on a 25 foot mast in a clear area where I also have a 2 bay bow tie which needs a channel master 7777 to receive signals. The Yagi should NOT have any pre amp booster at this 30 mile range. Absolutely NO RF signal showed up on my HDMI TV set. When I removed pre amp connection ALL the signals that showed up on the bow ties showed up on the Yagi. Look, I am an old analog guy still using a Sony cathode ray TV set with converter, and still record programs using my old Panasonic VHS recorder, but I never experienced losing all my RF analog signals in FM and VHF and UHF when over modulated or over loaded. With digital signals in UHF band it is different. With digital signals from repeaters in Willapa hills you do, so that should be described with these highly directional antennae.KB in Ocean Park, Washington.

Ordered Monday and received Wednesday in kenosha county wisconsin. Had to return one bad product, return was super easy and I was fully refunded, ordered an antenna to reach chicago stations 62 miles away and that purchase was perfect, and I couldnt beat their price on anywhere including amazon.

I chose to go through Solid Signal because their site showed that they had the product available and a same day shipping offered at an additional expense. I ordered on a Sunday, knowing I wouldnt receive the product until Tuesday. Just enough time to complete a project for our family owned and operated campground by Labor Day weekend. I got an email today (Monday) at 2 pm that I needed to update my billing address in order for my items to ship. I called customer service (at 2:30 pm) and was put on hold for several minutes, just to find out that there wasnt a problem with my billing address at all, the items that I ordered were on back order and would not only not arrive as scheduled on Tuesday, but wouldnt be available to SHIP for another 3-5 days. And the so called customer service representative could only offer me an apology and a refund. So now I am suck searching for another company to order the products from and will likely be facing multiple customer service complaints of our own this weekend. No product and no satisfaction from the errors on their web page. I would not recommend this company and will not be using them for any projects in the future.

As I wanted to get it fast, I checked all the resellers and as Solid Signal is in MI, it is closer to me (MA).As I have no house anymore I placed the order and asked to be shipped to the company I work for with Attn to me.So, I placed the order asked for UPS 2nd day shipping upgrade and forgot about it. Order #810774Later, someone from Solid Signal called me telling me that the item I bought is a high fraud item and it could not be shipped to an address different from the billing address. I explained the situation to her but she insisted to ship it to my billing address. I told her again that nobody was living in the rest of the house. She told me she would talk to her manager and call me back.As I have not heard from them, I assumed everything was ok.Later, I lookup on their website to see if/when the order has been shipped, I found out the order was cancelled. I called them and one guy confirmed the order was cancelled because of the fraud indication.First - Thanks for wasting my time ...Second - Thanks for getting back to me and letting me know it was confirmed that I was a fraudster.Third - I dont believe fraudsters give you phone numbers in the US, answer the calls and call back to know the status of ordersFourth - I dont use any shady e-mail provider that would make it impossible for law enforcements to prosecute me in case the order was a fraudFifth - The AVS came positive 100% sureSixth - As you are very concerned about fraud, I believe you saved my IP address. I placed the order from the company you were shipping to with rDNS setup. I cant fake that!
